1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Dr-Exchanger, scam me 4000$, he gave used perfect money e-Voucher on: September 26, 2014, 10:47:30 PM
now its 100% confirmed that this mother fucker "etlase2: is scammer

and now this bullshit scammer appear as etlase3 and claimed hacked previous account  totally bullshit

Hey guy - I am not defending the thread starter, I'm saying it isn't his account, it's mine (it was hacked *9* months ago). That means he was either involved in the btctalk security vulnerabilities in 2013 or bought the account from someone who was. Whatever that says about the character of the person posting is up to each person's own interpretation, but it is the truth. *I* am not a scammer though and have never even been involved in a BTC trade ever.
2  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Dr-Exchanger, scam me 4000$, he gave used perfect money e-Voucher on: September 23, 2014, 09:38:18 PM
Per Dr-Exchanger's pm request, I am replying to this thread to confirm that my account, Etlase2 was hacked back in January as a result of one of the security breaches some time back.

I have no opinion or information relating to the content of this thread, but common sense would suggest someone who is buying hacked btctalk accounts is probably not all that trustworthy.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Decrits: The 99%+ attack-proof coin on: September 02, 2014, 05:12:24 AM
Decrits as a project is dead in his basement.
Etlase should be hiring 2-3 coders for help and raising funds on some platform for it.  Cool
My friend said that he will establish domains decrits.net and decrits.org
with docs and forums on DCR.
So watch on them. After cool trolling here, he likely will discuss developments there.

"your friend said"? Tongue

I'm still around. Decrits did go on hold for awhile, longer than I wanted. I'm working on it again and that's about all I'll say at this point.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NXT :: descendant of Bitcoin - Updated Information on: March 26, 2014, 06:25:37 PM
Ukigo is BCNext. I wasn't saying anything about it in respect to his identity, but since salsacz keeps talking about it it's no secret anymore.
Decrits' project is most likely NXT itself

Although it's remotely possible that Ukigo is BCNext, Decrits is definitely not nxt because Decrits is my baby and I'm definitely not BCNext. A fixed supply is against everything I've complained about on btctalk for the last 3 years. I don't know what motive Ukigo would have for helping me with decrits while furiously coding nxt during the same time frame though.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NXT :: descendant of Bitcoin - Updated Information on: March 26, 2014, 04:33:00 PM
It's a month since BCNext left Nxt and started with collecting trains again https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=14881

Ukigo is not BCNext, he was hosting a wiki and communicating with me about decrits.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Decrits: The 99%+ attack-proof coin on: March 25, 2014, 03:08:34 PM
is this dead ? any updates on this coin ?

It's not dead but I haven't had time to work on it much in the last two months. It is difficult to try to program something that requires intricate testing in 2-3 hour bursts between work and life. I'm going to try to refocus for the next month or two to get the protocol up to an alpha testing ready stage and then set up the forum and wiki to get some details and discussion going. It is still going to be a ways out from that though.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [eMunie] eMunie Tech & General Q&A Thread - Get Involved on: March 25, 2014, 01:58:16 PM
In case you haven't heard, Dan is writing the non-technical paper. He is post frequent updates here-

https://forum.emunie.com/index.php?/topic/1750-emunie-currency-stability-supply/

Is this the same level of detail we can expect in the paper describing how the network will be secure against attacks/double spends? For which a model has yet to be provided even a year later. Not even the basis for a model. Just some nodes that are magically assumed to come to consensus and a lot of window dressing.

The fundamental solution that bitcoin brought to decentralized consensus has been thrown out by emunie, but no replacement has been described. Be very wary.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Nxt source code flaw reports on: March 19, 2014, 07:43:45 PM
Don't reveal the flaw on 3rd of April, please

Let someone find it.
Are you seriously suggesting to break a promise?

Like releasing the full source on Jan 3rd?
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Failure to Understand Bitcoin Could Cost Investors Billions" (Bitcoin's flaws) on: March 11, 2014, 07:38:07 PM
It shouldn't have.  I'd wager that if you actually sat down and assessed your real costs, you'll find that your expenses have likely doubled as well, since about 2000.

Well there was that jump when I upgraded to my McMansion in 2006.

While gas prices have been fairly flat the past couple of years, the price of a gallon of petrol near where I live was right around $2.20 in 2008 and is $3.57 today; and has been as high as $4.09 in between.

So it seems that your memory is suspect afterall. Gas may have been in the low $2s in 2008, but it was above $4 in 2007. Perhaps you should look into the reasons why it was so cheap in 2008? Because it does not make your case at all.

