Nice project. I am excited to see how you build the company.

Do you have an airdrop planned? Will it have referral links?
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][AIRDROP] ★ XNK ★ Ink Protocol - Decentralizing Marketplaces | VC-backed on: January 10, 2018, 09:41:08 AM
Hi. I am very excited about the project and am really looking forward to the token sale.

I have a quick question on the existing listia credits converting into ink protocol tokens. I was just browsing listia marketplace and saw that small items are listed for ~300k listia credits.

How many listia credits will it take to convert into 1 XNK? For example 1000 listia credits = 1XNK ? Or what is the amount of listia credits to XNK rate... if you dont have decided on an exact number, then do you have any ballpark you would think? Example 10k listia=1 XNK etc....

Thanks,

5  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: A Coin To Mine With The Mind. on: October 14, 2014, 01:03:55 PM
I think this idea is awesome!

A problem that sprung into my mind is the potential usage of the crypto currency. If the coins don't get used it won't have much value.

What do you think about that?

6  Bitcoin / Project Development / BitcoinMamba - A Photoblog With Cool Pics And Quotes About Bitcoin on: October 13, 2014, 10:14:53 PM
Hello!

I am pleased to announce that I have started BitcoinMamba. The point is to just create a website/photoblog to spread info about bitcoin and help make the bitcoin ecosystem bigger. Later once I have lots of traffic I can maybe turn it into a service or a game or anything.

I started it around 3 days ago and already have almost 200 followers on instagram. The goal is to get 5000 instagram followers and we will see what's next.

Right now I am creating and sharing cool picture quotes about bitcoin. People share them and like them, because they look cool and are informative.

Facebook profile : http://fbprofile.bitcoinmamba.com
Instagram profile : http://instagram.bitcoinmamba.com

Also I have an e-book about Bitcoin in general for sale on amazon kindle. If you like the book it would be awesome to get a review!

Check out the kindle e-book here! : http://www.bitcoinmamba.com

I am building a brand following through Instagram and Facebook and once I have a nice follower base I will think of what to do next.

Some example pics:

Thank you!

Please leave your ideas on how I could improve my pictures.

Thanks a lot!

This is actually much bigger news than people understand. We are setting up for a classic battle of ideologies that goes far beyond the scope of just cryptocurrency. Take this however you like, but, this is a world stage event now.

US Senate and Bernanke say bitcoin looks promising
THEN...
China clamps down on exchanges and processors

US-based companies and entrepreneurs start accepting bitcoin
THEN...
Russia outlaws it completely

Apple bans most popular bitcoin apps
THEN...
Microsoft accepts first bitcoin app

You would have to be legally blind to not see this train's headlight coming down the dark tunnel. This is going to be an epic Commies Vs. Patriots or Apple Vs. Microsoft level battle, and it has only just begun. I need to buy some popcorn. In the end, I hope Apple pays for their ignorance, and China and Russia do as well.

I hate Microsoft so much since the release of the original Xbox for an almost limitless number of reasons, the most of which being Halo paraded around in front of PC gamers at E3 2001 only to be ripped from our dreams the next month. However, I can easily say that I hate Apple way more since, well, since they have never been friendly at all to gamers or actual hardware enthusiasts after the release of the Apple IIe.

My overall opinion is let China and Russia and Apple lose a ton of money. They deserve it.

Very interesting view on this commies vs partriots example. Never thought of it before, but now it makes sense.

I am sure, that the bitcoin community is too strong for anyone to destroy right now. It seems to be only growing bigger and it's only a matter of time until google and apple accept it aswell. Thent the price of btc should be way higher than it is right now. Time to gobble up those BTCs
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What kind of an effect will Bing adding BTC converter have on Bitcoin? on: February 11, 2014, 10:35:05 AM
This will have no effect. Nobody uses bing. Except your nan who still uses internet explorer which defaults to it. The only thing bing is good for is if google is ever down and you need to search for why google is down.
Did you even read the thread?

Your statements have been answered several times
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Wall Street finally in on BTC! NY Hedge Fund accepts BTC! Opinions? on: February 11, 2014, 10:26:38 AM
http://www.coindesk.com/bitcoin-as-safe-as-wire-transfers-says-ny-hedge-fund/

So Wall Street is finally in on bitcoin. The people at the fund say, that btc is 95% more secure than creditcards and 70% more secure than cash. $5.4 million has already been invested.

I my opinion it's another great newsstory in 2 days that has a great effect on bitcoin in general, just like Bing adding a btc converter yesterday.

Your opinions on it?
What kind of an effect will it have on the price?
Will more hedge funds start accepting it now?
Is this the start of btc going wallstreet mainstream now? This could mean billions invested into the market cap and the price going upupup.

