ok, thanks, I am curious, which is the right board, I was advised before to move my original post to this board, I am sure this one will be an altcoin. and also, thanks for the advice, it's really appreciated.
You can move this one to marketplace altcoin or altcoin services that's the right section for this kind of thread since you are looking for partners or service this section is only for altcoin discussion. well first off,, i'm not a newbie,, (even though it says it on the post) been trading crypto for a few years now....
Second, I am wanting to help people who are underprivileged, not just wanting to help my pocket...
You use newbie account that's why they say you are just a newbie members. I understand that, but I have had this account since 2018, just haven't posted since then. |

Such a call for participation is really unattractive for many people, you should add project details such as goals, short-term and long-term plans, especially what the participants will enjoy, instead of Only post a link, if you add more I can join
You did not read OP's post he wants to get rich by helping others he wants to create a coin go for ICO or crowdfunding sell it to people who do not know anything what coins will succeed in the market, he is attracted to Covid's kind of tokens where developers made a lot of money by the idea of helping those who are in Covid but eventually run away with money. I know a lot of token creators have scammed people, i've lost money because of that, and that is the bad part about starting this, it's hard to know who or what you can trust. I know I could say over and over again how much i'm wanting to help people, but I know actions speak louder than words. which is what I am trying to do . |

I had planned on paying in the form of tokens. but, that could change, if an ICO, or crowdsale is done, then it could be in cash.. (just my thoughts) any ideas?

@robelneo just give you some fair advice and not that he was interested to be part of the project. Don't just blindly send message to someone here because if it will be reported by the receiver as unsolicited type of message worst is you'll get a temporary ban.
If I were you post this on the right board and explain here the details of the project.

I have read the post / replies i've received so far, which I didn't expect to get so many so soon, but thank you all in advance. There were some good points made that I didn't think of. so I am addressing those here, Without giving out to much info , but also enough for people to see this is no scam, this project will be based in the United States, the plan of this project is to help people who are unable to help themselves, and I can't remember there being a project , or token / coin that is doing this. what I am needing is people who have experience with web design, project managers, engineers, communications , I am in the process of setting up zoom in order to help . any other comments or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

you must share detailed job and qualification that needed for your team , moreover you didnt yet talk about its concept. looking developer team is not easy moreover on qualified person, you must pay them alot. if you share about this detailed i am sure many people will join to you.

I am "going back to the drawing board" I found out I need to have some things in place before getting team members, I realize I jumped the gun. but thanks to all the people who gave input. I really appreciate it.

Beware of this project, the developer abandoned this project a year ago but now he revived again. There are two possibilites that might happen with this project; 1. he wants to sell the coin again and then abandon the project all over again 2. he attaches a virus to the wallet just do not do anything with this project, mark it as a scam project because it does not do any good for you. reference https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4824512.msg46452481#msg46452481Same exact project was there 1 year ago
He sold same coins, then he abandoned it, and he starts it again now, selling coins again
