Recently I made an offer in Paxful.com. Selling $20.00 worth of Starbucks Gift Cards for 0.00188112 BTC or $12.01 in USD. I made a sale and the customer released the funds as you can see here:

The confusion continues as when I decided to just withdraw what's left of the funds from my Paxful wallet to my main wallet is I only received the final balance of $3.74:

I've contacted support and they said it's because of the fees or miner fees:
