I just read the announcement but i didnt see anything about debit card release. Is that still the plan to have your own debit card or you gave up on that idea?
Because it is one of the million projects that only promise debit crypto card, but "can't" receive an approvement from MasterCard or Visa. Yes i know it aint easy to obtain that approvement,but i still hope that Agate will be able to get that as they have digital currnecy exchange licence in Australia. |

Which currencies will be used to pay out the dividends to investors?
I think that it will be ETH used to pay out dividends, wouldn't mind if there was some others included too. Interesting, investing into FABA will give me possibility to earn dividends? The dividends will be paid from listing fees or from what? Could you kindly tell me more? What is expected return? Dividends will be paid by the profit those companies where faba invests make. That is best part about security tokens. In that case choosing right companies will be crucial,otherwise you wont make any profit.On what kind of companies faba invest plans to focus? |

I see that people are still confusing STO and ICO, but soon enough people will figure out that its not the same thing  Yeah, it should be communicated to people that they do get the shares of Faba and voting right, like if they invest enough funds they own a part of the company unlike with utility tokens where you essentially do not own a thing. It doesn't matter how little, or big your investment in Faba is, as long as you contribute to our STO, you are a shareholder of Faba Limited Will shareholders have any extra privileges based on the amount of FABA tokens they own? All Faba investors have equal rights and their right is also proportionate to the amount of Faba tokens they own. Does that work same as stocks? If someone buys 51% of Faba he can become the owner? That would be logical thing, but i would like to see some mechanism where noone can own that amount and control everything. |

I find there a lot of Newbie comment about the Agate project. I don't like it, because of looks like a paid bump. If yes, people behind the project need to stop this immediately.
Is it Agate ICO was not finished? Where I can find details and the latest news about MN and the current state of development?
Obviously there are too many newbies post on this thread but who knows probably old members who just got their account banned for one reason or another, Agate Mainsale has not been announced yet according to the information on their website, so am not sure if the is any info regarding mn either, but it wont hurt to ask in their telegram group, the admins are very active. Although administrators are active they do not give specific dates which of course is not very positive. On the other hand it is very difficult to plan something on such a market. But at the expense of newcomers spam is negative but you can fight it in topics where there is a moderation. Here it is not as a result we have such a result. Problem with waiting for better market situation is that you can wait for a year or two for situation to change,and that would be very bad.But good thing is that Agate already reached soft cap so situation is abit easier as they have funds needed to continue development. |

Since Agate will be POS, meaning Proof Of Stake, will there be a masternodes? Will staking be directly from Agate wallet?
I really hope that we can stake from our own wallet as i would like to keep agate tokens in my ledger nano s. Staking will be through pools as far as I know, not wallet.You join the pool and then you can stake.Maternodes will be available if you own 50k AGT. And is there some information about the yearly return on investments? 50 000AGATE tokens worth 3800USD (calcaulated with ICO price), that it is not so expensive to have a masternode.  So 50000 Agate tokens will be needed to start your own masternode?One more question,do we have to buy those 50000 during sale,or we can get them later,from the exchange and then run our own masternode? |

Maybe theoretically 1 AGT will be enough,but that wont make any sense,to stake such a low amunt as you would barely get any profit from that.
I aim at masternode,but for that a lot of AGT is needed.
How many Agate tokens is needed to run your own masternode and when will that go live? |

I see that Agate is going to have their own blockchain. Is there a specific reason for that, why not use ETH blockchain and save money?
Problem with not having your own blockchain is that you depend on others,while you can make your own blockchain that fits your need perfectly. And keep in mind that Agate blockchain will be POS and ethereum blockchain is still POW and it will stay like that for couple of years.But POS is future,especially for this kind of use That is also big factor,POS is simply superior to POW and it is the future.POW is of course still good and can be good for some use, but for scalability,POS is better. |

I have been checking the road map and what interests me is if we will have to wait until 2023 or longer for first returns of our investments?
In 2023 they will start with selling shares of companies.Investors will start profiting much sooner than that. So 2023 will be earliest that shares of company will be sold?For example,what if some company is developing really good and price rise alot in 2022,can investors vote to get shares sold? |

faba token is very the best project. the whitepapper from this project is very consitent. the price per token is very high . think this project will success good luck sir  That might be true,as price is $1 per token,but then again total supply is not huge either and all unsold tokens will be burnt.So no worries that will affect value after end of ICO. A dollar is a reasonable value for most investors. It is necessary that this price be maintained, lately the ICO's with tokens prices for $ 1 have devalued, causing significant losses for the buyers. If the project delivers what it promises it will be successful. In my own opinion i think $1 value for token during ico is too much, better to have more supply with reasonable price than highly priced tokens that will end up going below ico price once hit exchange, this is normal trend of most tokens now, go below ico price once on exchange, I would prefer to invest on tokens way below $1with good team behind it, between not all small supply tokens are doing well. Well neither are high supply small price tokens doing well at the moment.Nothing is doing well at the moment to be honest. When market recovers it won't matter if it is high supply low price token or vice versa. There are still some projects that are doing well,even in this market.I know of one,and its interesting that its also security token,but its based on XLM platform. I think that we will see more and more security tokens in the future. |

Can you please elaborate how to buy crypto currencies with PayPal from your platform? You deal with Peer-to-Peer exchange or we have to buy any intermediate currency first, and then sell that currency for Bitcoin? Please clear my doubts. Thank you!
I don't think that they accept PayPal for buying Agate tokens, they accept only cryptocurrencies. So far Agate accepts ETH,BTC,EOS,LTC and DASH ,and i think many more will come in the future. Accepting credit cards also wouldnt be bad,atleast at the beginning to attract new users who still have problems with crypto.I remember i bought my first ICO tokens with credit card. |
