Arbs everytime you say "new batch of payments" and everytime i recieve nothing. Going on 3 months now without anything. There seems to be only a handful of ppl committed to this thread, why is it still random payments? Please send something.

Got another .02 yesterday. Much faster than the first refund, but still not much. I too would have the same question...why have some people received a much higher pct refund? (I am at just over 2% after 2 refunds).

More refunds in 5 minutes. By October 8th, everyone will have received their first refund payment.

I must say, I have been payed back a small amount as of Aug 4.. Really brought back a little confidence in things, only .06 but I did feel a little ray of sunshine and felt a little honesty increase in the human race altogether.  Maybe soon something big will happen for the good for him and us...

So as the number of people has grown, the length of time it'll take for refunds to happen has grown exponentially.

All we can do is wait. He's not going anywhere, this mob won't let him.

I guess the reason for the read only of the spreadsheet was the google limitation: Only 50 users are allowed to edit the sheet in parallel.
Most of the users just want to view the sheet. So for viewing the sheet, use that link

Most emails take time to verify. Many users are claiming invalid amounts and there are also many fake emails from users that did not even have accounts.

All messages will get a reply. It takes time and this forum limits the speed of sending PMs.

Funny story... back in 2011, I had 31 BTC stored at the exchange TradeHill. That site went down and left a very bitter taste in my mouth. But, in early 2013 I finally received all my BTC back, and by then the price was almost 10 times higher than when I "lost" them. Who knows, I might have panic-sold them for $25 each if they hadn't been in lock-down. So, maybe this will be turn out to be a similar situation!
(...or not, but better to be optimistic than to be saying FML constantly, right?)

I have been carefully considering all of the suggestions posted in this thread and will be implementing a variation on what has been suggested. Details will be posted this week. For now, more refunds have been sent.

I'm glad to see some people are being paid, but as I have said before - I haven't heard or seen anything yet.

My messages clearly were sent before some peoples.   Can you please advise when I shall start seeing payments?

I'm seeing people paid within hours/days of their messages being sent.  I feel my account should be fairly easy to investigate.  I put 3.2 BTC into BTC-ARBS, Never withdrew a single penny (Attempted to withdraw .5 BTC but about a day later the site went down so I never received anything)  and I was before any of the legacy account mess.
