Thank you for trying the bios on a Hynix. Sorry it did not work.
It will work for Micron though.,

mining X11 I get 3.9 MHS
my 390 gets 6.1 MHS

Micron. But the bios have Micron hynix support.

should work now... Vnell I messed with the bios you posted some I do know my card does not like that bios.... So I could not test it...

I modded my XFX560 4gb bios  getting 13.5MHS with core down clocked to 1050 and Memory at 2000. I'm going to let it run a bit for stability test. Maybe someone can tweak it more to push 14MHS stable  fastest I gotten was 13.7MHS
