Maxtoshi,

That's not nice, and untrue. It seems according to your link that you have some sort of beef with some guy named Grant. I am not him, nor do I have anything to do with him, nor does my site have anything to do with him. I would appreciate it if you would edit your post and remove the remark.

Also, any of our customers who would like to comment here on your experience with the site, please feel free to do so.

If anyone is interested to collect the debt the guy has claimed that he will pay yet again and stopped answering, I got a debt collecting agency on his ass yet they are not willing to put in any real effort.

7  Bitcoin / Mining support / p2pool ping on: February 03, 2014, 03:31:29 AM
How crucial is the ping in relation to the number of rejected nodes? I absolutely need to mine at a specific pool and the ping can easily reach up to 3 seconds.

*bump* I would still like my money, would reporting to the police be worth it?

Yes. It's a criminal offense: 'Obtaining services through deception'.

I don't know if the US has it's own version, but here in the UK its pretty bad.

Thanks for the info, I will report the guy.

Maybe...
If you would like to report him, you easily could do an Actionfraud complaint of the UK police or report him here: https://tips.fbi.gov

quickandeasy

God damn I want to track down those IPs, fly over to London, come up over and kick his ass so he's bound to a bed for AT LEAST a month, after feeling this all of those debt collectors that set those animals on fire don't even seem that bad...

I guess it's http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TUzlmWWdjEQ in the meantime....

12  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Robbed by supercoingenius on localbitcoins on: February 01, 2014, 03:23:08 AM

The guy might have used a stolen bank account so the funds might indeed be stolen...
13  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Jesson Mahinay aka jasonslow is a scammer on: February 01, 2014, 02:57:15 AM
It would be reasonable to ask the guy for some dox, have a conversation on the phone, maybe even ask him to send you his passport  photo.

16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Barebone scrypt pool on: January 30, 2014, 05:33:09 AM
I am still looking for something like that, I would like the pool to work exactly like p2pool, I have been browsing for quite a while and it seems that there are few pool sources that scale well.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Barebone scrypt pool on: January 29, 2014, 04:54:27 AM
I am wondering are there any barebone scrypt pool sources similar to p2pool in a sense that you simply use your public address as the key and that's it? It would really save me a ton of time by not scraping away useless PHP pages from MPOS.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ebay almost getting into bed with Bitcoin, PayPal c$ckblocking on: January 22, 2014, 10:21:38 PM
Ebay says "No" now, but we all know "No" means Yes!   Tongue

They're hedging their bets for now, and will see if PayPal's "coin" takes off or is a dud.  If BTC keeps growing in stature and value, they'll have no choice.

Especially with Icahn shoving 2 of his employees inside Ebay's board.

Never underestimate peoples stupidity, ripple took off rather well with minimal propaganda.
19  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for expert C++ programmers on: January 20, 2014, 01:21:10 PM
First it was:

"I am simply looking for someone that could translate pseudocode to C++"

then it turns to:

"I needed someone who can estimate the potential behind the idea and show similar hunger."

Its good you aren't looking at the moment. Sort out the job description first Smiley

I fail to see how my statements conflict with each other, writing C++ is a very tiring difficult task, the individual needs to be very motivated in order to be able to push though it.
20  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for expert C++ programmers on: January 20, 2014, 10:49:12 AM
I am still looking for programmers, I am looking for experts, visionaries who are on the level with Satoshi.

I have everything planned out, I am simply looking for someone that could translate pseudocode to C++.

Setting the bar very high there "visionaries who are on the level with Satoshi" - are you looking for a coder or a visionary???

I am not looking any longer.

The second line would answer your question, once you acquire the idea you get the itch, you are consumed by the idea and cannot let it go until it is fully formed and functional in your head, I would find myself thinking through pseudocode and different ways of implementing my concepts in 3AM in the morning and wake up after dreaming about code.

I needed someone who can estimate the potential behind the idea and show similar hunger.
