That was a typo?

ROFL. A "typo" that was pointed out time and again and sparked endless discussions since December.  Strangely every Coincraft based product had similar "typo's".  Oh and bitfury based products too, also consuming ~2x what you claimed on the website. Then at some point around February or so, you replaced that typo with another "typo" (600-900W IIRC), and even today its still showing less than what you are claiming today.

Typo my ass.

Either way Puppet, its still economically efficient comparing to other miners on the market. And we are making headway in shipments and really believe that in the next 12 days or so we'll be able to delivery everyone current order. Now that bugs have been solved its a process of ramping up the lines and organizing assembly teams.

And again, anyone that would like to assist is welcome.

If you got weekends for assembly I am all in. I do client work on the weekdays so I need to be taking care of that. But I will happily work a couple of weekends if it helps get more miners to people. PM me if you are interested. I live in the NYC area but a drive to the philly area isnt a big deal to me as I am usually in southern jersey on a regular basis as it is.

I live in Philly and offered 3 times now.. no response.

I haven't gotten a PM from you and I'm way behind on reading this thread to date, just happened to come across this post. Call me, for I'm in King of Prussia right now, for that was the only place for me to get a room last night. I'm ready to head to Baltimore after stopping for coffee.

815-508-1668

I could just about meet you anywhere.

that was to ATM about helping them make units.

Never followed Bruno, but i remember the 180 degrees turn after he met Josh and now i see that this is happening again. It seems that Bruno from time to time seeks companies to bash in order to get some sort of compensation. First he bashed AMT and then he pretended to go there just to see if they are real? I call this a big BULLSHIT. Of course they were real. I find this a very strange argument and it certainly doesn't require a 1 day drive to check that. And let's analyze the situation a bit. What we had before his visit and what we have now? It's the same non-communication from AMT who just replies to random posts, but doesn't say shit about refunds and advertised specs and jumping queue. So Bruno's visit is useless from customer's point of view, but now he has a 1 Th miner delivered the same day.

Nonetheless i enjoy Bruno's posts and his tactic that it is entertaining. Until now he is the only one that bought a NEW 1Th miner and started to mine in the same day Smiley

Well not hashing same day he still has to drive home Tongue

FYI: I offered to help them build tomorrow, Sunday, and early next week.. guess what kind of response I got
6  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official Thread: AMT on: March 28, 2014, 01:23:55 PM
Rolling up the carpet, headed to the docks.

Good lord I hope you have help, you could throw your back out trying to haul him to the van.

Da Fuq?

EDIT. That BETTER be a fuckin' Joke. Bruno was one of the first people to be welcoming to me in the bitcoin community. While I think his methods are overkill, he's good people.

No don't worry, its cool, we sold him a miner.

Good now you have money to send one of us a refund
7  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official Thread: AMT on: March 28, 2014, 04:36:56 AM
The ROI is BS out directly from them. It's just marketing because others were doing it. If you get $1 from it you have your ROI.. it does state you'll get profit. just a return on investment, or in other word you got $1 back for your $6K

"If the network increases so much that the next level miner also can’t meet ROI, the product upgrade will continue to the next AMT product which is profitable."

From investopedia:

Definition of 'Profit'

A financial benefit that is realized when the amount of revenue gained from a business activity exceeds the expenses, costs and taxes needed to sustain the activity. Any profit that is gained goes to the business's owners, who may or may not decide to spend it on the business.

Yes it is marketing, and if they don't honor it then it's false advertising http://definitions.uslegal.com/f/false-advertising/ . It is a crime to falsely advertise, http://www.ftc.gov/news-events/media-resources/truth-advertising .

See, words have meanings. Especially words in the context of business. Now what that says is that your machine will be profitable or they will upgrade the machine until you have a machine that will be profitable within a 6 month time period of estimated shipping.

We didn't write it they did. And it's important to hold them accountable to their word. And if they won't hold themselves accountable, there are other parties who will. But perhaps I'm just being impolite.

