Consider this: Wouldn’t it be great if you do not need a realtor and notary anymore for buying your dream house? Or if you want to go on holiday and you see a very nice apartment that you don’t need to pay so much fees? Or if you do have a problem in your home that you easily can find somebody who can do the maintenance for you?
Meet Muxe! The one-stop platform which facilitates all these options (and more!).
Muxe is a new, revolutionary platform which want to tackle all the problems that are in the real estate market at the moment.
The Muxe token is the cryptocurrency. It is an ERC-20 token on the Ethereum blockchain, which is used for all the transactions on the platform. Because of that all the contracts will be smart contracts. All transactions will be executed on a transparent and efficient manner. This means that it will be possible to buy a house, buy office supplies, pay or receive rental payments or pay for fees for maintenance contracts with the Muxe token.
The reason that the Muxe token is established is that the want to change the real estate market. The real estate market is a very big market.
