This is an appreciation post for the Stake campaign management team, I would like to acknowledge I received my payout, and I would like to thank the campaign management team headed by Carollzinha for continuing to have me on your list of participants.
This is a great campaign and a long lasting one. I noticed that few weeks ago some of the campaign participants had to acknowledge that they were being paid. Maybe there was doubt somewhere. But to the best of my knowledge, if Stake stops paying for Campaign today, more than 90 percent of the participants will remove signature and avatar. People don't promote projects for free here in BTT unless in rare cases where the project might be a charity or non profitable project. As long as stake avatar and signature keep flying in the forum, participants are being paid. Stake spends not less than $5k weekly to pay participants. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5449806.msg62133040#msg62133040 (will soon be updated).

Cheers to the stake manager and her team for flying the flag of stake high in the forum. The gambling section of the forum is greatly dominated by the stake brand.

Manchester city isn't that vulnerable yet, I think the recnts can be traced to their recent series of injuries been experiencing by some of their players and most of them are currently recovering so they are most likely to play in their next schedule and am sure they will be back on their feet with their exceptional performance once again.

Tottenham, Liverpool and Arsenal still remains the strongest of challenge Manchester city may have to face in the premier league this season but then if they could possibly get a good tactics to be able to tackle and overcome these team they are most likely to end up the champions of the EPL again but then we can't rely be sure until the season has gone half way and their performance clear enough by virtue of their points and position on the standings.
The citizens faced some challenges in previous games, everyone posting about the downfall of Manchester City, I'm just here watching and observing because I'm fully aware of the repercussions and frustration of these mediocre teams that are about to get heavily humiliated by City when they clashed. Manchester City is not vulnerable, they have a few shaky performance in their previous games, that portray they would bounce back more stronger than ever. Pep Guardiola is working entirely on his team, and we're aware on how genius he is and capable of handling fabricated matters.
The Citizens does not lose more than 5 matches in the entire season to be at the top of the league. The matches if they are to lose does not come consecutively and that is why because the loses could spread the entire season, the season is finished. We need not pretend that nothing is wrong as Citizens lost two consecutive matches in the English premier League, that is after losing against Newcastle in the EFL cup.

I know that Manchester city will bounce back but I am scared that if they make one more mistake, it may cost them the season. We are all witnesses that Arteta and his boys are in great form and they are somehow wounded by the disappointment of last season. So they shouldn't be taken lightly this season because they are coming for a revenge

I do not actually know what happened to Manchester United in this season champions League but I have realised that Manchester United is not qualifying from the group match. It is first obvious that Bayern Munich has never failed to qualify from the champions League group match. So the one slot was off and the remaining slot was what Manchester United was supposed to fight for but they rather gave it to Galatasary

Considering that it's the group stage I don't think it's that important, because Bayern will get out of the group anyway and a win over Galatsaray has only a small impact. But I wouldn't make any predictions about the final so early, we don't know what kind of opponents they will have
Galatasary will kindly go for draw but even if they are eventually beaten by Bayern Munich, they still have better chances than Manchester United. So they will certainly not be under big pressure to play the match.
4  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: October 07, 2023, 10:20:47 PM
At first I thought Chelsea were going to let their fans down today when they conceded an early goal in the 1st half but later in the match their game play changed and they were beginning to perform very well and communicate with each other well, their first goal was very interesting, what a cross from sterling that lead to an own goal by  Burnley defender Al-Dakhil, I think sterling's perform today was fantastic and he contributed alot to his teams success in today's match.
Chelsea win the last 3 games, finally things are going well. At FC Burnley Raheem Sterling was the best player and 4:1 is a great result. After half-time Chelsea was much better than in the first 45 minutes. An own goal and a penalty led to 2 goals, but also two more beautiful goals and one of them from Sterling. If you look at the statistics and that there were only 9 shots on goal and 4 goals, very nice.

I never had the doubt that Chelsea cannot win Burnley. The new visitors to the English premier League are not a strong side. I have watched the 3 clubs from the championship struggling at the bottom of the table since the season started except for Luton who tried and escaped the relegation zone for now. I do not have high expectations from the newly promoted clubs because I know English premier League is too hot for them. So Burnley defeat wasn't a surprise to me.

