As I already told, i am not from their team so cannot tell you why they do something in one or another way, i don't read their minds, i just participate in discussion   

1) I do not see the problem in not having team members on a website - millions of companies do not have them and it doesn't make 100% proof that it is scam because of it.

2) Plagiarism in whitepaper - if to forget that it is crypto company, it works so: the copyright owner could complain on plagiarism of their documents by some company, but definitely no one owner will complain on himself if he uses his own (it doesn't make it more qualified, but as you could get i do not tell that it was their right decision).

I understood your point of view about bad whitepaper and that their team who should add more information about themselves. But they haven't done it, i don't know why as i don't read their munds, sorry, and I, personally, don't see the problem in this (team) point - all the team members could be easily found in telegram chat, in the same way it is done in plenty of platforms: they do not have the information about their team on a website, but you can find it when contact them via given email/socials. And this is how i found the information of who they are and why i joined bounty and made post here (what is not for bounty, just personal support, because i have account here so why i cannot write my personal opinion/suggestion of new company i jumped in? - any opinion can be wrong so as also can be mine, but as i do not see any scam in the team which is trusted for me - i support them and tell about it)

About ICO factory - i believe, no - in another way i am as their supporter would be VERY dissapointed.
What about "Each project is individual and should have their own whitepaper and free of plagiarism" i agree, but still think that if company have the same team they can quote themselves, despite for marketing they should find some better way. But as project just started, as we can see - so they must learn the mistakes and do their best to prove that bounty hunters and other supporters do not waste time for nothing.

on MY website? I am not from their team, I am a supporter of both projects. Not everybody who supports and making some posts about a company is from the team.

When i saw such reaction on my supporting post, I asked SOZ team for a comment of this "plagiarizm case" which is hard to call so (on my opinion) if the material is made by the same team, no? (when i joined bounty and checked their telegram, i saw their client support admin is working on Bitcoinus team, so a connection was obvious for me) - and i haven't found anything criminal in having additional development project while a lot of crypto companies doing the same. I only think they should have both projects in one system: cryptopayments processing and individual wallet/card, but probably they had some reasons why they devided projects from each other.
 Anyway, it is my personal opinion and personal choice to support them, you can disagree with it, I just made supporting post as my way to start discussion about new project i support (this platform is for free crypto discussions, right?) and do not represent here any team/members, only myself, so if you need any additional information you should ask their team, i know only what i see and what i get on my questions 

I am saying that it is not plagiarism because, if i am not mistaken, to copy yourself is not plagiarism. I pretty believe Bitcoinus team, that's why i don't see why i shouldn't trust the project made by their developers.

You should check information before writing 

You spend time to find the problems with whitepaper (what they must do better, not just copy from one project to another), but you haven't check their socials to see the same team working on both projects? seriously?

As Secrets of Zurich told in their telegram "Secrets of Zurich is the side development project of Bitcoinus team with another development orientation on individuals" - what is also obvious if to check LinkedIn and see that one of Bitcoinus developers officially wrote that he is working in Secrets of Zurich project.

For sure, there is a lot of crypto wallets /apps, but why to choose this one?
I am pretty sure that if the company has just started its way and already has a good base with nice vision, it can become the real BOMB on the market. As with usual banks - you choose the better option for you, so the same with crypto wallets - if one answers all your needs, why not support it?

When crypto falls - there is no sense to sell your alt coins cheap, where is your profit so? HODL, if you see no future for some coin you for sure better sell it, but if you see the good perspective - use your patience. It is a long time investment, money will not come in 1 second.

Nice words  Most of crypto world make some tragedy from each fall instead of thinking about strategy and use fall time to buy. Price gonna up and down - crypto is still new kind of currency and this is normal

For "drama kings" it is always the end of the world when crypto falls. Even traditional currencies have falls from time to time, so why most holders wait some magic stability from new low-controlled coins ( which even in its minimums cost more than traditional ones)  

Sad to see again this negative progression, wish to see the crypto market stabilization, but seems like whales have their own plan for the nearest future:(

Some platforms for sure worth to invest in ICO time, you help their team to develop their product, also buy cheap some coins with good potential. But most of ICOs show their nature only when their coin get listed - and you see if there some platform proving its product or if it is one more cheap coin which is 50/50% to get profit from it.

The good point is if an ICO has the product behind token, if yes, especially if it can be useful for you - this investment gets more sense, i think.

I just google and see a lot of results, so have no idea how is possible not to find anything 
If not website, just check them in any social - they make nice updates from their product development, as, for example, the last news about smart payments (what is really great point useful for everybody, i think).

This is always the question of investing in a good time, when the cost is small and you will for sure get profit in the future. A lot of Blockchain events, but the most interesting following the speakers' speaches  was d10e Conference in Lithuania. Lots of nice platforms where there, like Bitcoinus, for example or some Welltrado, winning the ICO competition. Friendly and open-for conversation teams
Be honest,I wasn't sure on my investment (as Lithuania is quite new country for me) before that conference, but after - i bought more tokens even