I get that.. Just relaying what was told to me in similar words.. so be prepared to hold them accountable. Also refunds were promised too and they changed the policy thinking it is retro active for us like we are buy some monthly service contract that they can change, and we all have to abide by

well if their taking him to the assembly location it's on the other side of the city. so that will take time.
10  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official Thread: AMT on: March 28, 2014, 02:44:27 AM
I know.. I still had to try and get something to show to my investors. I had to try before going the next step, and I still had some hope.  I had to try something and give them a chance. And all in all at this point I want my money back.
11  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official Thread: AMT on: March 28, 2014, 02:34:11 AM
I said today let me come make mine and I would help make others since I live 5 minutes from their assembly plant. I was the basically told black was a special case since he ordered more and told it was time to go to court to get anywhere.

Mblackout was not a special case because of his order quantity, it was because of he approached the situation. When we offered to have assemblers come in he offered right away and noted that the didn't need to take his miner that he just wanted to help. He was polite in every email and understanding about delays, he demonstrated how he could help and that he felt we needed it. We do need the help and the right people who can do it, not guys that a threatening to sue and later like - "ok sure I wont sue and i'll come build two miners if i can take mine today." Also Mblackout was in the in the early 600's vs HSminer who is in the 1200's. We're picking up the pace but again we could still use the help.

that's not what I was told.  I was told he was allowed to come and put his together. and I said I would come put mine together then too if that what it take, and I offered to put more together while I was there.  Then you said he was a special case since he ordered 150K worth of units, and dropped off a check for 20 more units..And I was told by your staff that you have shipped out of order to keep certain people quit. And I didn't say anything about sewing with you on the phone till I was told no refund. and that you change your policies to no refunds..

They ship so little that they don't have a fedex pickup. Probably taking the daily two units by car.

They ship maybe a few units a day, even though nobody has seen them.

They shipped orders out of order.

They gave a miner to mblackout (maybe) with a much higher order number than others.

Mblackout ordered three miners, as AMT said earlier today.

Lemme know when I'm wrong.

3?Huh that's not what I was told today in their office by Josh. I was told he got 150K worth, and order 20 more units and paid with a check before he left. also if he was order number 609 or what ever it was.. shouldn't he already have gotten his back in Febuary
14  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official Thread: AMT on: March 27, 2014, 05:34:59 PM
was there again. today.. still no answers.. going to give them a chance still till monday.. if not I'll give u all the details of what I was told
15  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official Thread: AMT on: March 27, 2014, 01:38:51 PM
Does anyone know what the address is to their assembly location? I was told it was in the north east philly ares.

I was at their main office yesterday and was told in person a call back,  and as of this point nothing from the owner. Just spoke with his brother and secretary. very nice lady, and it sucks she has to field the anger when it's not her fault at all. Anyways if anyone know please post it. I would like to stop by there since out of 4 times being at the main office Josh has been there a total of 0 times, and I am told is always at the plant.
16  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official Thread: AMT on: March 26, 2014, 02:22:23 PM
l12 - what is your order range?

13XX

but only reason why they responded is i screamed refund if no one got back to me.....but then it's like even tho they said it's ready end of this week it feels uneasy like can i take their word? since i opted for pick up
how would they know if i'm coming or not if they are not answering calls or email

Dude I live 35 -40 minutes from them. I've always said I would go pick it up. I've been told the same thing as you, but when it's time for it no answer, and no one at the their office.

I am past the point of waiting reading what's been going on.. Last night was the 1st night I've had time to go back a few pages and really read what's been happening. I thought they've been shipping them just the ones ordered around the time I did were late.. I am contacting my lawyer tonight. Going to talk to him about a class action . if you are interest PM me.

