Do not use skype to contact btc-e. All skype accounts are fake and I'm suspicious Peter1980 is a scammer as he recommended me btc-e.support while previously recommending someone else btc-e_support. In my skype chat I was asked for passwords which I did not provide.
Only contact btc-e through their ticket service.

Looks like the scammer stole your account password when you registered on his site and used your account to spam his site more. He even recognized me as the person who got him banned last time, and regrettably got your account banned too Sebaztien.

If you indeed spammed your URLs as shown above then no wonder you got banned, I would ban you too.

В чате я предупредить других, чтобы не посетить вредоносный ссылку размещенные мошенник. Я связаться администратора и мое предупреждение привело мошенник быть запрещены 2 раза под разными именами пользователей. Тогда третий раз я предупреждаю, чтобы не использовать афера веб-сайта ссылка от мошенник и я получил запрет также.
Я долгое время, лояльных клиентов, высокий объем торговли. Я не мошенник. Моя учетная запись не взломали. Я просто опубликовать в окне чата только чтобы предупредить других пользователей нет переход к афере сайте.
Мне нужно срочное разбана. Пожалуйста, помогите.
Я могу предоставить журнал чата для доказательства, доказывая запрет ошибку. И доказать невиновность.

Why do they need my btc-e password AND my email address password? and the email address they gave me to respond to was btc-e_support@hotmail.comI'm not giving them my passwords over skype, or at all.

My btc-e account has been banned/suspended for no reason.
I'm a long time member on btc-e and I have a high volume of trades.
I have done nothing wrong at all and all I get when I log in is:
"You has been banned. (IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)"
I have submitted a support ticket but after searching the forums it seems some people have been unable to access their accounts for weeks after this happens. I have a lot of money there and have done nothing to warrant this.
What should I do next?

btc-e is an excellent exchange, very resilient to all forms of attack whether legal, hacking or DDOS. The community is great, the trading is fast and reliable, and I've never had a single issue.
However support is horrible, if something goes wrong it takes a long time to have it resolved.
I am confident it'll be resolved, I just don't want to have to wait a month for them to do it.
