Bounty manager can always say "they lied to me, and didn't pay, i'm a victim as you" - so what can you take from him? No matter who is bounty manager, you should find info about ICO by yourself, and invest on your own risc.

Only if it is a really good coin, but most of them are shit, and you will see only dev's plays with it's price

you trade, or you hold. Main thing is to understand what are you waiting while holding - have you some takeprofit/stoploss, or you check the market every day and wait extremums.

Check the project, all documents, the team, the company... everything. And only if nothing bad found - than you can think about this coin in long term

this is normal for projects with weak background. Bounty hunters dump the tokens because they didn't pay anything, plus pre-ico token owners payed only part of the price, so first investors on exchange cannot do anything with this

should always think about hackers and be always careful in every click.

results will be exellent, but community will be so small that you won't get any profit from such ICO..
