1  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Windows 10/11 & private keys leakage on: Today at 12:22:38 PM
Just because there are no known cases of private key theft in Windows 10 via telemetry doesn't mean private keys of users aren't leaked.

In Windows 10 and 11, even keyboard presses are leaked (intercepted by system components).

The very fact of surveillance of users by  operating system is alarming even if the wallets are in ok
2  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Windows 10/11 & private keys leakage on: Today at 09:36:23 AM
Although I have not been a victim of such an attack. However, as far as I know, there is no evidence that Windows 10 or 11 telemetry directly leaks any private keys. Microsoft's telemetry mainly sends system health, crash reports, app usage data, etc. But it does not send confidential data like private keys, wallet seeds or passwords through telemetry.
Thats not for sure. If theres such incident Im sure Microsoft will instantly comment on this and probably get ahead before this becomes a major fud in their company.
Microsoft stores vast amounts of information, including user's private keys accidentally typed into a search engine (and that happens) or stored in simple notes. Microsoft won't use them, however, simply because it would discredit them. But if they need to find a major cybercriminal or a malicious hacker, Microsoft will selectively transfer these data array to the NSA, where all the private keys can be obtained and used.

Even if Cortana knows what a user is writing in a note, then the data of bitcoin enthusiasts is at risk.

I created this topic because I'm afraid that my private keys will leak.

Tell me please if you've had any private key leaks while using Windows 10 or 11. It is known that it has telemetry that transfer all the data in large quantities somewhere

Have you ever experienced funds disappearing from your wallets while using these operating systems?
4  Economy / Service Discussion / Are there any crypto exchange making services? on: September 06, 2025, 05:19:49 AM
Are there any crypto exchange making services?

Is it possible to create a CEX exchange (without KYC and regulation) or DEX exchange with the help of site making services that would be understandable for a beginner without knowledge of coding

Well, now even any schoolboy can create his own token and there are services like that. But are there similar services but only for creating exchanges, so that even a schoolboy easily could create his own exchange?
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How to send 0.0000004 BTC? on: September 05, 2025, 08:58:43 AM
At the moment I don't know which wallet to use. Tell me please which wallet should I use? Which will allow me to send 0.0000004 BTC.
You can try using SafePal wallet from where you can deposit your specified amount of BTC to another address.

Tell me please  which wallets support this customizing?
SafePal Wallet, Trustlet supports customization here where you can fully customize the mempool and reduce fees. I will show you through a screenshot so you can try it out.

Has anyone succeeded in doing this? Is this feasible what Powerjumboo wrote?
6  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Binance accounts merging? on: September 05, 2025, 08:54:57 AM
If binance discover that you are running more than one account, as this is a violation of the conditions of use, it may lead to Account Freezes, Permanent Bans, and the loss of access to deposits with these accounts.
Then why was the account merging feature invented if using multiple binance accounts is prohibited? The function of merging accounts implies that there are two accounts: the first account to which the second account is merging and the second account which is merging to the first account

As for what will happen in the case of Merge, the activity of one of the accounts (which has not completed KYC) will be deactivated and allow the use of the other account, so then withdraw any deposits before taking the step.
Do you even understand what nonsense you are talking? Withdrawals from a Binance account that has not passed KYC are not available by default

It's just your last post contains rants big-bold texts that could use some clarification.
You are off-topic again. Read the question in the thread and focus on it, not on your personal preferences in font size.

Disclosing the service's name would also help others to stay away from the service before they even think of using it.
You are off-topic again. Read the question in the thread and focus on it, not on your personal suggestions what I should to do on another forum sections. I didn't ask you for advice on which section of the forum I should go to in order to complain about this crypto-site which lures out dust

Maybe you want to tell us your goal
Do you have any reason to move a dust ?
What would it be for?
I'm also curious to know the motivations to send such a small amount of sats to another wallet. without the intention of questioning or judging, OP, but could you clarify our doubts?
Why are you answering a question with a question? The topic contains a clear and simple question. And you are answering by offtopic answer

1) I am asked: "How to send 0.0000004 BTC?"
2) Smart people here have already answered: "It's impossible."
3) But some offtopic users continue to answer questions like a parrot: "For what, For what, For what?"
4) I satisfied curiosity of these parrots and answer them "For what?"
5) But these parrots were not satisfied with my answer, which they so passionately lured out, and now they have a new amusement: "What kind of service is this? What kind of service is this? What kind of service is this?"

