1  Economy / Gambling / Re: COINROYALE.COM • Provably Fair • NEW GAME SIC BO • 10% Casino Rebate on: December 19, 2019, 04:51:33 PM
I have 3 pending tickets open with Support / Victor, no answer ?!
2  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: July 28, 2019, 01:50:03 PM
This site is a complete scam. I deposited 0.75 BTC to play roulette, non of their games would load (see screenshots below). I figured oh well, I'll just cashout and play somewhere else.

The support team said my withdrawal won't be approved as I need to play 2x my deposit... which is impossible, as I can't play any games.

We need governance on these shady operators; FortuneJack has the worst customer support around.

Victor.

I have an issue, but you are not responding via e-mail.

I have two deposits, both of which are confirmed but your system isn't letting me withdrawal.

Please correct admin

Still nothing from admin and Victor. My funds and winnings are locked inadvertently

Can you point me, in English, to any such terms that state Fortune Jack doesn't process withdrawals on weekends? Possibly something written by Op in this forum, or their website?

Anyway there is no such terms as that when weekends they will not process it but as far as I know whenever there is such a big withdrawals they will slowly processed it, to make sure everything is okay and good to go. As long as you do not cheat on them or violate the rules the you should care less because they will let you withdraw your money for sure. Just be patient because it really needs time to check everything

Welp, now I can't even login?

Agreed, someone from FortuneJack (and not just the shills following their signature campaign for fractions of dollars) should chime in.

Still no trace of my withdrawals, my host has told me their is only a single person in the entire company that can approve withdrawals for over 1 btc, and he's indisposed. Could be the end of FortuneJack if he doesn't get well enough to send funds.
I've just contacted support about your case:

Jonathan: Hello, thank you for warning us.
Some withdrawal is being stopped during weekends because of the security reasons.
We are checking every withdrawal for our players security and safety, sometimes if it is suspicious it needs approval which can't be done on weekends.

mojo: Can I quote this to that player?
And can he expect his funds on Monday?

Jonathan: Yes of course, I am sure that player has already heard that from me or my colleague
I cant
say for sure that he will receive his withdrawal,
If that player violated terms & conditions of FJ
But it will be checked on Monday

mojo: Hm..thanks...btw you should really hire someone for weekends.

Makes no sense whatsoever, I've been a playing for years  and am even withdrawing to an address I've used for the past several months.

There is no good reason why only a single person in the company can approve "large" (which this isn't) withdrawals. In the casino business, the biggest action comes on weekends.

Wake up... We are about to be exit-scammed in no time.
Don't make such claims about that exit-scam that can happen to this gambling site due to only have the problem of withdrawals on weekends.I do agree in the point that they must really hire someone or personnel's that would able to make process of withdrawal request specially on weekends and as you said action do happen mostly on weekends because people are active on playing because weekends we do know is the vacant time on most people.Instant withdrawal would really matter but management do have this kind of protocol which means as a player we cant do anything about it but to agree in their terms.

I know what you feel but you have no right to claim them to scam in no time, its not really appropriate.

I believe Fortune Jack operates during regular business hours, from Monday to Friday.
You are wrong, I have received withdrawals on the weekends in the past. Further, I created the withdrawal request yesterday, which by your logic was a regular business day.

"Regular business hours" doesn't mean "business day".
You may place a withdrawal on a business day, but outside of the working hours. In that case it'll be processed on the next business hours.

If you have received withdrawal in the past, then don't worry, you'll receive this one as well.

contact the support team at discord because where you can get instant replies, hope your problem will be resolved soon mate. Smiley

Yeah, you can try that. Support looks away but is online.
Here is the discord link : https://discordapp.com/invite/xa4scaN
But why there is no reply from the appropriate person?

They need to clarify  all the doubts as soon as possible to keep their reputation among the forum if they keep avoiding these kind of questions then more and more people will starts to accuse them.

Are any other high rollers waiting on withdrawals?

I am a known player on Fortune jack, and I've been told I wouldn't get my withdrawal(s) until Monday. Seems like a valid reason for concern? I can't recommend anyone depositing here if they hold users funds hostage.

My deposit I made yesterday is now appearing in my account on FJ.

