2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Low prices, are you excited about the situation? on: August 05, 2018, 04:07:50 AM
Prices are low and it is presenting a good opportunity ... are you excited about the situation? how do you exploit the retracement to your advantage?
Some investors are worried, but many of us are doing great business and will continue to do so in the coming days.
Which of the purchases of these days made you happier? did you do it on new products (new to you) or did you recover something that you missed in the past?
What are you keeping an eye on and hope to take during the next days?
The crypto prices are volatiles, it will not still low forever, it will go up again after a while as usual. But it is good time for the buyers and the last comers, they have the opportunity nowadays to buy many crypto currencies (including Bitcoin and Ethereum) with cheap prices.
3  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is back ? is that good time to invest ? on: August 05, 2018, 03:39:21 AM
BTC is back ? is that good time to invest  ? or still wait for few days ?
If you look at the crypto market now, bitcoin prices have increased, this time is the right time to invest again, although a little slow the price increases I'm sure the price will be high again.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do bounty hunters become ICO investors? on: August 05, 2018, 02:51:35 AM
I think that many bounty hunters will invest, and when they think the project is good, they will invest again instead of just bounty, because they get too few, and they want to get more, they will naturally join. Investors.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is a good amount to invest? on: August 05, 2018, 02:41:21 AM
What is a good amount to start with when investing into crypto?

I see lots of posts about “I have $100 / $200, what should I buy” and most of the time the answers are with that amount just invest in an ICO etc etc.

I would be interested to know what people here consider a good starting amount to invest...and I know the basics of not investing more than you can afford to loose but for arguements sake, what’s a good number to start with?

I’m not so much interested from a whale perspective of investing like $500k or $1mill, more so the normal everyday average joe male/female investor who wants to dabble in the crypto market. Would it be $1k, $2k, $5k, $10k, $20k etc? People new to the game or interested to start investing in this space may find this useful so they know a rough number which would be a good starting point before turning  that into riches (the obvious dream).

For reference I initially started with about $3k (it’s not loads but it was a start) and over time I’ve added more and more (it gets addicting) into the pot as and when I have the money to spend and when the time seems good to buy.
In crypto you can start with 1000 and grow it into 10k if you are lucky. It is similar to gambling but not to investment. As advised here, all money in crypto could go to 0. You should know this fact and don't buy if you can't allow to lose.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Long time holding, is it a smart thing to do? on: August 05, 2018, 02:07:19 AM
Yes longtime holding is a smart thing to do. Many people are regretting after realizing that they can earn more profit after waiting for a long time than selling it in an instant.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long should one have to wait to sell on: August 05, 2018, 01:59:08 AM
Bitcoin keep on falling down  and no sign of raising. How long can we keep holding?
I was stressed looking at the current bitcoin graph, it's just that I got a leak if bitcoin will rise in April - May. I am between sure or not, as they looked from bitcoin charts in the past year. Hope it's true, and I'll be ready to sell it.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I HOLD this: ----> post your holding coins! on: August 05, 2018, 01:41:17 AM
So simple the topic is, write here a list of your holding coins and maybe how long you hold each coin until yet!

I like ETH  and I hold some of it. I also like monero and waves. Waves can make much better with a better marketing. I also have some ico tokens too but they're not reliable as ETH for me. Just saying.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why I do not panic when the market falls on: August 05, 2018, 01:30:18 AM
For some reason I am sure that the price of the crypto will rise, so I hold it, I did not see any analyst who did not have the same opinion as I do, but thing that motivates me the most — is when I start comparing the whole current situation with the Dot-com bubble, the fact is that this bubble busted reaching 6 trillion dollars, the crypto reached only 830 billion yet, in its peak. During Dot-com bubble only middle and rich class had opportunity to invest but not all, in the crypto everybody can invest, regardless of country and day time and it also can be done anonymously from jour home computer, so I think that this is all just the beginning and the real bubble is yet to come, it is not known when it will come — in five or 10 years, but I hope that it will.
If I think it's all there must be a definite target and grip on ourselves, because I'm sure people like me also have emotional control, for the layman is very easily swept away when the market conditions are very bad like nowadays, but not for those who already have plans and targets that have been considered very mature because up and down the price was very reasonable ter...
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you panic? on: August 04, 2018, 06:46:13 PM
As I have noticed these days, when the ICO hasnt finished yet and the sale was still on going, the bounty tokens has already been distributed and also unlocked they sell it immediately on forkdelta or etherdelta for a much lower that ICO price, in which it could greatly disturb the sales in tokens. As for you the investor on that token, would you panic when you see that the tokens you own already selling at much lower price?
the market is obviously not in the best position at the moment. but the reason for panic, I do not see absolutely at the moment
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I want a long term investment what s the best choice for now? on: August 04, 2018, 02:08:42 PM
