This project is clearly trying to use the fame of the Silicon Valley TV show to shill his ICO project.
Obviously, this isn't a serious project.

It brings nothing new, the website is blank.

Your behavior is parasitic in some way, the fact is that the fictitious company "Pied Piper" did an ICO in the serie !
This is why there is a Pied Piper Coin price on the piedpiper.com website (the HBO website)

This ICO project here is nothing more than a leech, stealing fame from cool things. That's despicable and deserves every warning.