Parrots, please don't write here anymore. I don't need your offtopic here. My question concerned only the technical possibility of sending this small amount. But for "what purpose" and "what site required such small ridiculous amount" as EarnOnVictor said - is not the point  here and, moreover, is offtopic, since it deviates from the given topic
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How to send 0.0000004 BTC? on: September 03, 2025, 10:29:22 AM
Thanks to everyone for the answers and saved me from sending the depot to a service that does not deserve it. 0.0000004 BTC is unsendable sum. These are some kind of ridiculous trolls not a service. (Very respectable top site among crypto entusiasts. And these trolls own a top crypto site and don't even know that it's technically impossible to send such dust which speaks about the extreme incompetence of these schoolboys)
We have a "Reputation" board here in the forum, link: /index.php?board=129.0

If you think that the service deserves a minor stain on their reputation, you may post a new topic in that board including the full detail of the situation.
People there are usually good on judging whether you claims are valid or not.
(or if you post the service's name here, that could shed a light on what's actually happening)

But take note that such issue isn't qualified for a negative rating in case they have a Bitcointalk profile.
Why are you offtopic? Did I ask you anything about other forum sections?

I am not interested in other sections of the forum. I am only interested in the point within this topic to which I have already received an answer.

Why should I create an additional topic at "reputation" there if I have already received all the answers to my question (that sending such a dust is not possible)

And you got your answers. You wanted to know for what dust sending is needed. I answered you. And you took it and turned it into the main thread of the discussion. This is already off-topic and a deviation from the topic framework.

And your advice to create a topic in the Reputation section is even more off-topic, which is a derivative of the sucked-out demand of users to say "why should I send such ridiculous dust"
9  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Questions about Binance on: September 03, 2025, 10:18:03 AM
In the first place, the KYC process was made mandatory for Binance to identify users and to make sure they only have one main account each.
Who told you that I need an answer to this question? Everyone knows such obvious things

If you managed to open two main accounts, the only reason I see why it's allowed is that Binance doesn't know who owns the other.
Is this your assumption? Or is it a statement?

Once the other account undergoes KYC, that's the time it's rejected because it isn't allowed.
Well, it's obvious. Why do you repeat the same things?

I already said it in the post above.
1) A binance user cannot have multiple verified accounts. KYC is only possible for one passport.  If a user with passed verification tries to create another account and pass verification again, the verification will be rejected.

because multiple accounts aren't allowed in Binance.
But I was able to open my old abandoned account to try deleting it.
If you tried to merge an account with another, it means that you had two accounts, the one to which the other account is merged and the one that is merging to the other account. It turns out that you had two binance accounts. And you say that it is impossible to own several accounts, so you are an example of how it is possible to own several binance accounts

I don't think you're right in interpreting that Binance allows multiple accounts.
Don't write here anymore, you're only causing confusion.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How to send 0.0000004 BTC? on: September 02, 2025, 12:36:09 PM
There are services that can use small amount of money to make you prove that you are human or that you are serious. I have even seen some services that will send you back the money.

A good example is this forum that blacklist some IPs. Anyone that uses the IP to create account on this forum will pay evil fee. Do not be surprised if the evil fee is as low as 40 sats at times.
Are you sure you mean cryptocurrency sites with serious techies. Who know everything about transactions? Because demanding a transfer of 40 sats that is technically impossible to send - says that the one who demands it is an absolutely incompetent schoolboy

Proofs that dust sending is impossible:
These respected users said that sending such dust is impossible and I believe them:
Bitcoin have something called dust limit. It prevent many wallet from letting sending such small amount to other address and some nodes wouldn't relay such transaction.
No, most of the nodes will not accept such transaction because it would be seen as dust.
No wallet will allow this.

Before people answer you, I think you should tell us why you are sending such a ridiculously low amount (≈$0.044).
Here I completely agree with you, this is an absolutely ridiculously stupid low amount.

