1  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Would it be legal to create new crypto? on: December 14, 2018, 01:21:52 AM
You say that bitcoin is illegal in your country and also altcoins are illegal, yes?

I think that creating a cryptocurrency isn't an illegal thing and you won't be arrested but what about to use VPN at the same time? There is much illegal things and people are doing that but no one is arrested.

And while you are going to make cryptocurrency, are you doing it alone or do you have a team? Can you develope and make a known cryptocurrency?
rather than making a new cryptocurrency it is better to manage existing ones, besides the risks that are obtained if making a new one is very large, but we also have to see the crypto potential that we make whether it is acceptable or running, because introducing something new is very risky the loss is very much, if we use existing crypto, we can avoid potential losses by looking for coins that are really good, don't look for problems that we should be able to avoid.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who wants to use Bitcoin? on: December 13, 2018, 02:22:35 AM
all of us are here all of us want to use bitcoin especially now that its price is very low and now is the right time to buy bitcoin because of its low price if you want to make a big profit in the future.
Downward prices make traders have a high profit opportunity in the future, because seeing various countries begin to facilitate the use of bitcoin to make various types of payments, so we should make this excellent opportunity to be the right time to invest, bitcoin is experiencing a transition period , it really takes a long time to be able to make bitcoin as a payment tool globally in the future, but we can see that maybe in the next ten years everything can happen.
3  Economy / Economics / Re: Confirmed, bull run begins now, what expectations? on: December 13, 2018, 02:11:33 AM
Nearly one billion dollars has entered bitcoin today according to cryptonic news item. This week has seen btc doing very well and all are excited.I know most people have individual plans for a moment like this, let's hear yours.
seeing a vibrant market, then we should also follow by starting to trade, we have to see the opportunities that exist don't wait too high, because this effect can take a moment, if we can't take advantage of a good trend then everything will soon pass, bitcoin is experiencing good growth, especially after several countries want to facilitate the use of bitcoin.
4  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Unregulated market is illegal or legal? on: December 13, 2018, 02:02:35 AM
Comming from a 3rd world country, many opinions around but not certain. The country gov. doesn't have official statement about crypto. There is a law that you cannot own a bank account abroad and that you can't own stocks outside of the contry. But i think crypto doesn't fit into stocks sector. What are your oppinions?
wrong thinking, crypto is different from stocks, so we can have crypto abroad without anyone being able to manage it, because people in a country can have accounts to save their money in banks that are abroad very freely, also we can buy any shares overseas, so the same as bitcoin their system cannot be interfered with by any country.
5  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I regret that i entered trading too late on: December 12, 2018, 02:31:17 AM
Hello. With the thought that opportunity always comes to those who grasp, think positive things need to do. Do not be too anxious as you enter the market sooner or later. Like thinking it's never too late to start-up. Good luck!
lay is not a reason for us to start trading, because we can learn from our seniors, if we try harder and we trade with sufficient knowledge then the results we can get can exceed the old traders, it is not too late for bitcoin traders, because the bitcoin market will always be interesting for us to learn.
6  Economy / Economics / Re: Becoming wealthy and social responsibility on: December 12, 2018, 02:25:11 AM
I think that I will earn more money and get involved in charity, if I feel good, then why not help people who are just starting their work in bitcoin. We can also help orphanages or people with small incomes, people in large families the same way.
right if we can share for the environment will have an impact on us too, because if people participate to get the benefits of success in bitcoin then the good effect will also follow us, so there is no harm we share with anyone who needs, in any form, all depending on ourselves, our success in bitcoin trading should have a positive effect on society.
7  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Buy bitcoin for someone else? on: December 12, 2018, 02:17:36 AM
If you really care about your friend better to tell him everything, and teach them how to play in the market. I’m not saying that you idea is illegal, its legal as long as you are committed but again teaching him about cryptocurrency is the best thing that you can do, let him enjoy the cryptomarket.
really, better to give a little direction and start sharing knowledge, it's more useful than we buy for others, because a science can produce many benefits rather than just buying, sharing with others will give us many advantages, in bitcoin all can be interrelated, especially the existence of important information sharing, can change the perspective of the general public.
