I agree about ICO and price after listing - if you want to get longterm profit you don't have to participate in the ICO itself. Still speaking about projects I would recommend trying to find underdogs. For example, you can look at the last listings on Bittrex

If you want just to play on the price going up, you shouldn't bother with mining, because mining is all about engineering (building good rigs, cutting down on energy consumption etc). I think if you are not an engineer hodling would be a better choice.

We all know, that in 2017 the ICO boom started and a lot of projects collected good sums. But startups are always risky, on average venture capital market only 1 out of 100 make it really big and others die.
But in crypto teams can burn money really long, even if their idea doesn't prove to be working. Basically they don't even need to! They can just publish news, updates etc and token holders will be happy, the final goal doesn't really bother anyone.

As I've heard, it was a joke coin from the start, what's the point longing for it)

Longterm I think they have good potential, seems they're working on the product and already have beta. But from my experience they're not that good with investors communication so it's hard to predict how the price will be moving short term

Probably just another bullish cycle starting. Whales have successfully bought their bags cheap, time to push the price

The pattern seems the same, but reasons are different. And as the fundamental reasons are different, there is no point saying current correction repeats 2014

If you don't trade on the falling market (selling, then buying on the lower dip, i.e. increasing your bags), than you will have to wait. Still I would change your question to "When the market will start the bull cycle?", as it is closely connected in crypto

Interesting question, as we need to look into product development and market impact potential. From something I remember and not in top 50 market cap, I would probably name DMT token. Still cheap + taken a nice pace in development