Thoughts?
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What kind of an effect will Bing adding BTC converter have on Bitcoin? on: February 11, 2014, 12:11:18 AM
Simple answer: Nothing special.
This is not a big deal at all.

It might become a big deal if google adds it aswell.

I predict google will add it aswell. Talk about good publicity.

Who uses bing? No one only google I think and I don't think there's any chance google will add it.
Are you sure? Look at what i wrote. Noone uses bing, but people are going to start using it for calculating bitcoin values if Google doesn't add on themselves.

Once google adds this, it will not only be good news for the price of BTC, but for the whole Bitcoin world itself. Perhaps even the whole cryptocurrency world.

This is great news. It's just too bad bitcoin traders represent a fraction of users that's even smaller than Bing users...

This is true, but bing and google are competitors. It's not only about the number of people calculating bitcoin on bing. It's about the image of the company and keeping up with modern technologies.

I'm sure most people on these boards are sure, that Bitcoin is a big thing that is shaping the modern human society. Google will not want to miss this train and it's only a matter of time until they get on it...

What will it bring...
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / What kind of an effect will Bing adding BTC converter have on Bitcoin? on: February 10, 2014, 11:35:48 PM
http://thenextweb.com/microsoft/2014/02/10/microsoft-beats-google-adding-bitcoin-currency-conversion-bing/#!u9mMe

I think this is great news, both for personal reasons and also for Bitcoin in general.

1) It's awesome, because I am lazy and it makes my life easier. I don't have to go through the trouble of using a calculator and looking for the freshest price of bitcoin every time i need to calculate the price of x amount of bitcoins.

Before yesterday when I wanted to know how many btc i could get for $25000 i had to go through three steps: First I had to find the most current price of btc on coinmarketcap.com or coindesk or any other site with current information.
Secondly I had to open up a calculator.
Third I had to calculate (current price x $25000) and only then could I get the answer.

Now i just open up Bing and type "25000 usd to btc" and i get the answer. Much easier.

When calculating several different amounts this is very helpful.

I'm sure this has been coded before and lots of people use these kinds of applications already, but to the mainstream public it's a first. Shows, that stuff is getting serious, when Microsoft gets in on it.

2) It's also good for Bitcoin in general.

I am not the only lazy person in the world. There are lots of people just like me, who want to do things faster and more conveniently. I have never used Bing before, I am always going to google when I need to search anything. Will this make me use Bing for searches aswell? I am now going to Bing whenever I need to calculate the amount of btc i get for another currency. Maybe this will create a habit of using Bing for other searches aswell.

Again, I am not the only lazy person in the world... Lots of people are going to be using Bing, just like me...
Which means that Bing will be stealing traffic from Google... Will Google let it happen? I doubt it!

If Google doesn't want to lose traffic to Bing it will have to go with the flow and also add a btc converter. Since the google currency converter already has more currencies than the Bing converter, might Google also add othe cryptocurrencies like Litecoin or Nxt etc? Even if they go with only btc it's still a great event in the Bitcoin world.

Google adding a btc converter would be a huge headline. A headline that would leave btc investors and speculants rubbing their hands together.

What are your thoughts on this?
Do you think it's a good update by Bing?
Do you think Google will punish Bing in this battle for traffic?
And mainly: what kind of an effect do you think it will have on the price of BTC?

14  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2014-02-07] Bitcoin Fever Is Spreading into Mainstream on: February 10, 2014, 02:40:34 PM

With the price dropping and new articles appearing everywhere it's only logical that the price will go up again.

Even negative articles will have a positive influence on the price. New people will hear about BTC and will do research on it. They will see all the price fluctuation and see that right now the price is low compared to what it has been and what it can become.

As they say - there's no such thing as bad publicity.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. There's a difference between promoting something and slandering it. Bitcoin usually bounces back though quite quickly.
True.

But think about it. Let's say a person has never heard of bitcoin and suddenly sees an article on businessinsider about bitcoin price falling thanks to mt gox having problems. The article is interesting to the individual and the person starts to do further research on bitcoin.

He then finds different sites likebitcointalk.org, coindesk etc and sees all those articles on google and all the famous people like the Winkelwosses talking about bitcoin. Probably he will buy some as well, or use it to buy some goods.

In my opinion, it is only good for bitcoin to make it to the news - good or bad news... Because it still creates new people into the cryptocurrency world.

17  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to hit < 100$ on: February 10, 2014, 12:16:36 PM
Well the price probably isn't going under $100 right now, but seems like the Mt Gox case can have a good effect on the btc price in the long run. A lot of people (investors) have been waiting for the price to drop, so it's a good time to start buying again.

With positive news about new merchants accepting bitcoin, the price is sure to rise with new investors coming into the game with every positive article published all around the web and media.
