Since 0.75btc is a big amount, the best option for you is to keep on trying to load the game, probably by using other browser or cleaning your current browser's cache.

You play the game you get played. At least that's how I like to think about this industry. Of course, some providers appear at first to be nice but if you have that motto in mind you can always expect the worst.

I see this isn't your first time playing on fortunejack, have you played with their live roulette before? If yes, it could be a browser problem.

An alternative solution in unlocking the wager requirement is to bet on sports. There seems to be a lower wager requirement(in total) as this was the exact line from their terms.

Wagering requirements apply before any deposit made on Member Account can be withdrawn. On Slots, Casino Games and Live games the deposit amount must be turned over 2 times before your withdrawal request will be approved.
On Sportsbook you have to make at least one bet with stake minimum 50 Percent of your deposit, before your withdrawal request will be approved. For Example: Deposit=100 mBTC, you have to bet minimum 50mBTC on any position you can choose on Fortunejack sportsbook.

I do understand you situation here, you deposited the coins to play the game but the games are not loading, most of the times it is because of browser issues and hopefully the support team would sort these issues by giving you proper guidance, even i had some issues with some of the sites when i was using another browser which was unable to load the javascript and thus the entire website, i understand why the website is not allowing you to withdraw the coins, they might think that you just deposited to wash the trail of the coins.

If the games don't load it is a problem on your end. Which browsers are you using, are they up to date? Have you enabled flash for the site? Is your internet connection fast enough?

Of course you need to turn over the deposited funds before making a withdrawal. That is nothing new in the casino industry.

What are the requirements for making a withdrawal?

Firstly, verifying your account via email.

First off, don't worry. FortuneJack is a legit site(check out their reputation on this forum), and they are definitely not going to rob you. If your account is secure, your money is not going anywhere. Try different browsers, and please update us on your progress.

First of all, I would like to say that if you can probably fix your problems then it would be fine because wagering 2x of your deposit will never been so hard. They make this term in case to prevent players mix addresses there before they make a withdrawal, because you know FJ never ask for fee to withdraw. This is one of the reason they made this term but if you are saying they scamming you just because the game wont load, I do not really think it is make sense. Try to ask for their opinion on fixing your loading problem. I believe they will help you out

Your withdrawal will be blocked if you try to create a new account, many gambling sites are quick in blocking accounts when someone has more than one account. There was an old case where one user asked to be self excluded permanently from fortunejack but was still able to gamble because they unlocked his account upon request.

It will result in lots of drama that site's owners don't want to see for sure. It is same things as we have in the forum. Someone can quit, stop using their accounts in the forum, delete all of their past posts, except threads; or moderators can nuke those accounts, but accounts are unable to delete in the forum. There are some limited accounts were changed usernames, but nowadays, such things hardly to accept by admins. All of them for site's security and preventive methods to out of drama.

you can try logging in with Fortunejack , Betcoin and Bitcoinrush , if this thing happens with you in all of these sites at the same time then it's your connection for sure
these sites log you out once they see a change in your IP

I do play here on their slots games. I face once of this thing when I do nothing for period of time then the games will auto ask me to relog but when I keep on playing it and clicking it again and again, this meesage does not pop out and let me do the bet as long as I want. So if you guys say about the connection problem then I do not agree on because I also get this problem. I asked to support and it said that my old account can't be revoked so I should create a new one. I asked that would it be considered as multi-accounting? to which the support said that since the account was already dormant and I am creating a new account after my old account was inactive.. it wouldn't be considered as multi-accounting. just writing here for confirmation. please confirm.
