Hi Doc! I used "Claymore's Ethereum Dual Miner Manager" Connector from https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4324950.0 in 2018 (CN times) to monitor rigs running old SRBMiner. Now its not working(( Did you change API? Or may be other solutions to monitor SRBMinerMulti?

Bugreport: Running Windows 10 + 20.5.1, TRM 8.6, Radeon VII. Fan speed adjusting is working excellent, FanRpm in log is OK, FanPct in log is always 0.00%. In Claymores monitor (--cm_api_listen) temperatures are OK, fan speed 0%.

I'm using Claymore monitoring API and every few days on several LInux rigs I have error "CM API Maximum connection limit reached, closing new connection". Miner is working but monitoring is stopped. What is the problem?
Get this error on Windows too

Hi! I do migrate to TRM from another miner as RTM is really cool! I use OverdriveNTool+AMD Memory Tweak XL for Navi cards, but latest OverdriveNTool can`t manage core voltage with drivers later than 20.5.1 and not perfect overall. Also most of my rigs runs later drivers(( What about memory and core clock and voltage settings via TRM? At least for Windows users... It`s a great feature from another miner I miss very much.. Or may be some advises regarding tools for Windows?

api_listen=127.0.0.1:3333 doesnt seem to work with claymores miner manager 4.0
We'll add a built-in adapter to our own API so it'll work with Claymore's old stuff shortly, one-two versions away. Thank you very much! I can see statistics in Claymore's manager app, but when I try to view miner console in brouser I get an CM API failed to parse rpc: GET / HTTP/1.1 error in TRM log Bug or feature? how did you get it to work? can you share your bat file Just add in your *.bat --cm_api_listen=0.0.0.0:3333 in Claymore's manager app press "Add Miner" button with IP: your rig IP Port: 3333

Hi, any way to chunk log files into more manageable sizes, like 4/8MB? maybe even an external script?
Use Notepad++ app It can read 100-150MB *.txt files with no problem

And yes, support for Claymore's Miner Manager is on the TODO list. Will probably be read-only.
Can't wait for it This is the only thing that stops me from switching to TRM from Phoenixminer

Boт cпacибo! Пpoпycтил кaк-тo Oн тaйминги нe дaл )))) You're talking about the entire Russian scene? Yeah, it's well known that they keep almost everything to themselves. They also like to start talking random Russian in an English thread. Although i'm very well aware that you can't just throw everyone in the same pot. Sorry from both of us for that. Just some flood in russian Unfortunately nothing helpful about timings was discussed in that thread...

Вот спасибо! Пропустил как-то

I would pick the video card timings ))) Changing this editor to OhGodAnAMDEditor ))))) He, too, few people have )))). The Russian-language forum boasts decoded timings from frequency 2000 with additional modifications.
Any links?

Is -mclock not working bug fixed for Polarises?
|
|
|
Hi Phoenix!
There is a bug in PM4.9c + 20.2.2 drivers (Win). -mclock doesnt work for polaris cards with Samsung memory onboard (probably when use RX5700 as a main card and other cards are Polaris)
And a feature request: to give an apportunity to switch -tt memory or chip temterature dependent (very useful feature for Navi cards where memory is much hotter then chip and a goal is to control memory temperature)
Thanks in advance! Nice to see you back again!

I showed 1 RX 580 8Gb card - it's enough. Other cards looks similiar. This card running stable for weeks with this settings without any incorrect share. It's Sapphire RX580 8Gb Nitro+ SE. Core and mvddc voltages for each card can be individual and needs time to pickup best values for each. All cards have hynix MJR memory. Power consumption from the wall maybe a bit higher, but not so much. If chip consumpes 95-96W summary would about 20-25W more. So it 115-120W. My Corsair PU shows such increase when I run 1 card.
And don't forget about REF setting in AMD Memory Tweak tool. For each card this value differs. For card on screen it 64.
Ok. One card runing for one minute and zero shares found is enough as a proof. Gentlemen believe a word The point is: a rare Polaris card can hash 34 mhs or so stable. And it doesnt matter if you know or you dont know ho to achive such hashes, its impossible for most of Polaris cards. Besides, higher power consumption makes such configs electricity cost dependent and not always profitable. amen

Well, I applied those settings and it crashed my rig. Since I am not near it I will have to wait till later today to restart it.
Ohh, sorry for that! To get more hashes you have to do someting with memory. Try this timings for Micron 777000000000000022AA1C0073626C41B0551016BA0D260B0060060004061420EA8940AA0300000 01914292EB22E3B16 But -mt 2 option is better than nothing. I belive your 31.4MH/s is a very good result and if its stable you'd beter just stop The most unpleasant moment in high coreclocks and memoryclocks is high power comsumtion. Its unprofitable by any means exept free electricity. Now waiting for UnclWish to proof stable 33.5-34.1MH/s@110W from the wall for Polaris cards. Now we know all settings neded except timings to get the same result. By the way Sapphire RX 580 8GB Special edition is a Top Polaris card and I belive its quality enough to get the best possible hashes. Hope UnclWish wil share timings with you to make a fair experiment. It's all good. I am trying to remember what I got with CM on this card. I would like to say 33.5MH/s was what I got with CM but it's been awhile since I ran it. Maybe when I get this back up and going I will run CM for a bit and see which one runs best! As for the timing, you would need to re-flash bios to apply the timings or is there a way to throw those in on the fly now? I do flash all of my cards, its the best way for me. But you can use https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5123724.0 to change timings on the fly.
