Yes mainnet is supposed to be relased this quarter but no neews yet regarding that.Sill more than 1month left ,so enough time to release that according to the schedule. There is still time, but we could really use some update, it has been a while since the team dished out some updates on what is being done. |

Faba is not about helping startup coins to raise money. It is about investing in promising companies, related or not related to crypto, that have potential to bring profit and also that are doing something useful and needed in today's world. You should read the WP and decide for yourself.Check which kind of companies Faba is looking to invest in for example. There are only 3. And there is no company that I would be interested. When do you plan to list next companies? Those 3 are only for an example and initial companies, Faba is gonna offer much more companies after STO ends and put them up for voting. |

Which currencies will be used to pay out the dividends to investors?
I think that it will be ETH used to pay out dividends, wouldn't mind if there was some others included too. Shoudlnt dividends be paid out in FABA tokens?Is that possible? That is actually good question,but for that to be possible AFABA teams should have huge amount of tokens and i doubt that is viable in long run.I personally wouldnt mind getting either ETH or BTC as dividend. Yeah, Faba tokens are for voting right and for investing. |

I have been checking the road map and what interests me is if we will have to wait until 2023 or longer for first returns of our investments?
In 2023 they will start with selling shares of companies.Investors will start profiting much sooner than that. So 2023 will be earliest that shares of company will be sold?For example,what if some company is developing really good and price rise alot in 2022,can investors vote to get shares sold? I also think that it should be possible to vote on those kind of options. |

Well they don't have to get listed on one of those and that does not have to happen in Q3, Q4 is also very good time to be listed, like end of November is a good timing. |

Can you please elaborate how to buy crypto currencies with PayPal from your platform? You deal with Peer-to-Peer exchange or we have to buy any intermediate currency first, and then sell that currency for Bitcoin? Please clear my doubts. Thank you!
I don't think that they accept PayPal for buying Agate tokens, they accept only cryptocurrencies. So far Agate accepts ETH,BTC,EOS,LTC and DASH ,and i think many more will come in the future. Accepting credit cards also wouldnt be bad,atleast at the beginning to attract new users who still have problems with crypto.I remember i bought my first ICO tokens with credit card. Well Agate is already licensed and they are negotiating with a credit card company  Do you know with which company is Agate team negotiating? I don't think that is still live, there was no mention about it since then. |

You are right, in order for crypto to go mainstream we will need KYC and AML to become standard, but I still consider it like a necessary evil.It goes against the crypto philosophy in general, but for projects like these I really don't mind KYC.

Can you tell the incentives that you plan to offer to merchants and regular users to use Agate? How many users do you expect to have using the platform in first 6 months after the launch?
This will be the key problem, to get all those retailers on board, and so far we see that they are doing good job regarding that. It is a good thing that Agate is getting those big retailer chains with them,it will be much easier to attract smaller ones later on,when they see that big chains are using Agate solutions. The most important question is what is the point for networks to switch to this method of payment? I do not see any normal business owner and who knows how to count the numbers who would agree to work under such conditions. Because transactions are instant and no issues with volatility, lower fees, there are a lot of advantages that Agate brings, if that was not true Geelus would not even partner with Agate. What do you mean by there will be no volatility? Does that mean that market and price changes won't affect merchants? The reason why volatility won't affect merchants is the iFIAT Ecosystem and instant transactions.It is very rare that you get the funds as soon as payment happens and Agate is doing just that. |

That would be really good to know, but I think it is impossible to estimate at this moment, maybe in the next month or so. I hope it will be much more then I expect, wouldn't mind to be pleasantly surprised by something like that in this bear market  This situation might slow down adoption abit,people will be less reluctant to use cypto at the moment i think,but quality ideas will survive,like Agate,especially if they get crypto debit card out. Are there any news about POS terminals, when will people be able to order those,and who will be manufacturer?
You can already order it I think or at least those which participated in the presale were able to get them for free. How much does a POS terminal cost? Will there be a free version available too? If my memory serves me well someone from the team said that POS terminal will cost 3500 AGT tokens after the sale ends.Mobile version will be free. Based on the ico price that is 1 AGT=0,076 USD, thats actually affordable.Only AGT will be accepted for that? Will Agate keep that price of 1 AGT=0,076 USD by the time it hits the exchanges? That is impossible to answer with certainty.It will depend on a lot of factors, but they way it looks with the market situation and all, most likely it won't. |
