Some user selling these cards say they don't work with paypal.

Do you guarantee they work with paypal?

4  Local / Portugal / Re: Bitcoin e banca pt on: January 26, 2014, 12:27:22 AM

Alguém aqui trabalha com aqueles cartões anónimos polacos?

É que, enviando para a conta bancária qualquer dia temos de pagar impostos sobre "supostos" lucros gerados por btc.

8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: eBay removed my physical bitcoin listings on: January 25, 2014, 11:16:46 PM
we should all support a bitcoin style auction site to compete with ebay.

Ebay, like paypal, takes too much in fees anyhow.

Working on this now actually. Stay tuned... Smiley

Keep us tuned!

10  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Miners Boycot Ghash.io ! on: January 25, 2014, 10:50:18 PM

These guys say that a 25% pool is enough for an attack.

Were they proved wrong?

Those guys assume the 25% pool is extremely lucky during the attack...

What about the 33% attack?

I couldn't find information about this in the forum.
11  Economy / Goods / Re: [SELL] Anonymous Visa cards with IBAN number EUR | USD | GBP on: January 25, 2014, 10:41:15 PM
Which btc Exchange doesn't require personal information to withdraw funds to this kind of IBAN accounts?

I'd like to know this too.

Besides localbitcoins...
12  Economy / Goods / Re: ***Z Plastic Visa Debit Cards with high limits and Bitcoin Reloadable*** on: January 25, 2014, 10:21:13 PM

Do these cards have IBAN like the polish cards?

Can you make SEPA transfers?
13  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: MtGox withdrawal bank account still "Validating" on: January 25, 2014, 10:11:05 PM
Guys, you should really stay away from gox...

Yeah, no shit. Somebody please link me to where somebody has said something positive about using mt gox, because I haven't seen any.

I can't really understand why mtgox is still in business.
Why would you sell your bitcoin there if you need to wait for months for your USD?
Why would you buy your bitcoin there if you are paying 100+ USD more for each btc?

I can't understand it either. People need to just ditch it alltogether.

I believe people are ditching it but it was the largest btc exchanger not so long ago.

Many people still have their funds trapped there.
14  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't feel bad newbies - Early adopter without many Bitcoins on: January 25, 2014, 10:04:18 PM

Thanks for sharing bro.

Live and learn... forever.

It sounds like BFL screwed over many of the old timers.

I paid in dollars and have mined over 5 coins per $1299 single, so not feeling all that screwed.... though I did think it would be much more at time of order. Buying $30 coin would have won though.

And it still wins with this new miners.

Google search for bitcoin profit calculator.

Then compare the results.
16  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can Coinbase be hacked? on: January 25, 2014, 09:38:42 PM
mobile sms can hack, password too.
But it is very expensive to hack sms.
hacking password is very much depends on its complexity.
And of course viruses - they like windows and windows like them.

Why do you say it's expensive to hack sms?

What we need is eyelock myris retina scanner.  Grin
17  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to sell btc to polish account. Anonymity? on: January 25, 2014, 09:31:24 PM

What's the best way to buy and sell btc with from/to a polish bank account?

What are the anonymization methods for btc?

Please help me with this.

Do you recommend bitstamp?

And bitfog for anonymization?

I never had problems with bitstamp.

But I don't have much experience.

Maybe someone more experienced can help you better.

Bitfog seems a bit shady. Blockchain.info has a mixing service too.

But then again maybe there's a better mixing service out there.

I'd like to know too.

How many of these are already out there?
19  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do we really need so many kinds of coins? on: January 25, 2014, 09:10:30 PM

Hopefully, after the initial surge, market will regulate itself, and we'll end up with 2-3 core crypto currencies.

Bitcoin and litecoin will remain. Others won't.

That's what I think.

Question 3:
What do you advice me to purchase as I am new to mining?
I'm currently considering the: Bitcoin miner 7.8 GH/s BFL Jalapeno fra Butterfly Labs
Is that a good option for me?

If you want to make a profit you can forget it.

If you want to do it as an hobby it's ok, but how much money are you considering to spend on mining equipment?
