At least you should explain and mention the technical things related to your project and the qualification to be your team members.

Tell the complete details and description of the project. What kind of team members you need and how much you're going to pay for them? There are three sections where you can find them as long as you have the necessary details.

Paying in bitcoin will categorize it on Services.

For altcoins on Marketplace (Altcoins).

Not sure but IMO it's also ok if it will be on Project Development.

I have read the post / replies i've received so far, which I didn't expect to get so many so soon, but thank you all in advance. There were some good points made that I didn't think of. so I am addressing those here,   Without giving out to much info , but also enough for people to see this is no scam, this project will be based in the United States, the plan of this project is to help people who are unable to help themselves, and I can't remember there being a project , or token / coin that is doing this. what I am needing is people who have experience with web design, project managers, engineers, communications ,  I am in the process of setting up zoom in order to help . any other comments or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Your idea is not unique there were a lot of projects with that nature you are not exploring further there was Co -exist projects among others if you are located in the United States there are some restrictions if you are going to hold crowdfunding you should be aware of that, if it's just an idea about helping people why not use existing coin you mentioned there is no coin token that I've concluded that you are planning to create a token for this, which I am not recommending.

What kind of project is this? Is this some kind of a charitable project? Or is this a kind of a project which, just like the majority, ended up releasing tokens for sale at a certain price only for the buyers to end up stuck with them without worth and even a single listing

"Could be" is something I cannot easily trust. Are you going to pay with Bitcoin or USD or in the form of your own tokens?

Damn seen this hundreds of times newbies coming here asking how to create money out of thin air to generate money so they can help people in some affected areas, we have seen this in the so called Covid tokens.
These newbies are seeking to help people but they did not mentioned they also want to help their pocket.
If is it not creating something that will solve or compliment the technology or the defi industry better go to Gofundme and ask for fund there

You did not read OP's post he wants to get rich by helping others he wants to create a coin go for ICO or crowdfunding sell it to people who do not know anything what coins will succeed in the market, he is attracted to Covid's kind of tokens where developers made a lot of money by the idea of helping those who are in Covid but eventually run away with money.
