Some advice to Marto: DUDE!
TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! I can't stress this enough. Answer their emails and contact requests. People don't hate you, they just hate to be left in the dark, because they don't know what's going on. Just answer their emails and everything will be fine. I know you're mainly a tech guy, but communication with customers is EXTREMELY important. Hire some student to answer emails for 1 hour a day. That's all you need. You wouldn't be having any of these complaints if you just talk to them.