8  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: It can be useful on: December 11, 2018, 02:19:46 AM
for me it's difficult to apply, I don't really understand various trading terms. for me trading is an art that prioritizes instinct and experience. that's all for me very helpful
each person has advantages in trading,  but the most important advantages in trading are experience,  this can be used as a benchmark in selling and buying, but indeed the instinct to trade can be formed if we jump into the field and participate in trading,  the unique trade in bitcoin lies in our accuracy with respect to time,  when to buy and when to sell,  this is very influential on the results we will get.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: Are fiat currencies necessary in the world? on: December 11, 2018, 02:13:18 AM
of course fiat is necessary. because fiat is more or less safer currency comparing with other alternative currencies such as crypto currencies. they are mostly backed by governments and also easy way to make payments.
as long as the country we live in is not subject to excessive inflation, fiat currency is indeed safer, but in trade between countries it is more profitable to use bitcoin, because we will not be affected by the difference in the value of our currency to the destination country, because each country has an eye value different money, very different from bitcoin wherever we trade between countries, the value of bitcoin in all countries remains the same, because bitcoin is not dependent on the value of the currency of any country.
10  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin country on: December 11, 2018, 02:03:13 AM
As long as US government not against Bitcoin, it will be OK. I hope US SEC will approve soon the Bitcoin ETF trading, it will be a big deal for cryptocurrency.
USA countries must have calculated the profit and loss against bitcoin,  what attitude can all be done that must produce a profit,  especially there must be added value for the country,  of course America will apply some policies related to bitcoin currency, maybe one of them will implement taxes tight, and various other ways,  but certainly the future of bitcoin in America will still be good.
11  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: DO YOU BUY WHEN THE PRICE DROPS SHARPLY ? on: December 10, 2018, 01:09:05 AM
Yes I always buy when the price drops sharply.

You should at every drip if you have the money. Bitcoin's price will increase a lot in the future so buying at any price makes sense but buying at low points mean you will easily make a profit. It can also take a long time but buying and holding is a good way to make a profit.
very difficult to start an investment makes us lucky,  but logically if prices are now down then in the future the potential profit for us is very large,  maybe now is a very appropriate time to start a trade,  hopefully the bitcoin purchase at this time is right for us.
12  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the Market Stabilizing? on: December 10, 2018, 12:59:07 AM
September and October this year, I thought the market was towards the bullish period because it was recovering by stabilizing at a certain lower prices. But, when November came, the market suddenly on the downward trend and it is not stopping from falling. I think we havn't seen the bottom yet.
long-term decline because there is no news that can make bitcoin prices rise again, especially the effects of the China vs America trade war, which inevitably impacts on the decline in bitcoin purchasing power in the market, the Chinese government that doesn't support bitcoin is also the cause of the price drop, so the economy the world is not stable, which results in less than crypto currencies, but things like this happen only temporarily.
13  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Cryptocurrency and regulation, do we need it? on: December 10, 2018, 12:49:07 AM
I agree with the author that there are two sides of regulation and there will always be those who embrace it and want to run a legal business and pay taxes. I'm more on the purists' side and believe that we don't need it and shouldn't fit BTC into the current system, just like Andreas said. We should leave it as an alternative to those who don't want to be watched and controlled by the big brother.
for anyone who does not want to be taxed and does not want to be supervised by a country, it can be ascertained that the person is in trouble, because if we are recognized in a country and we are taxed then we will feel safe doing all trading activities and we will be categorized as traders legal, different if we avoid supervision and avoid taxes, we are no different from the perpetrators of crime, bitcoin is not a crime then we should not avoid the supervision of the state.
