4  Economy / Reputation / Re: Violation of the rules of subscription companies. The outcome is different. on: January 11, 2021, 11:25:32 AM
Perhaps there are ways to verify if we are saying the truth or not, please refer to this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5228057.0

There are proofs that we are a completely different person starting from changing the account password right from the date I've mentioned that I have given the account to him. Also, the posting style is different based on the view of the other users. I know there are many members here who can recognize our issue way back before but managed to provide community forgiveness because both I and plvbob070 are active. I don't want to lose this account as this is the only account I am relying on.

EDITED:

PS: marlboroza, I have sent a personal message. Please give a minute to check it. Thank you!
5  Economy / Speculation / Re: When The Inevitable Happens With The Dump - What Will Bitcoin Be Worth? on: January 08, 2021, 03:56:30 PM
A 3 digit is impossible there are still a lot of hurdles to be passed through before we even reach $99,999, not to mention that the current available supply is steadily running low.

If we are to inspect the yearly graph of Bitcoin, we cannot determine how much ATH it could reach per year, but there's one thing for sure that we can see for us to infer that we are going up higher over the years and that is the Bitcoin's yearly All Time Low.

You can refer to this tweet:

From this tweet, the All Time Low per year shows an uptrend price which could be good for us to predict how much could be the dip after the big market correction happens. The info quite lacks in years 2019 and 2020, but for this year, it could be higher than $3200 and lower than $10K. This is just my speculation, if you have other ways to tell how much the dip could be, feel free to drop your analysis.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Oh that feeling... when the price goes crazy...after you sold! on: January 08, 2021, 03:43:44 PM
I think you are not just the only one in a few that experience the same thing, I sold somewhere at $17k and I also have deep regrets about that action, though I bought something important for myself with that. Over time, I am computing how much I should have right now if I hold longer. But when I ask my friends about my experience, I figured out that I am not the only one and they advised that I should not take it too deep as when the time I sold, I also gained profits. They said that profit is already a profit no matter how big it is, we should be thankful for the gains that we have compared to those who will buy at the ATH then the price will just decline drastically. We just need to be patient enough to wait a little longer until the correction happens and then accumulate as much as we can and learn from the lessons from the past.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The "rat poison" is worth more than Buffett's company on: January 08, 2021, 03:25:26 PM
Eventually, Warren Buffet will understand the true value of Bitcoin as we know, he always says Bitcoin is a bubble, that it doesn't really have a value. But look at it right now, it is dominating the market even if there's a ton of rumors about how Bitcoin is paving its way up to higher.

I'm not sure but one of my friends said that it was planned to pump BTC from the US dollar in preparation for the COVID crisis. I am not believing this, the reason for the pump is because of the demand, demand, or belief of the people who think that Bitcoin is better than stocks and way better than Berkshire Hathaway stock who is governed by Warren itself.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I am leaving bitcoin thx for helping me satoshi. on: January 08, 2021, 03:08:05 PM
It seems like you have a very huge grudge against the current situation we are in right now. Though the answer relies already on your statement, "if you cannot beat them, join them." You might not followed this statement but as what I can see, you should somehow invest more than 4 dollars as we all know the fees on the Bitcoin network is comparatively higher than the other cryptocurrencies. That means that in order for us to really enjoy the profit from Bitcoin, we should acquire a little bit higher amount of it to avoid thinking about the huge fee. But this doesn't mean that Bitcoin is only for the rich or the "Central Bankers" as you said, you can acquire Bitcoin from top leading exchanges such as Binance and hold it there, you need not worry about huge transaction fee as fees will depend on the trading fee which is about 0.05% of the trades. Though the disadvantage of it is that, not acquiring the keys from the private key will not prove your ownership of your Bitcoins.

But somehow, centralized exchanges also care about their users and they also try their best to improve their security features.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto doesn't want to be found; stop searching. on: January 08, 2021, 02:43:00 PM
Up until now, no one knows who Satoshi really was, he might be an individual, a group of developers, or anything we might not think about. But satoshi already did his part. IMO, there's no reason for us to keep searching for him or even think about how much Bitcoin he has right now because he really deserves it. He can do what he wants and the Bitcoin network will not need him anymore as the Bitcoin will be powered by us who will really dictates what the future of Bitcoin could be.