Everyone in this thread is a FJ shill. The admins of FJ don't show up here, for whatever reason.

I'm likely one of the biggest players of FJ, I even have my own host there.

I made a deposit yesterday, it's still not confirmed.

Nothing smells right here.
13  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is it the end for FortuneJack? I think it may be. Here's why. on: February 06, 2018, 05:05:32 PM
I'm a high stakes player on FJ, for a long-time.

I sent bitcoin there over 24 hours ago, it's still not showing up in my account.

My host has informed me they are running into technical issues with the wallets.

If anything changes, I'll let everyone know.

Waiting on a withdrawal from nitro for nearly 7 hours; seems like most in chat are.

Everything OK here?

Very Big issues with Victor and his level of support lately; 7 btc at stake. Truly unfortunate that he is ignoring emails, will have to share the bad story here.

From this post, I didn't understand what is exactly your issue. Please post more details about your issues.

What I know about Victor is that he will not be online most of the times but once he comes online he will reply and that is not good for gamblers who are facing issues. He should engage some support team members to answer gamblers quickly.

I wil post the full details, with screenshots, timestamps, etc if Victor doesn't resolve this off-line. I'm giving him a chance to make things right; I'm sure he's busy with school and that's the reason why he's not in here, or answering his emails for over 24 hours.

17  Economy / Gambling / Re: BEWARE - FortuneJack on: May 21, 2017, 02:05:47 AM
I don't really understand... What were you expecting?

It's a casino. Their only goal is to make money.
If you're a big player that means you made big wins. They want to check that those wins are legitimate before paying you out.
It would be the exact same thing in a real life casino. If you win a too high amount they will make you wait so they can analyse the pictures taken by cameras to be sure that you haven't cheated.
That's just to protect themselves from new hackers and bug exploiters that's all. Nothing unusual.

No.... They merely excuses not to pay out. Phone off ? No email reply ? Come on dude.

Nah if they wanted to not pay they wouldn't have, like betcoin did.
They were just winning some time that's all.
Of course I don't believe a second that all those incidents sadly happened at this moment ^^

But they were excuses to check on the guys winning not excuses to not pay. Otherwise they simply wouldn't have paid Wink
Or at least not without the "are you really the account owner" card.

The fact still remains?

1) Why does FJ claim instant withdrawals, when that's clearly not the case? Should they amend their marketing material to state VIP don't have instant withdrawals?

2) Does FJ hate VIP players that win?

3) Is FJ insolvent?

18  Economy / Gambling / Re: BEWARE - FortuneJack on: May 21, 2017, 02:04:15 AM
give it a little bit of time , your screenshots aren't showing any thing suspicious
most of casinos do the same thing , but since you are a VIP " as you are claiming " it's a shame that they are taking time to process a 2 btc profit withdrawal

As I'm claiming???

you see my btc 3 btc deposit, and 500 mBTC bets? Go back to the faucets before you chime in here
19  Economy / Gambling / Re: BEWARE - FortuneJack is Scamming Me Out of 2.2 BTC on: May 20, 2017, 03:08:02 PM
The presented level of English used in the email is not fitting for a customer support representative assigned to a VIP customer like you. Just shocking  Shocked

Yes. Thank you. Nitro also has pretty poor customer support as well, Thank God this issue was resolved.
20  Economy / Gambling / BEWARE - FortuneJack on: May 20, 2017, 02:53:18 PM
Issued resolved once I posted this, I still stress caution with this site. Some of the worst support around, this is how they treat VIPs???

-------------
I'm a big player for Fortunejack, probably the biggest they have. I have been playing there for years, I have a VIP host George V**** who is currently not answering his phone or email. Support is not helpful,

Below is my playing history today, from when I deposited 3 btc and made a withdrawal request

After waiting 3 hours for a withdrawal, I asked Live Support what was going on, Ivy was unhelpful and said they were having issues with their wallet (??).

Next, I receive the following email, clearly proving they are planning on scamming me.

1) Why does FortuneJack advertise instant withdrawals when that's clearly not the case?

2) Why doesn't FortuneJack pay winners when they get lucky and win?

3) Is FortuneJack Insolvent???

Affiliates, please don't blatantly defend FortuneJack in this thread, where is the FortuneJack admin that can speak to these issue?
