Thanks for the report. We had a bit of extra web site downtime as we were working on lots of backend sysadmin type of things. Our apologies for that. Just for future reference, even if the website "goes down," the mining will still be active and shares will still be counted accurately. That's one of the many advantages our architecture has over many other pools. They're disjoint parts, so if one goes down, it doesn't affect any of the others. |

Since no big coin is being mined It will be long before any big farm will come here  The website is really great and it all look super nice. But we need better profitability  Else I can't move my main miner from MiddleCoin, And I am sure that there is a lot of people thinking the same. We have a small miner here to monitor our btc/mhs/day and when it raise at a certain lvl we will move everything. my 2 cents. Well in under 10 hours since we've gone beta, we have a pool hashrate of over 110 MH/s and haven't seen it stop climbing since. Profitability will only increase as more hashers join in. switched from middlecoin to see what's it like .UI looks great tho

Correct, although the simple profitability number is NOT de-facto for how we select coins because it isn't the only measure that is important when deciding what coins to mine. We take in a huge range of variables to determine which coin will be profitable, AND exchangeable, AND a bunch of other historic back-lookings that are not reflected on the profitability page. |

A feature I would like is to see is withdrawl history, showing each time when you withdrew, how much, and where too.
Also a "bug" that I noticed is that the menu on the left shows Sign Out on every page, except when I am on the blog page, just seems kind of disjointed to not have it appear on that one page.
Good suggestion for the withdrawal history. As far as the blog page thing goes, they are kind of 2 distinct portions of our website with different rights. We blended the templating styling to match between the blog and actual hashbros website so it appears to be one in the same. It's a hack for now, but we'll eventually get the sign out button on the blog as well, just low priority right now. |

Automatic redemptions pushed, as well as much less confusing auto redemption thresholds.
I like the less confusing auto-payout interface, though I often run my browser in a smaller window (make it around the size of 1280x1024 so I can multitask with other windows around it) and the text boxes are looking kind of funky. I have attached an example https://i.imgur.com/geinVJm.jpgWe'll get that fixed in a bit. Thanks for the heads up! EDIT: It is fixed now! Still seems somewhat off depending on how wide I make my window, it is almost like a 1px difference can make it messed up versus good looking still. I just took some screencaps and measured the width of the screen to see when this cutover point is, and it was fine looking at 1199px and not fine at 1201px, so 1200px seems to be the magical number where there is still an issue. I know you have designed the site to be reactive to the size of the window, and so it must have something to do with that. Just tried to add a worker and it seems to have added it... but now every time I go the workers page I get this:

Love the error message.. haha.. but now I can't add a second worker. :p
edit: managed to add a second worker and got another internal error. waited long enough and the workers page eventually went back to normal. just seems that adding a new worker gets the server angry for a few minutes.
Thanks for the bug report! We see the error in our logs. Will push a fix in a few! Please note that your worker was successfully saved the first time, it was just a visual bug in the page rendering code that threw the error EDIT: Fixed! |

Where is the current pool located? Saw on the feedback form that someone suggested more locations. You guys told Amsterdam would be a easy setup. That would be great cause thats were I live! Payouts are live.
great! Edit: You should fix the earning links in the left menu! The earnings link on the left hand will be a table that shows all earnings/payouts history. We disabled it a few days ago, but will be bringing it back soon. You can get to your personal earnings by going to the user icon in the top right and clicking on Earnings. Why my earning pay always show amount 0 BTC in payout history?
I request withdraw to test and it success but in Real Balance it don't subtract value sent to wallet
Yes, this is just a small visual bug, we're fixing it now. |

Hey guys, I know this is a minor thing, but it's kind of annoying.
Your pool links are tcp+stratum instead of stratum+tcp.
It doesn't work for myself in the former. Had to manually change it myself. Just letting you know.
You're the second user we've heard about the problem, although none of us have personally ran into it. We'll switch it around to stratum+tcp on the website. Thanks for the heads up. |

You're #385. We let people in waves from time of registration. We have only let in 84 users so far. Signed up few days ago, still no confirmation.

You're #177. See note above. We would LOVE to let everyone in right away, but this alpha is letting us get all kinks worked out with a smaller group of people. We have 4 engineers (myself included) working on this literally around the clock, there isn't an hour that goes by that a new piece of code isn't deployed that improves the website.