IMO, we can just think of Satoshi as ourselves, the future of Bitcoin relies upon us on how we will utilize it. In short, stop searching for Satoshi. We might just put ourselves in danger as there could be many people claiming they are Satoshi just for fame and personal interest.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Pizza... on: January 08, 2021, 12:20:07 PM
I have suspected that the hodler of that bitcoin have already sold most of the Bitcoin he have, Lazlo on the other hand might also be regretting what he did for the amount of Bitcoins he have spent, but one thing I can say for him is that he did a great job because he was one of the very first person who truly support bitcoin. He was one who gave too much value to Bitcoin in the early stage.

This might be unusual to happen but in the times of Bitcoin where there are very few who can see the value of it, it is really hard to use it as a payment method.
If you want to read the history and figure out the whole story, you can see it here:
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dose meme helps a crypto to be viral? on: January 08, 2021, 11:03:58 AM
It depends on the project, but there are projects which are serious that still incorporate the use of memes in their contests, it wasn't bad at all, as it provides more fun and excitement for new investors to be notified about the project. Compared to usual art contests or like and share ones, memes could make a person happy by seeing funny humors that quite relates to the project, it also makes it possible to explain the current status of the project to the people. In short, meme contests is a great way of promoting projects.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is FOMO why people interested in FOMO on: January 08, 2021, 10:32:07 AM
It is quite a feeling that is hard to control especially if we have spare funds to spend, reading a big news or seeing a good chart will induce a feeling of Fomo which often results to a bad outcome why? Since are just getting along with our emotions, we didn't examine a news very well so if we are entering the market, we might already be late. What I can advise to avoid getting fomoed is to still try our best to validate each information that we read, we should also learn to read charts and graph and understand the basics of trading.
13  Economy / Speculation / Re: Big BTC price correction incoming???? on: January 08, 2021, 07:48:42 AM
Looking at the chart of Bitcoin right now, there's no indication of a big correction by looking at 1m time up to 1HR time RSI. But when we are going to look at the 4HR time and longer, it already state an overbought indication and it implies that the Bitcoin market might fall anytime soon. When the correction happens, people will not really anticipate to short or sell their Bitcoins, thus, they might think of it as an opportunity to acquire more Bitcoins in hoping that it could increase further. But we don't have any assurance of what will happen exactly to the market. What is important for us to think is that, every good price increase, there's always a possibility of a big drop, so its better for us to stay alert to avoid our profits getting lost by the market decline.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bittrex delisting XMR, DASH and ZEC. Will this affect Bitcoin? on: January 08, 2021, 06:30:48 AM
IMO, it could impact Bitcoin in a positive way, imagine, delisting XRP which have a huge market cap, and what might happen is that, most of the hodlers of XRP will probably sell their XRP to Bitcoin and the market cap of Bitcoin will increase further. There's still a possibility that some holders will cashout their funds. On the other hand, I have read a news concerning XRP, it states that XRP will burn a portion of its supply and I think that will be good as lowering the supply will increase its demand and price. If people know this, they might go back and buy XRP again. Just a usual pump and dump that we can experience in XRP.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What exactly was the idea behind bitcoin? on: January 07, 2021, 05:36:24 PM
The same idea I have before when I wasn't fully convinced to put my time in Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, that is Bitcoin has a limited supply of 21 million. Over time, I understood that the scarcity of Bitcoin's supply is what makes it profitable and could induce more mass adoption. In the first place, you don't need to acquire an exact amount of 1 BTC and above to consider yourself a bitcoin user. That is why we have many denominations for Bitcoin. There we have satoshi which allows us to count faster. Refer to this image:

The scarcity of Bitcoin is what makes it possible for people to race up to acquire the largest amount of Bitcoin they could, as they know that in the future, acquiring 1 BTC will be so hard but it doesn't take the opportunity for them to be restricted in using BTC.

What about the transaction fees?