Read reports in local media that Ten Hag is under pressure because of Man United's poor performance. Man United have only won 4 times in 10 matches. In addition, the issue of transfer policy does not seem to make Man United better either. Ten Hag's first year has delighted some fans, but in the second year it seems the management is not too patient. It seems that Andrea Berta from Atletico is being rumoured as a strong candidate.
I have not heard any viable rumours for now but I know Erik Ten hang will still be under serious pressure to perform. To be very honest with ourselves, the level that Manchester United is operating now is quite low compared to the level they operated last season.
5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: October 04, 2023, 10:25:43 PM
A score like 4-1 is indeed too much for PSG. Maybe they aren't consistent but they should have been able to get a decent result at least. Newcastle treated them like they were a small team. I'm curious about what Luis Enrique is thinking about this embarrassing loss now. I wonder the same for Mbappe as well.
I was so wrong about PSG and I am sorry that I neglected them. It wasn't actually my fault but Newcastle did not start the season in a good note. Last season, after Newcastle ended the season on the 4th position and with their good form, I predicted that Newcastle will qualify from the champions League group. But when this season started, Newcastle wasn't playing well even with the fact that they were in the deadliest group. I totally ruled them out, but they have proved me wrong.

Clearly PSG won't be successful in the Champions League this season as well. They have too many things to fix. This could lead to Mbappe's making his decision on his future easier. I assume he would rather join a more successful team from now on.
I am not surprised that PSG is struggling, no club that passed through the confusion and stress that they passed that will perform very well.
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best Practices for Staying Safe When Gambling on: October 04, 2023, 03:17:00 PM
Setting win limits is a very important task among gamblers. Some gamblers continue their gambling activities even after receiving more winnings or bigger wins.
In as much as gambling is concerns we shouldn't place all our focus on gambling, or using all our money on gambling with the hope that it will work for us and perhaps if it eventually fails it becomes a setback for us, but perhaps having a job could also help our mindset in times of gambling were as all the attentions will not be channel only on gambling but for other things too, also with that someone can easily control his method of gambling or perhaps just like you said it will also be good if we should set a target of wining or losing that whenever you losses or wings a certain amount you should call it a day instead of betting beyond that.
Someone who has a good source of income,. Be it business or job will likely have moderation in gambling than someone who doesn't have a steady income. Someone who has a steady flow of income is likely gambling in order to have fun or probably may be gambling to augment his earnings. This cannot be said about someone who is strictly gambling to have huge money.

Setting a loss limit is what will help you as a gambler not to lose more than required or necessary.
In terms of winning, the casino have already limited you, setting another winning limit by yourself for yourself is simply you limiting yourself further, this is completely not necessary if you ask me.
Setting a winning target is the right term and not winning limit. They might mean the same thing but when we use the word winning limits, it doesn't make so much sense because the casino had already limited the gamblers according to you. If we set another, it is putting ourselves into an unnecessary pressure.

I know many many people are claiming degrees are useless: statistically they are not. Nearly in all countries when you have higher educational degree its more likely you land a better job. Yeah obviously all jobs pay very bad nowadays but its more of issue within economy where laborers are getting much less share of gross domestic product... I think if you have time and resources to get a degree - well, do it. It can also help you meet with people with better connection in campus you know.
No matter how low people can talk against degree these days. It does not mean that degree doesn't have a good effect in the society anymore. There are some countries where the prestige of having a college degree is gradually diminishing while in some countries, having a degree will give you a good job and also ensure your promotion throughout your working period.

People with higher degree acquires higher officers in their workplace and then fatter salary while the technicians without degrees who actually are the people that execute the work do not earn much. This is the reason people encourage children to go to the college and acquire degree.

But in the international standard the world is moving away from degree. It is about the ability to solve problems and make money. You may have degree and your degree may not be recognised in another country. So you will be internationally irrelevant
9  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you deal with financial stress? on: October 01, 2023, 10:32:29 PM
Financial stress or distress is real and is something that happens. I'm also a victim of it due to my state of location and traveling. Immediately after the Covid 19, a new world started for some people. Some persons moved from grace to grass depending on different countries that they are located and the impact of covid-19 in that very country.

