i'm out of any other ideea and technobit is not replying to my mails i consider myself screwed up. For 70€ technobit failed i wonder if this amount worth so much to loose a possible customer, i guess yes.

Does the Board may have a bypass?
In the photo it looks like this.
By the right power connector, 3rd row of chips from the bottom, 2.chip(Power-FET) from the right side.
It looks like 2 pins (first and second from the right side) was bridged.
But also can be, that this is the side for cooling the chip (Power-FET) , then the bridge would be correct.
Compare this please by look at the other board , on my board I can't find any labels of the components.

I would ask you to send back the board , you have 1-year warranty.

The different variants of the power supply have a different cause.
The 6-pin PCI-E connector is specified for 75 W.
So 2 of them brings 150 W.
But you will need about 400 W for the miner.
The cables from the power supply can thereby be warm.

3 connectors brings 225 W.
So the cables from the power supply is less stress in this case, since the load is distributed across multiple cables.
In my opinion it is not another reason for the 3rd connector .

Hello i have 2 hex4m boards that i aquired in february 2014 after a long wait my boards have arrived finally and i got them plugged in to recover a little bit of my loss one of the boards was hashing at 250gh with some nonces after reading a bit i got that fixed by cleaning the minion chips and adding some thermal grease now is working as a charm second miner is refusing to hash i did the same operation as the 1st one and the speed i get is 2 3-gh and alot alot of nonces

Did you rebend the mounting plates on the CPU-Coolers?
For me that has helped.

I'm not happy to disagree with you.
The Speedy tracking number is not useless.
If you log in to Speedy with these number you can find the international tracking ID next to the Speedy number.
It is the number in brackets, directly over the list with Date, Operation and Settlement.

Ok, to speak or write with Magdalena makes more fun.  Cheesy
Who would not want contact Magdalena finds its tracking number on the above described way.
It takes a little longer.

need help, you've send me yesterday my tracking number of my three hex4m but on speedy tracking says it doesnt exist...

For me it was not possible to tracking my parcel until early Monday afternoon.
The current tracking-ID is the Speedy-intern Number for parcels within Bulgaria.
It is therefore quite possible that you can find the international tracking ID until Monday or Tuesday on the website of Speedy.

I have acted in accordance to your instructions.
Coolers dismantled,  plates rebent , new thermal grease.
Result: using parameters 930/800 gives 330-350 Ghash.
Im happy now.

Problem solved!
The CPU coolers have transportation apparently not unscathed.
2 of them seem to have no real contact to the chip.
So the chips are overheating.
I'll get buy some new tomorrow.

Report of the mining front:

The Miner has arrived safely , I've already reported that.
After a longer conditioning phase here the results from the function-test:



The Miner was supposed with 400 GH/s.
One-eighth of it is remarkable ! Sad
My PSU is an Thermaltake Berlin 630W ( 540 Watt on 12 V-Coil). That is sufficient.
Massive errors on the chips 2 and 3 are also not explained to me.
I am really disappointed. Sad

My parcel arrived!

I carefully opened it and..... I dont smelled everything.
At first sight, everything looks good.
Not burned parts, a fan has not survived the journey.
This is not a problem. 
Ok , a bit dusty throughout and also a slight greasy dust (the same as for Unblock64),
but that's perfectly fine for a used device.
Functional test follows later , the miner is very cold.
Thats the weather ! It is winter!

I'm shocked.
This seems to be a never-ending story with technobit.eu. Angry
I would pack up everything and send it back.
The return shipping costs naturally has to pay the recipient , of course.
Make a request to technobit for return shipment (RMA) quickly.
Finally you have 1 year warranty.
At the same time you should cancel your order with reference to Directive 97 /7 / EG.
You have this right of retraction/revocation. The deadline for this is regular 14 days after you have received your order.

Impudence.
Used is one thing, defective entirely something different.
And this miner is definately not fully functional.


At the moment my package is still in Austria, but could come tomorrow.
I will see then, what a "funny surprise" technobit.eu has reserved for me.
I'll be back here if my package has arrived.

My parcel is certainly on the way and I'm happy. Cheesy
With the money, which now gets to the lawyer, I could have bought another miner.
But, who wants the one has to like the other.
And thats ok so.
Last year I lost enough money due to con firms. I'm just thinking to pmtocoins , cryptorush etc.
I do not have said, that's technobit.eu is a con company to.
And i never will say that.
But, it spoke very much things for this point.

Now everything is fine and I look forward to my "new" miner.

The deadline set by us has passed.
For my part I have received a shipment ID from technobit.eu.
But this ID I cant confirm , neither at DPD nor at Speedy.
I'm waiting on this day , in the course of the day I 'm going to try several times to confirm the shipment ID.
Has anyone not received a shipment ID except soulistyce?
Can anyone confirm his shipment ID?

May be they have send your two orders together in only one parcel.
If you want to be absolutely sure, then you must waiting until your package is arrived to you.
Of course, you can already do something before your parcel is arrived, but you have to pay all the costs of that with no chance of refund.
In my case these are about 120.- Euros, which the lawyer for the informations required.
(Great hourly rate. The advice has lasted only 15 minutes. I do not begrudge him. The guy is real great.)

I agree with you 1000%.
If I do not have tracking id tomorrow, then they have squandered their last chance.
If you want it, then I write here or in the other thread about how what my lawyer said.
It 's enough energy once when one bears the cost.

Since 15:11 today i have a Tracking-ID.
My package is either still ready for collection of technobit.eu or in the storagehouse of the local parcel service.
The packet number is not yet registered in any case.
But this is not surprising.

Short info:
My order UTQOEADJB is since yesterday also on "Preparation in Progress" status.
But I keep my promise. It is not yet Monday 2015-02-23 9:01 UTC/GMT .
Maybe the guys from Technobit have simply not done in time to enter the appropriate data in the website.
Finally they had to grab a lot of packages.
I just hope for them , which they did that.

Tomorrow we will know that.

Furthermore I allow myself no judgment.
We all can come even in difficult situations.
But: When it comes to other people's money , then we must have the courage and talk with these people and explain these problems.
No one will rip your head off in this case, I think.
(ok, the few cholerics are the exception) ;-)
Unfortunately, there are also plenty of black sheeps who want to come on your money.
This talk just hot air and if they have your money, you will never hear again some of those.
They dissolve into what they have promised you. HOT AIR.
And now distinguish even know who belongs to which group.