The upgrade of Bitcoin to Segwit when you are using a ledger nano, or try to look in a block explorer, states that we can save more transaction fees with Segwit. This means that the Bitcoin network can still be improved to decrease the fees and make it more convenient for us to use Bitcoin in the future.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have my 600$ stimulus check, good time to buy btc? I plan to hold for the short on: January 07, 2021, 02:20:54 PM
It wasn't bad if I will say my opinion about the current market price of Bitcoin. Wayback before, I saw how drastically the market fall from 2017 ATH down to $3k somewhere in 2018 and 2019. With that experience, I often think that after the ATH we have, it will be followed by a huge pull back or what we know, market decline. That makes me persevere that it isn't the right time to buy now with the ATH at $38K if I assume that it will just decline down to a new dip. I want to make sure that I will be efficient that is why I still hodl a stable coin, and be ready for the big short that we are talking about. I am not inviting OP to do the same thing, but anyway, the profit in Bitcoin will rely on our hands as I anticipate that in the long run, ATH will always be higher compared to the previous ATH we have right now.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I want some good tuition for Binance trading on: January 07, 2021, 02:09:23 PM
With the experience that you have in trading especially with 5 years, you might have learned allot already, but that doesn't guarantee you a good profit as markets are still unpredictable sometimes. We are doing the same thing, I am also trading with leverage and I find it better when my leverage is x20 or higher, this way, I can maximize the profit but also increase the risk of my funds losing if the market didn't adhere in my position. You might need to use stop loss and stop limit in order to decrease your potential losses but I will still advice that you join some cryptocurrency trading signals. The advantage of that is that it will lessen your time when doing a fundamental and technical analysis as it is like a collaborative platform where you can get hints of which coin will be good at a time.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a world power? on: January 07, 2021, 01:49:59 PM
The idea of Bitcoin as a tool for world power is quite hard to happen. In the first place, Bitcoin was made to promote decentralization, Bitcoin itself is decentralized that it doesn't tolerate someone to have control over Bitcoin or even outside Bitcoin. What I can see how this could possibly happen is when an entity acquires most of the mining farms. But even with that, the coding behind Bitcoin's logic was programmed in a way that will not let an entity to have control over the entire network.

On the other hand, we can say that an individual could be powerful through Bitcoin if he is rich, and will acquire the most amount of Bitcoin as he can. In this way, he can manipulate the market or somehow make an impact on it.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: lets imagine world without fiat currency on: January 07, 2021, 12:49:34 PM
previously, fiat currency is popular when Bitcoin wasn't familiarized with people, Right now it is equally useful to convert to any transaction anytime. I think almost all countries using this except in areas where gold is more priority, although fiat is very risky from where it is used for the short term. as long as you have more, instantly, through these sources, you can buy Bitcoin for trading, and it is valuable towards the good profit within this year.

But the fact that Bitcoin is not ready to be used by the government will make it impossible for a world without a fiat currency. We all know that most of the infrastructures and projects are made because of the taxes from the people, and without fiat, it is really hard to regulate the economy of the country, right now, a lot of government are making own way to still adopt cryptocurrency while their fiat is still strong and worthy. Anytime soon, countries might transition to cryptocurrency but still, it will be classified as fiat as it will be regulated. I think that is much better since it will provide transparency for every transaction as well as improve the speed and efficiency it.
20  Economy / Speculation / Re: Cash out or HODL - Bitcoin? on: January 07, 2021, 07:09:14 AM
Many of us are already confused about what decision we should make on the kind of market we have right now. The truth is, we are never wrong to decide to buy Bitcoin now or to sell it right now even if the price increases way up to higher. In terms of selling, we should always think that profit is already a profit and there should be no regret for selling our holdings. In terms of Buying, we should also not regret buying at these prices because we took the risk, it is up to the market whether to give us profit if it increases or when the market price crashes, there's always a chance to win back our investment through waiting. What is important to consider is that we trusted cryptocurrency especially Bitcoin. Our only enemy here is ourselves who keeps us Fomoed and FUD, based on the statements of other people.
