Bitcoin is safe. but you need to remember a few things
 - use offline wallet (despite that online is more convenient)
 - keep the keys to your wallet in a safe place
 - make a backup of your wallet and key and keep it in a protected place

Для того,  чтобы многие годы был повод собрать друзей на свой ДР, все чаще рекомендуют поменьше есть)))

Every time before going to bed, pour a glass of water and say three times to yourself "tomorrow I will wake up at 8 am (or other time you need) fresh and rested" and imagine the time on the clock. Drink half a glass of water. When you wake up in the morning - drink the second half of the glass. It works, tested on my own experience
