My trust has been shattered beyond repair now. All I want is to get my access back and to sell these ETN shitcoins asap.

Well, it is not true that identification works in any way. It looks like a scam, this ETN - my account is in the We will be back soon mode even though I have entered my personal details there and the verification field disappeared. I came to my wallet because there was a 60%+ pump today, so I wanted to withdraw. And I couldn't access my coins, I still can't!!! Unbelievable, why scam your followers like this, Electroneum? Scammers!!! Give me my access to my coins!!! There was no warning about this integration either. I will run as fast as I can after/if my access is restored. Unbelievable.
