Just to let you know, lightlord replied to me and processed the transaction, everything is in order
|
|
|
Still nothing, is there any other way to contact them? I already opened a ticket and e-mailed them.
You can submit a private message Zodiac or Lightlord here on bitcointalk Thanks for the suggestion, I just did it. Waiting for their reply

The issue should be addressed quickly though. Withdrawal was requested more than 36 hours ago now, still no payment and no answer from support.

How long does a withdrawal usually take? I requested a withdrawal exceeding hot wallet almost 24 hours ago and still nothing...
How many fees you did? Quote “Large number of pending transactions We recommend a higher-than-usual fee to prevent delays.” (bitvest.io) Fees are not relevant here as the transaction has not been issued at all due to insufficients funds in the hot wallet (I checked myself there is indeed not enough funds). Withdrawal is on ETH, also I got a message saying it might need up to 12 hours to be executed but it is taking longer than that. I am not too worried however as the amount is substantial the situation is not very confortable.

I tried to upgrade my miner to September firmware, but the upgrade froze at 91% and now I can't login into the miner anymore. Anyone with the same issue?
|
|
|
Someone had their miner from September batch shipped already?
|
|
|
Does someone know how does the "Buy one get one free" work re customs clearance? I wonder how the value will be declared as there will be two shipments and only one payment.

As Tezos network is set to launch on June 30th, I am looking to sell my stash of 70K XTZ. We will have to go through a multisig escrow like Bitrated.
- We agree to a price in BTC - Buyer transfers BTC to multisig escrow - As soon as network goes live (June 30th latest) I transfer the tezos - Buyer releases BTC
Only serious offers please. I will sell to the highest bidder, or we can instantly secure the deal if you are willing to buy at current HitBTC price ($4.17 now)

Does this trick still work? I tried on an XRB withdrawal but it seems it has no effect (no error message either, server just replies with "0")

When was the last time we got some information from Mercatox? It seems it has been several days/weeks since the last ticket response, public announcement, sign of life in general...

Is there anyone other than Satoshi himself qualifying as a Blue Whale??

Same kind of issue. Orders not processed, not appearing under Active or Dealt orders but funds are frozen in "reserved" assets. This extremely serious especially with current volatility.

This exchange is shit, I was trying it for the first time, I am glad I only did a fraction of what I intended. Wtf, orders not processed, not appearing anywhere and yet the funds are frozen. Totally unprofessional.

I have the same problem. I put some order to buy XRB and my BTC is now parked into "reserved assets". When I go to open orders, there is none so I can't cancel, my funds are basically frozen

Is Kraken insured, or any other exchange for that matter ? We have the drawbacks of banks (AML/KYC bullshit) but not the benefits.

Does someone know their wallets ? Would be good to check that at least funds are safe. What if they are just buying time for their exit? Shouldn't we do something?
What can you do? The only thing goes in mind - that you should monitor exchange wallets for unexpected activity. But even if you see something - what really can be done?

This totally unacceptable. How can they be so unprofessional with so much money at stake is beyond me. I was there during MtGox debacle and I can tell you I don't like this at all. Worst part is I intended to withdraw everything before their "update" but couldn't due to their buggy system.