Whenever one is faced with financial stress due to the increased inflation that is happening globally and weakness of local fiat, what should be done would be to try as much as possible to spend less money. If you keep spending much and earning less when there is still inflation, you will end up being strangled by more financial stresses.
10  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gender in Gambling [differences between Women and Men in Gambling] on: October 01, 2023, 10:08:48 PM
It is not clear how to relate to these studies because we do not know who conducted these studies under what conditions, how clean the experiment was conducted and who these people were on whom it was based. I’m not an expert, but I think that there are actually fewer women who are addicted to gambling than men, and perhaps they lose control more than men, but this is my subjective opinion based on nothing
The results of the supposed experiment or research that they conducted about gambling between the male and female gender is not much different from what we see in our daily lives. We obviously know that the male genders are more involved in gambling than their female counterparts. The major difference between male and female in gambling is the ability for them to control their emotion. While a man will be able to control his emotion, even when he is losing excessively in gambling, a woman might not be able to control her emotion when she loses half the money that a man loses in gambling.

Due to the inability of women to handle losses they do not risk much in gambling and that is what they are known for, while a man who is addicted to gambling can risk everything he has in order to chase winning.
11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Minimum Age to gamble on: October 01, 2023, 09:31:52 PM
Very good. I'm sure it's at least 18 or older. they usually have a great curiosity. it would be even better if it was with the guidance of an older person. at least they will not stray deep into gambling under good guidance. I think this is a good step from a fair and professional gambling website.
From the data provided in the opening topic we can conclude that the gambling age of different countries ranges from 18 to 21 years. That age bracket is fair enough for anyone to be knowledgeable about the good and bad and to also be able to handle the consequences of their actions.

However, setting an age bracket for gambling is not enough to help individuals who are not up and doing to excel in gambling. There might be a situation where a 17 year old boy earns  enough money that is sufficient enough for him to gamble. But a 24 years old boy does not earn enough but still depends on his parents for survival.

In such a situation we can say that the gambling age should depend at what age one begins to earn and take care of himself. If you can earn big at lower age you can risk it. And if at really high age, you cannot really earn enough to take care of yourself, there is no need gambling.

Brighton is funny to see.
They can win or lose 4-0 any game  Grin.

You already know at the end of the season they will have 50ish points but at least it good time.
Brighton is not only funny but they are quite dramatic. They are unpredictable and can be amazing also. Who would have thought that Brighton will concede 6 goals from Aston Villa which I do not rate about Aston Villa. As a matter of facts, Aston Villa and Brighton are in the same region of the English Premier League table. But then, what really happened that Watkins had to dismantle them so easily. As you have said, it is likely they can win their next match with high margin.

English Premier League is very open and fair now,any club that honestly wants to fight for the league title, this is the right time to join the race and not after January window that people will correct their mistakes.

There are some articles about Manchester United's two players who are out of the team, Antony and Sancho.
Antony is still under investigation for violence against his ex-girlfriend and another woman. But yesterday he said he is ready to get back on the team, now this palyer is available and Ten Hag can use him in the next games. While because of the bad behavior of Sancho, he is still out of the team.
However, Ten Hag denied preferential treatment when they asked him about these two players.

https://www.goal.com/en/news/erik-ten-hag-denies-preferential-treatment-of-antony-and-jadon-sancho-man-utd/blt1df18dcfe9cc2cf2
I am having mists feelings about what is happening in Manchester United, especially with their coach and players. It seems that most of the players are gradually falling out of love with their coach which is not notably said . It is high time Erik Ten Hag began to treat his players with respect and also the whole Manchester United team needs to be lenient on their players.

