I have submitted a number of tickets so far, the latest one is DKL-182-14572, Could you please look into the issue. Please.

None of them is real now, if they were to be then u could found them on their support page. There was but not anymore. There was this guy who tried to scam me, not knowing i have a background in pentesting, i exposed him here. And posted all my convo here. So submit a ticket is the safest way.
But again i have same problem they banned my account (since i myself is a victim of phishing site) they dont reply. If they want there site to be succsesful they need to improve their support system.
Also submit ticket in russian

There is no such thing as no reason, sorry bro.
If you indeed spammed your URLs as shown above then no wonder you got banned, I would ban you too.
I got banned with the same chat history dude, that site is phishing site and it will inject the trojan into your computer. So the chat history has nothing to do with the orignal account owner and they should take this in account. |

Yeah, have one of my tickets in russian. But I don't understand one thing, they banned me because of the trojan, why would they believe me now and remove the ban?   |

There are many accounts under the similar name, which one is the real one?

No, it's for real. I've used their skype for support... the skype I have for them is support.btc-e . They're online a fair bit too.

Ok so I didn't know that www.predictcoin.info was a phishing site. I opened it and of course I got phished. I tried to login and turns out i was banned. Upon checking the chat history it turns out that the trojan was promoting the site. The users warned me but since it wasn't me so it didn't stop. Now, the question is how serious it could be, this will be my first time submitting a ticket but I heard they don't respond to them. I also talked to btc-e.support (from Thailand) over skype, he asked for my email password lol don't know why that is. I gave it to him, he singed in bcz I got the notification email, and then i changed the password right after  , He asked for it again and said wait for 30 mins lol. WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET MY ACCOUNT BACK??   |