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the forum and I'm glad I've joined. Like others, I've been scammed out of $6150 dollars. Like an arms race, I jumped on board and trusted in AMT to deliver. Well, they failed me and all of you. I too, along with my co-workers were contemplating taking a trip to AMT to get our money back, we're still undecided, however, $6150 is no small change. I've already filed with the BBB and the FBI and strongly suggest for all that have been scammed into this to file. The more voices heard, the faster they will work at resolving the case and prosecuting Josh. The longer we all wait, the more difficult it is to process. Lets all face it. No one is getting any hardware and most likely their money back. Josh travels back and forth to Bulgaria and with 7 million in the bank, who needs to come back to the US.

Whats your order number for it to be added to the unofficial list? More documentation the better.

Strange you posted once and all of a sudden now that its possible proof is coming. Quite the coincidence. That said if Phin doesn't make the trip because they backed down then yea I think as a community we move forward to take further action to get our cash back. If he doesn't because of his own volition...well we are pretty much at the same place we were before.

I for one just want to know whats going on over there and if our orders are arriving. As has been noted cant take them at their word. They haven't kept any of their promises to date to our knowledge. Let's see where this goes and hope we get some answers from the trip if he goes.

Just catching up - No cause for alarm needed, and we don't mind covering the bill for the flight, we have the reservation and its no problem to move it to Thursday, or even an earlier time that works for you. We haven't received a PM from you  here on the forum so we didn't know if you'd like to reschedule or not. USAirways has a free 24 hour reschedule policy as well, so no fee's assessed there.

In route, driving oppose to flying, that way I'm able to kill several birds with one stone. I'm already behind, having left later than I was initially planning, then lost more time dropping off that barn door hardware order.

Currently in a hotel now due to get being tired and road worry. Started to see double and couldn't get my eyes focused, thus best to pull over.

Going to try my best to get to AMT's office by early evening tomorrow, for I still have ~600 miles to go, and I left out 5 hours ago from Sandwich, IL.

I'm now going to delete that page I created showing by IL DL and dad'a obit, etc. I have copies of them all on my laptop, of course, if they're ever needed again.

Thanks for the support all, along with the well-thought-out posts from the other side of the fence. Overall, the latter's not being to big an ass, and their opinion is welcome.

I honestly don't have any cause for alarm in meeting up with team AMT, as well they shouldn't with me. It's to everybody's concern that nothing but positive comes from this meetup.

With the exception of the bounty to offered to have me come to their office, AMT won't have to pay out any airfare or hotel expenses, or even dinner expense, if we go that route, for I'll gladly pick up the tab.

I can meet tomorrow.. Heck I can be there in less then 40 minutes.. take pictures and all and show everyone

19  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official Thread: AMT on: March 26, 2014, 02:47:50 AM
Personally I'd like to think they are just terrible communicators. But until they prove otherwise it's hard to take anything they say seriously. I wanted to support them and really was giving the benefit of the doubt. To some degree I still do only because there are alot of things that still don't add up to them being the scam people are claiming they are. But that said poor business practices don't excuse the behavior either.

I'm in the same boat that's a big reason I haven't said anything till now. that an I'm not really a chatter on forums.  A did meet them 2 times early on ones to talk about stuff and 2nd to drop off my check, but now I've been promised a unit in my hands twice, and no delivery.[edit: no call to come pick it up] now no return phone calls and no one has been at the office when I've gone there several times.. Even left message on the door.  So no they wont listen anymore... my silence is ending on here since I no longer get any responses from them and soon it will change into an uproar.

Thank you opieum2, I will head to those threads.
P.S. I encourage everyone to file an FBI report. ic3.gov. Our case number is : I1403251916007132 . Please mention it while filing your case.

if you do file a law suit let me know.  If I don't get my miner by next week I'm planning having my friend file one myself.  One of my closest friends is a lawyer here in Philly, and he'll help me at no charge.  The only reason I chose them over KNC or Terra was because they are so close to me.  I was planning on getting 3 but thank God I waited to see if the 1st one came.