Even though City is missing a few important players, I expected them to still win. Especially because Wolverhampton haven't actually been able to perform well in this season so far. The odds for City's win were also not bad at around 1.4 and were tempting for gamblers (the 2nd win from 7 games for the wolves).
I had the feelings that Manchester City will be negatively impacted this season with the way they sold about 3 of their important players. Since the losing has started, we should expect more losses from Manchester City.
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: September 30, 2023, 08:09:34 PM
No team wins this match. But I hope no team can score any goal in this match. If no team can score any goal in this match then the match will be draw.
Goals will appear in this match, but currently up to the 61th minute the two teams currently competing have not scored a single goal.
PSG have a big chance to score goals and win the match because they dominate the game.
For PSG, this match is quite important to continue to be on track to compete for the title because their opponent Clermont Foot is not a strong team in terms of player quality. PSG also doesn't want them to be too far behind on points with Brest.
Just wait until the final minute, the goal will happen. PSG's current statistics deserve to win.

This match was very important for PSG. They are far behind in the points table. Their performance this season has been very erratic. They have managed to win only 3 out of 6 matches. Opponent Clermont Foot is a very weak team. The team is at the bottom of the points table. Even so, I don't see a good performance from the players of PSG in today's match. Despite some good attacks, they could not break Clermont Foot's defence. Although they created several good chances, they were unable to score. Let's see if PSG is able to achieve full points in the end.
The PSG problem did not start today, I already knew that the club will run into problems when the season starts. During the time of pre-season that is the period all the football clubs used to amend their mistakes and go to pre-season tour in order to train their players in one way or the other. when it was time for PSG to use their pre season to get good result they were busy having cases with Mbappe and the media.

This is absolutely affecting their performance this season. This is not the PSG that everyone used to know in the France League. I am hopeful that things will turn around but if care is not taken they might lose their number one spot which almost sounds like a birth right to them.
15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: September 30, 2023, 08:00:05 PM
Liverpool should have been able to maintain a 1-1 draw against Tottenham, but unfortunately Joel Matip intended to throw the ball but the ball went to the top right of the goal and went in in the final minute of extra time 90+6.
All Lovepool players fought in vain to maintain a draw with 8 players, and I think Liverpool won this match because they worked hard and tried to maintain a draw with only 8 players.

Joel Matip You have disappointed Liverpool fans because it happened in the final seconds of a hard-fought match.
I can see that almost everyone is praising Liverpool for almost trying to draw the match against Liverpool even having two men out of the match because of red card. Liverpool has always been able to even win their matches with one man down and that happened when the season started early against Newcastle United when everyone thought that Newcastle has already won the match, Liverpool had to equalise and still win the match.
So it wouldn't have been a surprise for me if they survived tonight. But we still need to understand that Liverpool has played a very wrong pattern of football having two red cards in one match is not a good sign of professionalism.

I know Wolwerhampton is a team that usually loses points against strong teams in the Premier League, I guess no one would have expected them to beat the invincible Manchester City. It was interesting that Manchester City's only goal was from a set piece. They looked for so many positions to score a goal, but only Alverez had a freekick goal, by the way, the goal was magnificent.

I was among the millions of people who never believed that Manchester City could lose match this early. Even if Manchester City was to lose a match, it should atleast be against Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal or any other top team and not Wolves who obviously do not have the capacity to win such a match against Manchester City.  Truly is unpredictable most times.
16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Education. on: September 28, 2023, 09:40:15 PM
Instead of outrightly banning gambling, how about if the concerned countries officially include gambling education in their academic syllabus, just like sex education is taught in schools. Gambling education will teach the young ones the dangers of gambling and promote moderation in gambling. Will this not be a better way to handle the gambling cases?
I agree with this line of thought. It should be normalize and kids from age fourteen should go through a class on gambling. It is vitally important exposing them to not only the dangers of gambling addiction but helping them to know how they can be part of the solution would be highly commendable.

but since we as humans would rather focus on the cure rather than prevention, it would be difficult to have gambling taught in class rooms as a course.
I have been going through the topic that I created a few days ago and I have seen that it has gotten up to five pages and more and everyone that is speaking on the topic are in support of the topic. I may not say everyone but majority of the people that have contributed. We have understood it this way because we are in one way or the other into the gambling and we understand how it can be solved but the government outside as you said believe in cure and not prevention.

If gambling education is well implemented, the rate of gambling and gambling addiction would be very much reduced. During this education of gambling you will also tell them the dangers of gambling and the law implication of being found gambling or abusing it. This will do a better job than the system that exist today.

