Id like to apply for a repayment and for the spreadsheet.
Date of PM sent :
ORIGINAL : June 05, 2014, 05:01:55 PM
NEW ONE ( WITH UPDATED WALLET ADDY) : June 18, 2014, 02:07:17 AM
Btc owed : 0.1
Thanks
Hi Armin, please use a PM (personal message) to the user "BTC-Arbs" on this forum, he will process your payment. A post on this thread is not enough unfortunatelly. Next to that, if you could add your details to our google spreadsheet it would be really usefull for us to get some insight: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1lSUi0_1bqe0sv5XI4EvXWPcWI7fwnJbFQY-kMsYxp10/edit?pli=1#gid=1324696940 I'm glad gise87 decided to maintain this for us, very useful.
Thank you

He has said he is going mostly in order of requests received, along with some random (small amounts he can pay in full). I was the first of the large investors to request a refund, so he is tackling mine first. When I'M paid, I am sure he will then go to the next large investor on his list of requests. I was also one of his earliest large investors, having opened my account in late February.
I know everyone is anxious about this but look at how much needs to be repaid, and how much he is paying out. It makes no sense to make micro-payments to everyone, so that you feel like you are being repaid. The best method is to pay debts in full as you can.
As for Yonce attempting to collect information, the reason more info is not public is because we have idiots out there who will call family, make threats and take measures that may result in nobody being paid. Fraud charges come with jail time, not a repayment strategy. It should be a last resort, only if he stops paying people back. I also question Yonce's motives a little bit, as he doesn't have any money at stake here.
On the other hand we have to prevent a small circle of "knowing" people. Especially if they are at least as non-trustworth as BTC-ARBs themself.... You can expect that such people will misuse their "secret knowlede" There is no need to replace on scammer with others. Therefore its the most fair and transparent procedere for all involved if you share your knowledge here. Even with the risk of bad behaviour of some people concerned by this BTC-ARBs mess. But as we have seen, some kind of pressure seems to be not that bad at all, or do you think BTC-ARBs admin had appeared here without it. BTC-ARBs himself told us that one reason of his appearance and fear is, that someone has phoned his/her daughter... (JENNIFER HUNGSHI of Hongkong ?)

I would be happy for now if we got a simple acknowledgement email from the admin stating that our emails have been received and request is being processed..

Don't focus on that Jennifer Hungsi name, any contact information on that wois report is just made up. Could we please not focus on his identity and focus on the refunds please? Also: yonce, would you kindly stop posting in this topic since you do not contribute to the cause?

I haven't been reading up on btc-arbs lately, but how do I apply for a refund? I still had 0.8 bitcoin stuck there just before they went offline.

Send btc-arbs a PM (here on Bitcointalk), send him and email at the address that he posted (both with necessary info like your username there and amount deposited) and also put your username in the spreadsheet.

Their seems to be a large group of people on this forum who are asking for more transparency. We have asked in multiple different ways, and all of our cries have gone unanswered. This doesn't do well to keeping the crowd calm.
We are requesting the following:
1) Acknowledgement that you received / confirmed our amount owed.
2) A list or plan for repayment. When can people expect to be paid back? In what order?
The above will go a long way in calming people down, and I'm sure it will certainly help with the duplicate e-mails/requests. If we can help/assist in any way, I know a number of us are more then willing to lend a hand - if it means as a whole we get through this ordeal quicker! I know several people have reached out to you with suggestions/advise but their cries have also gone unheard. In the first post, almost 3 weeks ago, you mentioned that you were open to suggestions on how we can make this a better process. Recent events have shown us that this simply isn't the case.
I know personally I sent my information in June 1st, and still haven't seen or heard anything. Not even a small installment payment! I know I'm not alone on this.
Please take a moment to listen to our requests. It will make this process easier for all involved (Including you).

I joined this forum when I heard about the refunds. Sent my info in a PM and also sent an email. This was towards the end of May. Haven't sent anymore because I don't want to get bumped to the bottom of the list as has been mentioned by BTC Arbs. I am growing tired of having no response, yet people that have sent the guy a PM in the last week seem to be getting refunds. How the hell are these prioritized?

I understand replying to PM's in the forum might not be the best way due to the 5 minute timeout. We had suggested a Read-Only GDOCS Sheet or similar. You would have exclusive control over the sheet, all others can only view. Here we would have the Username / Amount Owed / Confirmed Amount Owed
Username=BTC-Arbs Username (We already have this on the current sheet - not hard to copy/paste) Amount Owed = This is the amount We say we are owed (Already have a list of this as well) Confirmed Amount Owed = This is the amount you have also verified on your end that we are owed.
This would involve the least amount of work for you. You have to verify the amounts anyways - so why not publicly open it up.
If you are not sure how to set this up - I'm sure their are a number of people on this forum that can/will assist.
If anyone else has a better idea - Please share.

Judging from the above list - This would mean that all others would be waiting 1+years for a payment. based on previous payouts, it will take him a while to pay Freejack Alone - Let alone the others. I am for the First Come / First Serve BUT we should try to get an initial payment out to everyone first - before second payouts. IE: Start on the list with First Come First Serve - and send out an initial .25BTC until entire list is fulfilled. Then start at the top again and pay an additional .25 BTC going down using First Come First Serve. (Would need to take a snapshot of the list - and anyone who adds after this point would need to wait until 2nd round)

I think this option is the most fair one.