The offical CPI suppresses

There was no statement made about the official CPI, stop red herringing. Shadowstats is just as big of a pile of bs; pointing out the flaws of some other flawed metric does not make Shadowstats not flawed. Besides, all it is doing is obviously just adding 5% on to the CPI, there is no actual metric.

And I don't have the data points, but if we assume roughly 8% inflation since 2000 according to shadowstats, that means there has been ~150% inflation in 14 years. Someone making $50k today is the same as someone making $20k in 2000.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone interested in developing or investing in the development of a coin? on: March 03, 2014, 09:47:02 PM
What info would you like to know? Specifics regarding the coin can not be discussed on a public forum for obvious reasons, but I will answer any questions I can without giving too much away.

What are the obvious reasons? Of the few that have posted ideas for different ways of doing it, none have been implemented. Nobody here does anything except copy code and change a few variables. Unless you are doing something other than copying bitcoin for 99.9% of your code, your idea is probably underwhelming too regardless if there is some perceived market for it.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why have a bunch of the eMunie founders + familiar faces disappeared from eMu? on: February 04, 2014, 02:39:15 PM
5: We have to TRUST the developer that his system will work since the core of it is not yet written nor tested and yet he is gathering investments.

Boy if I haven't called this throughout the project.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Etherum and Emunie scamcoins? on: February 03, 2014, 09:31:27 PM
Well the details are dynamic, they are changing as we speak.

This is the beauty of it all, it isn't a state that someone came up with a theoretical idea and went all in (as cool as it might be), every idea is tested, every option is valued - and in the end the best is taken.

"Here are once again a bunch of meaningless, flowery words from an eMunie supporter" that is all I see.

Quote
So many technical aspects of the client have changed and might still change, the investment you make it the same as you make in any other coin - based on if you believe this can and will be a big thing.

No one should believe a thing until the security and economic details have been released and it has some discussion from the community. The client is window dressing.

Quote
I think if you truly compare eMunie to any other coin (besides bitcoin), you will see that even prior launch, the efforts gone into development are huge - whilst other coins with over $50M in market cap don't have anything that differentiates them from the rest (besides block time / reward size).

At the very least, they have a proven security system which eMunie does not. And it appears more and more like any whitepaper or details will be released at the last second before or maybe even during or after the IPO with as little public discussion as possible. Is Dan really so paranoid that someone is going to steal his amazing ideas and release something that copies them prior to the release of eMunie? Because that is absurd. That raises many questions as to why these details have not been released.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Transparent mining, or What makes Nxt a 2nd generation currency on: January 31, 2014, 09:12:05 PM
I think your nonsense indicator is badly broken.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Transparent mining, or What makes Nxt a 2nd generation currency on: January 31, 2014, 07:22:14 PM
I refused to explain coz practice proves my position and it's YOU who is supposed to prove that ur model is correct.

So if practice proves your position, and I flip heads 10 times in a row, that means I will never flip tails? Practice proves that the coin always lands on heads. Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Decrits: The 99%+ attack-proof coin on: January 30, 2014, 04:23:04 PM
Etlase2 acct has been hacked and the admins don't care.

Network protocol is in testing, partial source and alpha test runs in a month or two. Still a ton to do though.
16  Other / Meta / Hacked account on: January 12, 2014, 06:15:47 PM
I sent a PM to theymos a week ago, then Stefan Thomas a day or two later, but neither has responded to my request to get my account Etlase2 back. All I would need is to have the account's email set to what it was previously and I could recover it myself. Thank you
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Constant accusations of scam, eMunie public IPO cancelled. on: January 12, 2014, 04:01:29 PM
It wasn't the only factor in play, there were many that led to this decision.

Lets weigh up the options with regard to the blackmail

1)  Fight it constantly, never get to where you want to be
2)  Pay them off to "keep the peace" and dig a bigger hole
3)  Remove the ammo from the gun and deal with them in a legal manner

I chose 3, regardless of claims accuracy, as would any sensible individual.

Or you could, god forbid, ignore some trolls on the internet...
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Paye (Alt Currency) - a different type of currency - an idea. on: January 09, 2014, 07:46:13 AM
Yeah ok, move along, nothing to see here.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Paye (Alt Currency) - a different type of currency - an idea. on: January 09, 2014, 07:19:41 AM
Well you said you're developing it, and you said it doesn't use cryptography. Will it then be a centralized server such as Paypal where you have final control over everything? Because if it is going to be decentralized, you are going to need some heavy cryptography.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Paye (Alt Currency) - a different type of currency - an idea. on: January 09, 2014, 06:54:39 AM
The code will be open-source.  The database (of trans.) will be available to the public.

Transactions are initiated from the account.  Transactions are irreversible.

You didn't answer the question.
