So since FCN is now delisted from poloniex it's time to explore new exchanges. Seems like everybody forgot about this voting https://comkort.com/vote#FCNCan't find FCN... is it even there? Too many coins... Looks like it's not there. Anyhow, i made it to that site and could not leave without voting. So my vote went to DafuqCoin  Oh god why I went there too. Was a hard choice, but i voted for sexcoin. Thay made a friggin sexcoin. Soon it will become new rule 34 but rephrased. Remember rule 34? "If it exists, there is porn of it." So soon it will sound like "If it exists, there is coin called it's name." |

Seems like everybody forgot about this voting https://comkort.com/vote#FCNI think it's more about poloniex than the coin, eg quazarcoin was also delisted but then hitbtc added it now.. so I think it's a question of giving cnote coins publicity in right places which are reliable, that'll help reputation now. not sure if FCN is on the hitbtc voting but could be worth a go! Its just a shame to see technologically strong coins suffer from silly circumstances...  Tha's what i still don't understand. Coin is well mantained, has a formed community, and suddenly gets delisted from major exchange. I'm just thinking about Poloniex's following moves. Are they going to replace delisted coins? Sure they will... Look what's going on! New coins are mushrooming all over! |

Ooohhhh. CPU only. Hey, this isn't 2011 you know. The cpu farms will rape it. You better make it Gpu friendly, or else it will die.

Fortunately for us - developers foresaw this future and created an algorithm with every-block-adjusted difficulty.  Developers are just awesome in general  . "waiting for new cool updates here" FCN developer team is not a gang of newbies, these guys know what they're doing. I remember i was pretty impressed when in may they made the first GUI miner for CN coins. I was surprised as well. That was a great contribution in cryptonote development. |

I still do not understand why is Merge mining better except the good hackers attack protection.

Have you ever wondered what if regular updates is an indication of coins imperfection? If the coin is already awesome, frequent changes are not needed.

I think the Fantomcoin needs is an active marketing decisions to review info about the coin in people's mind

It seems to me that the developers doesn't care about Fantomcoin and its future. I'm really disappointed.
Why do you think so? You see, there are a new binaries and IMO this shows that devs are working to improve FCN But I waited this updates for a long time. I wonder about the expediency of mining FCN All in good time, my dear friend. Be patient! |

I have 2 questions/points:
1) There has been zero commits to the source code since May. Other CN coins are fixing bugs, Fantomcoin isn't applying those patches, are there no bugs in Fantomcoin? I would think since it forked off the same source code, the same bugs would apply.
2) Bitcoinbear needs to seriously think about setting up a Fantomcoin gateway on NXT Asset Exchange, this will give a marketing edge to the coin (the first CN coin to get there) and now that it started disappearing from centralized exchanges, NXT AE may end up to be the only exchange for it very soon.
As for your first point I totally agree. I don't understand where is the devs. It looks kinda suspicious |

Fantomcoin will never lose relevance because it provides support to all kind of CryptoNote currencies.

Have you seen that Monero team received fewer votes than the other alternative cryptocurrencies on hitbtc, but it is available to exchange now.
Yes, I was surprised too. I noticed that everyone stopped to vote for Fantomcoin. I campaigned to vote long time ago, but there are no one responds to my posts. Guys, let's vote! |

How can you say that the coin is dead? The system works and it develops. If you miss some updates, it doesn't mean that "the world stands on the site"