I see this as a joke, to be honest, it doesn't make any sense from every angle.
Here I completely agree with you again. If a service extorts dust that is impossible to send, then it is better to spit on this service, which is what I will do and I recommend it to everyone who also will encounters the same dust extortion. Such dust sending demands looks more like either someone's joke or trolling

At least you need to send an amount higher than them before the transaction can be broadcasted. They are a very low amount of money that is not up to $1.
I'd rather not send anything to that dust extorting service. They don't deserve even a cent.

You just opened my eyes to the truth. If a service extorts such ridiculous things, it means it is a going down crap

Thanks to everyone for the answers and saved me from sending the depot to a service that does not deserve it. 0.0000004 BTC is unsendable sum. These are some kind of ridiculous trolls not a service. 11  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Questions about Binance on: September 02, 2025, 12:10:41 PM
do you mean that if binance finally discovers that the person has multiple accounts through this means, they will instead choose the part of punishment instead of merging the accounts?
Meanwhile, why do exchanges have rules against multi-accounting as if they are casinos?
Do people also cheat exchanges, if yes, in what ways?
1) A binance user cannot have multiple verified accounts. KYC is only possible for one passport.  If a user with passed verification tries to create another account and pass verification again, the verification will be rejected.

2) A binance user can have multiple accounts without KYC. There is no any punishment for merging such accounts, since the very possibility of merging accounts implies their presence in the plural.

3) If binance reveals that a one person has several verified accounts (probably verified by different people) from which active trading and withdrawals are conducted, then such accounts will be punished.

Multiple accounts means, for some reasons, you are maintaining more than one account, sub-accounts to be specific because multiple accounts aren't allowed in Binance.
Dont scare a readers. Such multi-accounters can be punished only in one case, given above, in point 3). (highlighted by brown color)

I repeat my question. If anyone knows, please reply:
Anyway, the option is more or less self-explanatory. If you have multiple accounts or sub-accounts, it's for you to combine them. Merge is to combine.
Has anyone tested this in practice?

1) Which account will disappear as a result of the merger? There is not specifically stated

2) What will happen to the balances? The merger will mean the disappearance of one of the accounts.

3) Will the KYC on main binance acc fly off during this merging procedure?
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How to send 0.0000004 BTC? on: September 02, 2025, 12:07:35 PM
Either way, this is ridiculous, unless he is trying to create his own service that will be able to achieve that. I've not seen a service going that low.
Unfortunately, there are services that do not disdain this and extorts you to send them that dust. One seemingly respectable platform does just that. Here I completely agree with you again, this is ridiculous. I've not seen too a service going that low
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How to send 0.0000004 BTC? on: September 02, 2025, 05:08:25 AM
But I want to know what wallet are you using?
At the moment I don't know which wallet to use. Tell me please which wallet should I use? Which will allow me to send 0.0000004 BTC.

But of course you need to customize the mempool to 1sat/vbyte. Since not all the wallets I mentioned here have the mempool set directly to 1sat/vbyte, you need to customize it.
Tell me please  which wallets support this customizing?

Also, what do you mean by "service that allows sending such small amounts"? You want to send that amount to someone and you're just wondering about a wallet that lets you do that? Or you want an exchange to convert this small amount to another coin.
Can you suggest any service that can do this? Some wallet or exchange (no kyc). I need to send dust to a bitcoin wallet

40 satoshi? I'd use the lightning network for that. But then if you don't already have them in the lightning network, you would need to pay more to convert them to LN.
How do I know if the address I'm sending dust to supports Lightning?

Do you think it's possible to collect dust on bitcoin faucets and then send it?

topic is updated, question is updated
previous question about "binance virtual emails" is an obsolete
the new question is about "binance account merging"

found an old exchange account, where all monero was converted to stablecoins
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / XMR delisting and fate of assets of low-active holders not interested in news? on: August 30, 2025, 04:41:12 PM
Let's say a person is on vacation and doesn't worry about anything and doesn't read the news. And at this time, the exchange where he keeps Monero is delisting Monero. And time passes, the user visits the exchange - and what happens with his amounts on exchange that was be in Monero?
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can you recommend a light wallet for Monero? on: August 30, 2025, 12:45:31 PM
I thought that since then after the improvements of Monero by dev team the sync speed has somehow changed towards acceleration

The comparison to Electrum is due to it being one the fastest you can have for Monero without sacrificing your private view key to a third-party, but the sync speed isn't close to Electrum.
Monero and Bitcoin work differently.
ok, I got the final answer
