The only thing I would update is shipping information. (Where to, and who pays)

Just an FYI for your privacy if it's a concern, you may want to edit your name out of the images, using paint or something.
Thanks, good looking out. Smiley

~Obelisk ASIC Miners (SC1 &  DCR1)~

Hi all,

I have pre-ordered during the Batch-1 sale a couple of ASIC's. They should arrive by the end of the month (can't say for sure) Escrow is required, otherwise you pay first.

Also willing to add in a $800 and $250 coupon code for each ASIC. I would honestly prefer to keep the units but due to certain  circumstances, letting go of them is what I have to do. Just looking to get a buyer or two lined up.

You will receive the item brand new, unopened from retail packaging. A power supply is included as well. Price is negotiable. I'll cover the shipping expenses. Thanks for consideration, cheers.

Here are some pictures of my order dashbaord:

    For sale:
1 X - SC1 + $1050 Coupon Codes
1 X - DCR1 + $1050 Coupon Codes

Update

I was contacted by the OP a few days ago with an offer to purchase the PSU, as they were not receiving the interest they had hoped for.

I expressed to OP that this is not how auctions are/or should be run on this forum, and suggested that from now on they post items as for sale in the "Goods" board(s)

I also stated that the auction needed to run it's course in case I was outbid, as I couldn't decide for any other bidder.

Now that the auction has run it's course, and I feel OP understands my previous objections to them running auctions, we have made an agreement for purchase.

I will send bb10787 .008 BTC.

This will be done once I receive the PSU, and confirm it is functional.

I offered to find escrow at the lowest fee possible or bb10787 could send first. They opted to send the PSU first, no exact date for shipping given but will be shipped within a few days.

Thank you,
It was a bit of a learning experience for me, i must admit. Glad we came to a deal though!

Wow, must have been sitting in a box. That's the first PSU, I bought to mine with last year.

Can you give more details on the when purchased? Also just to confirm escrow is okay to confirm it works upon arrival? I see you say free shipping, this includes Canada? If so I agree that it will not need to be shipped priority if I win we can agree on a cheaper method as this will be a spare for me.

Assuming all of the above is correct:

I bid .001 BTC

Yes, of course. I bought this psu on May 29, 2017. Purchased to go along with my Avalon6, but ended up using a thermaltake pc power supply. I never used this psu it has been sitting in a closet all this time. Yup free shipping includes Canada.

Here are the specifications quoted from Amitylabs:

High Efficiency 2450 Watt Server PSU for Antminer S9 / T9 / D3 / L3+ / S7 with Ready-to-Use Wiring  (200-240V only)

No more flimsy breakout boards! No more melted wiring! We are experienced bitcoin miners/engineers who offer you power systems that work well in actual use:
Reliability: Our wiring and PSU choices have proved themselves in 24/7/365 harsh condition operations at 100% duty cycle.
Ease of use: Just plug it and turn it on!
Quality: Everything is heavy-duty, high-temperature, above-rating, and fully insulated!
Value: When you add it all up, we come ahead of any breakout board (and way ahead of Bitmain's own power supplies).

Load Specifications:
One Antminer T9 / S9 / D3 / L3+ / S7 / A741 or equivalent high-power
For powering L3+, we also provide the more cost-efficient AMP2450L2 PSU capable of powering x2 L3+ at the same time
You can power legacy miners (R4/A6/SP20...etc) with this PSU - but we have models specifically designed for these jobs (see our other listings)

Power Supply Specifications:
2450 Watt HP server PSU
By running at 50% load with one S7/S9, this PSU achieves platinum 94% efficiency (full load efficiency is 92%)
220V AC (do not damage your home wiring mining on 110V !!!)
7ft heavy-duty C20 power cord is included/integrated
Please specify if you need another plug type (e.g. NEMA 6-15, NEMA 6-20, C13...etc)

Wiring Specifications:
Ten (10x) 16 AWG braided copper 6-pin PCI-E Molex connectors (each rated to 240 Watt / 20 Amps with 80 degrees C insulation)
28-inch long DC power bus made of heavy-gauge flexible braided copper-silicone cable (each rated 960 Watt / 80 Amp with 200 degrees C insulation)
Wiring soldered to the power terminals (minimizes electrical and thermal resistance)
All energized contacts fully insulated with high-strength dielectric epoxy, protected against wear, tear, and heat
PCI-e connector layout optimized for S9 / S7 / L3+, with dedicated connector for controller

Technical Notes:
We solder the conductors to the power terminals, providing for absolutely minimal resistance and optimal heat conduction/dissipation. The solid contact also protects against accidental disconnects, contact sparks, and interface oxidation.
We insulate every hot point with hard electrical epoxy and heavy-duty shrink wrap to prevent accidental shorts and increase hardiness.
We use proper wiring gauge and insulation:
PCI-e insulation is rated to 80 degrees Celsius, and has FT1/WV-1 flame exposure rating
16 AWG PCI-e wiring is optimal given the rating of the 6-pin connectors on your miner (240 Watt per terminal).
Thicker wiring (e.g. 14 or 12 AWG) cannot be reliably crimped to the pin, resulting in local overheating and burnout.
Three 16AWG wires have higher current rating than the 2x 14AWG "hack job" wiring you sometimes see. Bigger is not always better!
We use quality PCI-e connectors with proper crimping:
The weakest part of the PCI-e power link is the pin boot where the wiring is crimped. This is where overheating and burnout starts.
Our PCI-e wiring is custom-made by a leading power cable manufacturer, and is specced for durability.
The connector material has high temperature rating, the pins are correctly sized, and again - the crimp is done optimally.
Our PSUs ready to plug and go. You will not waste your time screwing around with DIN terminals or spade connectors.
19  Economy / Auctions / Re: [AUCTION] Obelisk ASIC Miner for Decred & Sia on: July 24, 2018, 07:25:02 AM
Let's set the end date to July 27 at 12:00 am. Although i do want to reserve the right not to sell in case of complications.

Just for clarity sake, is it 12:00 am GMT ? 12:00 am but which timezone ?

If you must know, the time stated earlier only applies to me. At the end of the day the auction ends.
20  Economy / Auctions / Re: [AUCTION] Obelisk ASIC Miner for Decred & Sia on: July 24, 2018, 06:33:05 AM
Starting bid: 1$
Minimum bid increment: 1$
Buy it now: 0.15 BTC
Payment methods: BTC, Ether, or Zcash.

$1 then ... Cheesy
When the auction ends ?
In 7 days ? Seven days from what ? We need a specific time here.

Let's set the end date to July 27 at 12:00 am. Although i do want to reserve the right not to sell in case of complications. Basically what i'm saying is i can't take too much of a loss on the unit. Otherwise i could just keep the ASIC and profit from mining.
Thanks.

Then why auction it with $1 as a starting bid ? You should have thought about all these aspects, and their consequences, before putting the auction thread up.
Don't pull rules out of a hat as if you were a magician. What's the next one going to be ?

Hi all, I'll keep this short and to the point.

Sometimes, you don't want to. When you start an auction, it's not a good idea, because you want it to be the most detailed as you can.
That way potentiel bidders can bid with confidence.

I chose $1 to get the auction started and get the ball rolling. The next rule i propose is serious inquires only.
