Even if Bitcoin Cash ends up being better then Bitcoin in technology, the fact still remains that Bitcoin is the premier Cryptocurrency and would remain the king in price for the foreseeable future.

Most alts (even the one you probably have in mind) are traded against BTC, the more it is traded, the more bitcoin is also traded against it so while the altcoin price might be increasing, bitcoin market cap is also increasing too.. you see the logic?

I would say "Yes" because there are many projects out there that still lists in exchanges way above the ICO price, you just have to know how to seperate the wheat from the tar.

Choose bounties very carefully like you would choose an investment because it is basically an investment of your time, energy and resources, j usually chose a bounty if I like the team especially if they are very visible.

Aitcoins do not depend on BTC price really, it's just that most Altcoins are traded against BTC and if BTC price is increasing, it is only logical that altcoin price would be increasing as well because they are traded against each other, so this is why it would be hard to get an altcoin that doesn't follow the BTC trend.

I remember when I started newly, all I used to check was the whitepaper but I have discovered that even crooks can compose a very detailed and convincing whitepaper so I place more focus on the team now and their activities.

Ten times out of ten, trading a coin is much more profitable especially in this volatile crypto market, you would be increasing the number of tokens you have while holding just keeps the value constant.

Dumping all your tokens is not the solution because even in this bear markets you would occasionally see tokens that would moon exponentially once in a while, one token you dumped might be one of them and you would regret.