14  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is Bitcoin Legal? on: December 05, 2018, 01:03:24 AM
Yes bitcoin is totally legal, only that there are no official ways to proove that if you withdraw your profits to your bank account, those funds are for bitcoin, because it happened to me.
Once i withdrew more than $3k to my bank account and i had a lot of questions from the bank and if i didnt clarify that i was going to go jail because of "money laundering"
but yes, bitcoin is totally legal, only that there are some issues about it.

there is no bitcoin that regulates, no one can block and this is very safe, so this is very safe money, this is only digital money, obviously there is nothing wrong with bitcoin, someone who can be wrong is someone who uses bitcoin for purposes that really breaking the law, so legally the currency is never wrong, the wrong is the currency users, many countries refuse, but they cannot apply the law against bitcoin.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you promote Bitcoin? on: December 04, 2018, 01:08:28 AM
Other than simple word of mouth, explaining blockchain, crypto and more specifically bitcoin then there is not much that I do. Nowadays most have heard of bitcoin so it's more of an explaining exercise, the potential benefits etc.
through proof of success can represent a complex and lengthy explanation, because some people want to see results rather than processes, explaining bitcoin is very difficult because most people are still very unfamiliar with something that is not real, so proof is indeed the best way.
16  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who reads the whitepaper of a crypto-project? on: December 04, 2018, 01:01:08 AM
Whitepaper is the thing which describes briefly about that project so if someone doesn't ready to read that then they are just gambling with their money since the quality of the project can be obtained only after deep research about project with all the possible ways.
This might be categorized as an advertisement that always offers goodness, indeed an advertisement does not all work according to what is promoted, but at least there is an effort to achieve that goal, without a good crypto promotion that will not be understood by some of the world community.
17  Economy / Economics / Re: The US dollar is gaining strength on: December 04, 2018, 12:54:59 AM
Interesting analysis. You see, when people speak of coins relative to other coins they forget that most of the fiat in the world at this moment is producing shitty interests while inflation is strong. Everything is weak compared to reality.
why the dollar is getting stronger, the main reason is that the dollar is the world currency because all countries that will make payments to other countries their currencies must be converted to dollars first, then exchanged for the currency of the destination country, and the need for dollars from year to year is always increasing, this is what the dollar cannot be weak.
18  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Would it be legal to create new crypto? on: December 04, 2018, 12:47:41 AM
I guess no, you will not be arrested and as what as you said bitcoin is not illegal in your country so how will you jail and who will do it for you. There are so many cryptocurrencies now and I guess there's not even one got in jailed because of creating some new cryptocurrency
making new crypto as we want is legitimate, but most importantly our crypto version is accepted in the community or not, because the most difficult product is marketing it, because without public recognition and the public is not interested in our version of crypto, it's the same, big loss will befall us.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is anonymity the future for bitcoin??? on: December 03, 2018, 03:07:41 AM
As we can see each and every transaction for bitcoin is publicly registered to the blockchain where in all of us have access, so I am just thinking if anonymity or providing privacy will be the next move for bitcoin. Just my thoughts, you can add yours here and let's discuss it.
actually what is always recorded is not our personal data, so we still have privacy, this also makes us unable to be deceived and makes the authorities to detect money movements improperly, things like this do not make a problem for legal business actors, so the features of bitcoin has never changed and can never be changed, because each server fills each other and protects each other's data.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: most of miners are shutting down their gigs? on: December 03, 2018, 02:55:35 AM
Many miner have sold their miner tools because lower budget and earning getting every day, we have stop for take profit with miner and try other way for getting profit with bitcoin and altcoin,
actually only because of the benefits offered from time to time, many of the miners are changing direction, actually by buying and selling if we do not really understand the very risk, indeed offering a lot of benefits are always echoed but, we do not realize the huge potential losses await if we misstep, it is very different if we do mining, indeed the benefits are not as bad as buying and selling, but the potential losses that can occur are almost nonexistent.
