Hi all,
Any news on development? Nothing posted here since July 25th, still waiting on website, look @ ETN, mobile wallet mining and up coming iOS wallet. Lots of big plans in the crypto world but iCoin is full of false promises. Every so often is an update but nothing ever comes of it. iCoin still has a community waiting in the wings, but I think this coin is dead, there’s been no progress for 3 years. Can’t believe people are still buying, hoping!
You should give up the ghost and let someone else have iCoin to develop otherwise it’s a wasted opportunity.
Just food for thought.

BiteBTC is not a scam guys, it's just a really piss poor exchange with low volume, they seem to tweeting about lots of airdrops but still doesn't increase the volume. But definitely not a scam!!!!!!!

Hi there, Is this the new design for the website? If it is would it not be best to just publish it and receive comments on it publicly, then edit it if necessary? Still hopeful for this coin, but at the moment i'm not holding my breath, although buying cheap is good right now. I think the process to get more interest is quite simple build website, change algo, create android & iOS wallet implement features and technologies such as payment card, real world uses. anyway at the moment, no website, just the odd messages asking for IPs and no development really apart from keeping the blockchain alive since 2014. Still the price drop is a good chance to hoard iCoins in a hope that one day I will be able to use them just like I do bitcoins. Thanks Sinpey for keeping iCoin going this long. Let's hope 2018 has a positive outcome for this fantastically named and very marketable coin. tottyt  |

What are the long term plans for iCoin? Are you going to utilise the blockchain and create a use for the coin or is it simply going to be a payment system? If it is going to be a payment system I think long term we need to look at creating an IOS and Android wallet and possibly a debit card linked to this coin so that iCoin can be withdrawn or used to convert to fiat for real world spending just like the bitcoin xapo app. I use their card and convert bitcoin to fiat in shops, online, and to withdraw etc. It works really well. But this is just my opinion. It definitely needs to be a registered trademark to stop Apple from creating their own and forcing them to purchase this in the near future.... The world is iCoins oyster I know, I know, one step at a time lol.... Looking forward to the new website. Maybe you could redesign this thread and add a 3 year plan, obviously a reasonable time frame. I see so many white papers and dev's unable to stick to their schedule. Anyway whatever you decide I'm onboard. tottyt Also this coin is not going to be mined for like forever, so would it not be better to use POS rather than POW as mining is not very good for the environment and I reckon POS would encourage people to keep iCoin in their mobile wallet etc... |

Could I just point out that the wording is different. For example:- Twitter is "iCoin" and Facebook is "ICoin". I think it is confusing if you spell it differently.
Is this something that can easily be changed?

Hi Tottyt, thanks for your hint. I was not able to use iCoin at Facebook at first. But I asked for the change which has been approved - so now there is iCoinProject at both sites BR S. Hi sinpey That's great. It's nice to see the community coming together to work on this amazing coin. I'm excited as this has always been my favourite coin and would have been gutted if it was just left to waste. T. |

Hey WenWen, I think they need developers and such, as the original dev premined and dumped then left.... However I do believe that there is some folk left assisting with this coin but I know they posted a while back that they work full time and can only dedicate so much time to iCoin. So if you know anybody willing to help please let them know as this coin could be huge. I have taken all my coin out of iCoin now but will gladly reinvest if I knew what was going on. |

Haha yes I do feel enlightened, have been buying and selling crypto since 2013 and had 500,000,000 moon which I have sold off 400,000,000 to reinvest elsewhere. I now have 5k Ark. Hey you guys, You need to get a team together and work on some blockchain tech like stratis, ethereum, waves etc. I think iCoin could push the boundaries and come up with some groundbreaking game changing tech. It seems people are still keen to see this work, I know I am. So do you have any future plans, any whitepaper or Road Map etc. Be nice to know what, if any, you have planned for iCoin. tottyt |

Yobit have obviously closed off deposits as you can buy so cheap on Nova exchange and they don't want people buying cheap on there and driving down the price. I guarantee that as soon as the price on Nova increases then Yobit will open deposits. just a reasonable thought tottyt |
