As we have answered you in our mails, please allow the time mentioned in our ToS for the cigarettes to arrive (delivery to France can take up to 6-7 weeks).

No good. We will update once (and if) the situation gets better with shipping to UK. Don't even try. I lost 21.9BTC on an order and hoki's no longer responding to my contact requests.
I am responding, and you didn't "lose" the BTC, it was on your own risk as you were aware of the likelihood of a seizure.

Mining не влияет ни на спрос, ни на предложение биткойнов. Не знаю почему с ценой должно что-то произойти.
Первый вариант развития событий как минимум просто очень плохая новость, и если глядеть назад то это всегда рушило курс.

Насколько я понимаю, есть два пути развития событий:
1. Butterfly Labs вообще ребята, охуенно все продумали и всех кинут этой зимой. 2. ASICи действительно в производстве и скоро их начнут высылать.
Как думаете, что произойдет с ценой BTC в каждом из случаев? Мне как-то стремно, но по 12 не хочется все сливать..

Honestly this is the first time ever we got a bad review with regards to the quality of our smokes. To dissipate the paranoia a little bit, I would like to ensure everybody that this is simply not true - we buy all of our cigarettes from official import distributors only, and we are ready to back up this claim with scanned invoices anytime. The vast majority of the brands listed on our website is produced in Ukraine, a few being produced in Germany, Greece and South Korea. There seems to be a bug in your bitcoinaddress system. I recently did 2 orders right after each other, and i got the same payment address for both the orders. I didn't really think about it so i paid for both orders to the same address, and now the last order is gone. Kinda annoying considering i've actually paid for both orders It happened again today when i tried making 2 orders right after each other and got the same payment address for both the orders. Sent you an e-mail about this on your supportmail by the way! And i can still really vouch for cigs.eu, this is the first time i've ever had any problems with them after about 10 orders  Julia looked into it and couldn't find the second payment. Let me look into this and I will get back to you asap - normally we should have received it. I sent you a PM with the blockchain info and such to prove i'm not trying to misuse your trust  Yep, all good  We link payments to specific orders, and you placed only one (but sent two payments). All sorted out, thanks for being a repeat customer!

Hello everybody! All emails responded. I am extremely sorry for the delay - we've got an insane number of incoming emails combined with some family stuff going on, but now we're going full speed. Also, the British seizure rate went pretty high up, so it is better to abstain from ordering if you're from the UK for now. We can only refund 50% if you show us proof of seizure, so order at your own risk! Good luck! If you actually get the guy to respond to the support email can you ask him to come on here and tell me what they're doing about my 21BTC order that seems to have vanished into the abyss?
Responded. I am sure we can figure something out, as you're a repeat customer and received your previous order fine. My girlfriend had one stopped at customs. Was shipped on June 1 was arrived at customs office 2 days ago. lol They say they want a receipt. Yeah, right  Yes, we would need a receipt before we can issue a refund. I waited a couple of weeks and got no cigs, they told me to wait 35 business days, I waited that long, no cigs, sent them a couple of emails, got a PM back 3 days ago saying they would respond to my email soon, yet no response as of yet.
I'm out 21BTC as well and have been waiting since April, its pretty ridiculous. All I wanted to do was smoke a few cigarettes, lol!
I have personally responded to your email and haven't heard back from you. Maybe that's because of the questions I'm asking? I have just tried again, let me know if you received it.
