Bittrex is place when you can get realy cheap coin but bad side is that lucky chance of getting 1000% Roi coin is 10%. this is gambling ponzi game - that mean don't get caught at top with Bag. To be fair LTC 53$ -> 7$ this is not best example of good to invest coin. ( they were rumors that LTC will be soon 300$... ) With scams you just got burn pretty fast next day with LTC DOGE PPC this can be slow ride down. All crypto is risky even those coins like bitshares or etherum... Not ?? Matercoin had 90m $ market cap now have 5m.... - so big IPO also have own problems. I did little math and this coin might be reaching 1:1 ratio with BTC Some of you may ask WHY?? Because I realized, that it's all crypto business, not fertilize business... So far they did perfect job:

This coins is not dead, don't worry!
As some of you might know, Citizencoin code is based on Badgercoin and that's why there are problems with staking. I tried changing code base to Libertycoin, it works little bit better, but I'm still not satisfied, I wan't flawlessly working coin.
Can you suggest working X11-POS coin, that I could use as base?
