I assure you that, in the past couple of weeks, dev team is working every day, overtime on the wallet and wallet updates. I will check activity on github but lack of activities over there does not mean necessarily that nothing is in motion from the dev side.

51% wouldn't be hard when the difficulty is usually floating around minimum (0.00024414) I did have a small miner dedicated to IFC for a while, but I ended up needing it for something else. It was more to keep transactions moving rather than to secure the network (which would need significant hash power, and ideally more than one miner) Cryptopia seems to be on a cull of 'problem' coins at the moment, so I wouldn't be surprised if it gets delisted  Delisting their top traded coin with LTC is not very good move |

its everywhere the same on cryptocurrency coins, people are complaining everytime when they think they loose, go to nasdaq or other exchange let see if you can make money like this, when you are not good in making money whit crypto it dont mean that coin is bad, your tactic is bad.
dont daytrade, put money that you can afford to loose, and come back in 3 monts and watch, if you can daytrade you must be ready to loose.

They are two different things. One is complaining about the lack of responsibility of the developers and the other is complaining about a market reaction. Sometimes it's hard to respect the deadlines in software development, a lot of things can go wrong and have to be fixed before the release of a final product. It happens even to the biggest companies in the world. So far they have delivered everything they have promised. So you have to decide, either you believe they are scammers and will never deliver the wallet, you then will probably want to sell your coins asap to those who will be more than happy to buy them at cheap price, either you accept as true what I just stated and you wait and hold even if it takes a bit more time. I'm sure they are well aware that it is bad advertising to not deliver the things in the right time and I'm sure they are sorry for that. But at the end, only the result will count. In few months/years no one will mind that they missed few deadlines as long as the product is as good or better than what was promised initially. Personally I believe they're working hard to deliver everything they've promised and only the long term holders will be rewarded accordingly. Maybe I'm wrong but I'm willing to take the risk. Do your choice now.  I'll tell you what happened to me. I was holding CFI for a long time at 3k sat and decided to sell to buy SAFEX in the expectation that they would release the wallet. I sold CFI for 3k sat and bought SAFEX for 600 sat. Look at CFI now and see where Safe Exchange Coin is. Yes, of course, I'm very pissed. I'm really pissed because if it were not for the irresponsibility of the developers to announce something they can not keep would keep holding CFI and now would have doubled my money. Can you understand now what gives a developer irresponsibility? Then I come here to express my indignation and people talk as if the developers had no commitment to deliver the product on the stipulated date and the people who are complaining are wrong. I do not think Safe Exchange Coin is a scam, I just think developers are irresponsible. Worst of all is reading reviews from people who think that anyone who is dissatisfied with developers' irresponsibility is wrong.  |

I will try to make this short, cos nobody have time for boring posts. Im daily trader, trading crypto since 2013. Probably used all exchanges, but never Bittrex( thats before Aug 1st) I had accoount on Bittrex, not sure when i open it, but never got any funds. Couple of weeks ago i got email from Bittrex with login information to my account from IP that i didnt recognized. I didnt have 2fa enabled, so I clicked the link in my acc. and disable it. After that i enable 2fa, changed password and send ticket to support and asked if there is anything else that i can do. No answer, but website states that account will be disabled for at least 24hours after contacting support. Great, np, i had no funds, so OK. Life goes on. Last week, fork was happening and since my funds were in Poloniex, and they didnt say anything about matching BTC with BCC, I decided to transfer my funds, 2.77BTC, to Bittrex. And that's what i did. Fork happened, got matched with 2.77BCC, and went out for biz(doesn't matter) When i got back home, BTC-BCC trading already started, so i was pissed off that i didnt catch the wave from bottom, but price was still great to buy, 0.12, with LOTS of volume. It was already late, so i decided to go all in with my funds and go to sleep. I setup everything, went allin with 2.77BTC, clicked confirm, and guess what?  ACCOUNT DISABLED. WTF??? Than it hit me that couple of weeks ago i dissable it and its not enabled yet. FUCK. Whatever, i went to sleep. When i wake up, BCC was 0.4, x3+ from my wanted trade. Fuck it, lost 6-7btc. At least i was left with 2.77BCC that i was matched. I decided to sell them at $1000, setup everything, clicked confirm and yes, ACCOUNT DISABLED. Account is still disabled, my funds are locked, support is not answering. I also tried contacting Richiela on Twitter, LinkedIn and its same as support, NO ANSWER. For the past 5-6 days im writing to support and they are ignoring me. If anybody have any info on how to contact Bittrex or how to resolve this, it would be much appreciated.  You haven't completely any sort of verification on their site have you? Bittrex is known to basically suspend any accounts that have more than $1,000 in their account balance in total, that has not been verified. I'm pretty sure that this has been confirmed by their official support team. Sometimes i store a bit more than that and i seem to be fine, so maybe there are more variables than just the account balance alone. But you get the point. Contact their support, at least their support is somewhat better than poloniex's. Hopefully they respond and unlock your account. If they do unlock your account then withdraw your money straightaway. Try to negotiate with them to get your BCC profits back but unfortunately i don't think they will listen because of terms and conditions stating that they will not be held liable by you and software is provided as is etc. Take this as a lesson - it's better to store BTC offline in a cold storage in a case of a fork, even if it means losing out on a few hundred bucks profit. Take this as a lesson - don't post until you know what you are saying. You are talking about something completly different. |

You locked my funds when i was about to trade BTC_BCC, massive opportunity. This is not my fault, since i provided all documents and info that proves the ownership of the account. It would only take one very lazy person couple of minutes to figure this out, and you replay after 6 DAYS. You can apologize and write BS explanaions why this happened as much as you want, but nobody is going to give me my money back. |

I'm on the same boat and I was also considering opening a thread here, but so far reports of this happening aren't all that widespread.
The difference is I've had my account for years, used them successfully in the past, always had 2FA and never had an email regarding any unauthorized login attempt. So I have no clue regarding what's happening.
The worst part of this is that now I can't even withdraw my funds, so they've basically taken my funds as a hostage... Let's see how this plays out.
PS: I've successfully managed to withdraw from falling exchanges in the past... So something's definitely wrong on Bittrex.
Yeah, it sucks. In the first place, why would they give me deposit link if my account was disabled? I could have gone with Kraken and have over 9BTC now. In regards to your issue specifically, Kraken hasn't yet opened BCC deposits edit: one user here suggests asking them for help in their slack channel, but it seems to be closed. At least I can't seem to be able to join. Bittrex is now doubling their security after the fork ends. My account has been disable the withdrawal. I just create a support ticket regarding my problem and they give me an instruction to verify my account. Luckily, I managed to withdraw my balance. Just be patient because they are just updating their system due to the fork. Why would they allow deposit on dissabled account? Why they are not replaying to my ticket? I sent them couple of messages daily. |
