Blackcoin Community Press Release Project
Hi everyone! The past few days there have been some concerns with BC price dipping a bit, and other concerns that the Volume has decreased by more than half. I would like to point out that BlackCoin is just over a month old and it has gained a lot of value in a very short span of time.
That being said I do believe more can be done on the PR side of things to start generating some positive buzz around BlackCoin. We need to be different than the other cryptocurrency communities and approach mass adoption differently. Most investors that might be interested in investing in BlackCoin do not go to these forums, nor do they read websites related to cryptocurrencies. So we have to bring the BlackCoin news to them.
I have a writer I have used for over 7 years and he write all my press releases. I am writing down BlackCoin's key benefits and he will then write the release. I use a PR service that will submit our release to all the top business and financial sites. This should be the first step at introducing BlackCoin to the masses.
Everyone here already knows the benefits of BlackCoin so I wont list them all. However, in the press release I want to point out BlackCoin is not an ordinary cryptocurrency. It is more like a t-bill/bond/savings account for cryptocurrency. Whereas Bitcoin and other cyrptocurrency prices fluctuate wildly based on postive/negative news, BlackCoin prices are less volatile and a better overall investment.
I am going to schedule the release for the week of April 8th to coincide with the Cryptocurrency Convention in NYC . Once the press release is live the community can start posting links to the release everywhere we can.
I am going to use my own money to pay the writer and the press release distribution service. The writer charges approximately $80 depending on how many words, and the press release service charges $499+ to distribute to financial websites including Yahoo! Finance, Bloomberg, and the Wall Street Journal to name a few.

Any idea when SHA-256 will become operational in the multipools? I have been following this thread for around 125 pages or so and I don't recall reading anything about that. I apologize if this has been answered before. I am ready to point every weapon I have at the first multipool that has SHA support dev stated Sunday should be done by tuesday As in March 25th Tuesday? If so that is wonderful news! I was keeping my fingers crossed for some time next week. |

The "official" (or whatever it is) StashCoin pool is holding around 1800 STA that I have mined. After trying to set a payout address, I receive no unlock email multiple times. Also, none of my emails have been replied to.
I myself manage that pool and haven't recieved any email, im going look into it, but in the meantime, i can manually pay out if you give me your address. If you want to join #stashcoin on freenode irc we can resolve the issue immediately . I've just unlocked your account, please try to withdraw again. I'm unsure what happened, I'm sorry. It would be nice if someone could make bulletpoints of the positive things AnonymousPirate is doing for this coin. We had an AWESOME talk! That was an amazing read, great job being able to share that information with us  . Three things that really made me wonder about this coin is Project Solar Flare, the Lakota bank making silver coins, and talking to the other tribes. If those wheels really are turning like AnonymousPirate says they are then we are looking at something truly special. I mean, damn if this thing exploded and all the other tribes in the US hopped on board then this would be revolutionary in every sense of the word. Personally, if that happens I am looking forward to a nice 45 minute drive to the Cherokee Reservation here in western NC and spending some Mazacoin . |

I believe cryptsy would be stupid not to list us, however they are most likely listing two coins tomorrow as promised. If everyone follows the pledge of 0.005BTC we can get us into the top two and be listed as soon as tomorrow. We can't bear on the pain of mintpal and cryptorush anymore... and we need to be taken seriously. I bet most of you guys have more than >5000 MAZA so whats 0.005 BTC?
Damn, if someone is willing to donate 3 BTC even if it is possible that MZC will be listed anyway, i feel obligated to donate 0.005BTC .  And also, f u cryptsy, lol Maybe the 3 BTC was a conspiracy perpetrated by Cryptsy to avoid backlash from TAK or whoever else because we all know MCZ is getting listed regardless  Dont be so sure. Why would they? BigVern said People that didnt spend any money will think its not fair, so just in case would be cool to have MZC on the top before tomorrow. All I was saying was one Takeicoin person sent $2000. Maybe the Cryptsy people sent $2000 to put it in second place to reduce any public backlash by picking MZC that was at 3rd place at the time. Knowing they would immediately get their money back anyway. This system could easily be rigged. However, I'm not complaining I have been holding 60k MZC since March 3rd. I guess I am the type of person that looks for a conspiracy in everything haha |

@Aur3 That's me! I have over 50,000 MZC right now between buying and mining. Bought most of mine at 1.2k on March 3rd, haven't sold a single one yet.
This may not be the best decision, just my humble opinion. Since you bought it so cheap, you should have a bigger tolerance. Take 5000 MZCs out and learn to trade. Sell @ 20k, buy back when it dips ~10k-12k and watch it grow. No one got rich by just stashing money safely. I have 6000 sitting in Mintpal ready to pull the trigger. Just waiting for the right time. That will just about recoup the BTC I have in it. Wait, we are gonna get added to Cryptsy in next hours, selling at any current price is bad idea @brad, Thumbs up! Great job. But I agree with Cryptomancer. Wait for Cryptsy and pop your cherry there Haha definitely holding steady until the Cryptsy announcement . Anybody jumping ship this early is very short sighted. Like I read somewhere else on this forum, I would rather lose $600 than miss out on potentially a lot more. I am in for the long game. |

Anyone know what is the total network hash at the moment? Is it really taking away hashes from bitcoin
According to the pool I am using it is at 1171.90 TH/s at the moment. |