Just to scared, In-case you win a lot money.

They can easily to use these reasons and not process anything. This method just 50:50, even the casino/influencer say you can always use VPN but always never throw or playing with a big money.

Otherwise, while we are win a lot they can easily brought these case.
Some casinos, especially the ones that are relatively new do not have the guts to state categorically that VPN is prohibited because they need customers and many if not most of the only gamblers like to hide their IP and the use of VPN is one way to do this. But those companies who do not state their stand on VPN categorically, will explore any opportunity should they know that your region prohibits gambling. As you have mentioned, this happens when a bug money is won.

They can't scare me.
I have residency in Japan. For a while now I use my normal Japanese home IP when logging in. So a restricted region doesn't apply to me anymore.
One you are on VPN but consistent on one IP location, you may not have issues but I have been blocked on one casino due to non consistent use of location. You are fine if you can login successfully from your normal Japanese IP

The few persons that have followed this thread so far complained that Op is not comprehensive and Op doesn't want to do anything either. I will try to make a meaning out of Op from my understanding.

I would like to know something about the realization of the transformation, let us assume 1,000 000 bitcoins in bankotas, in paper money, to change everywhere on exchange rates like dollar, dirham, yuan.
Op is assuming that 1 million out of the 21 million available bitcoin was printed on paper like bank notes(fiat), which has a stable value that is exchangeable in CEX or DEX just like USDT or CBDC.

So that this laps cannot be used electronically, but only after conversion to digital. The shield will go dare, Dolphins will feed, I will return to clarify, if not clear quite. Something a bit dumped, write from Malakk Strait
Then, these 1 million bitcoin in fiat form cannot be used electronically (not in blockchain), but can be converted to digital form just like CBDC.

Well, burn 1 million out of 21 one, instead of it paper bills on the world diverge with good protection, each banknote in the registry, if not it, then everything, there is no block, the collichestvo decreases, and the price up. - VR. If the banknote was lost, burned, eaten, snukhana, then outpopuschusk and no, full erase block.

The 1 million bitcoin that is converted to fiat will be burned and not to be onchain.

Tbh, this is not making sense, I give up.

A very nice article I have read above. Thank you for putting this together and I believe it will also shaping the mind of people who would want to understand but there are people who are strictly adamant to luxury and they would not give listening ears to this.

I believe you are only using Apple devices as example because they are expensive set of devices. There are other mobile devices like the brand of Samsung which is also expensive. Instead of looking down on Apple and its products, I am instead seeing the potential of bitcoin to fight against inflation. The picture above is a very big proof that bitcoin is a coin that does not bow easily to inflexion.

But then anyone that has the money to buy these phones should also buy. The reason for buying bitcoin and investing is to make the life easy and have some fun while living comfortable. So it must not always be investment. There should be a kind of comfortability and if buying apple devices give the person that joy and comfort,  they should go ahead and buy the devices.

Looking at the kind of match fixtures that lie ahead for Chelsea to play, I wonder if they will ever survive these games ahead of them,
The current state of Chelsea is in a critical condition that needs a Messiah to save them, hence with the poor state of the club, and with Pochettino as head coach, if they don't get a significant amount of points from these games and coupled with the depression that will follow suit after losing these games, I think they will hardly escape relegation this season.

It is just unfortunate that this harsh and unfavorable fixtures have to hit Chelsea when  they are not at their prime. It would have been a good run if Chelsea was in form. It is just a two side coin, this is because if Chelsea was inform, they would have used their good form to win upto 80% of this fixture. Now they are not inform, it is possible they lose/draw upto 80% of the matches.

I was surprised that Chelsea FC won Brighton yesterday, well it's been a long time that Chelsea FC won a game and the Media has been very harsh on them and come to think of it Brighton has been very solid this season and has been very amazing in their previous competition.
Before you talk of Chelsea being harshed by the media, first talk about the Chelsea supporters. They are obviously no longer happy because winning a match in Chelsea seems to be seasonal. They don't know if to blame the coach or the players. But I channel my personal blame to the management who has not done enough but expect alot from the Chelsea coach and players.
