Another way to decide if you want to invest in a ICO or not is to look at their roadmap. In a roadmap you can find a planning per period (mostly per quarter), what a company is going to build and deliver. Mostly companies publish their results from their previous quarter in a report. By looking at a companies roadmap and look what they have deliverd you can see if they do what they promiss. Do they deliver all the promissed developments on time?
