1  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Starting now. on: March 14, 2023, 12:30:27 AM
Trezor would be the best investment you could ever make.
Just to add, Some ppl can't afford to buy a trezor since their investment in crypto itself is much smaller than the cost of trezor. You should recommend other security tips like using paper wallets, never save your seeds online, etc. And once their investment gets larger over time, they can switch to a hardware wallet.
P.S.: I hardly use a hardware wallet for myself, but Im still safe coz I know what precautions to take Wink

I researched some hardware wallet that might be useful for more security for investing in crypto. But I might try to wallet apps first, since I still don't have much that money on me right now to invest in hardware wallet, as much as I would like to buy one right now.

It is better to use a hardware wallet to hold the crypto. I am using a safepal hardware wallet. When it comes to a trust wallet, there may have a possibility of getting hacked. They have only 12 phrases in the seed phrase. Also, there are a lot of other options like cold wallets and hot wallets.

I am thinking of buying safepal as of now, when I searched and compare the prices between safepal and trezor, I would go to safepal. But when it comes to security, I would go to Trezor, as my friend suggested as well. We'll never know. Maybe in the next few months I am gonna be able to buy hardware wallet. But again, as of now, I am just gonna be using crypto wallet app for now.

2  Economy / Economics / Replacement? on: March 10, 2023, 04:35:11 AM
I have been seeing the progress of cryptocurrency these past few years, and I've been thinking, will it definitely be a replacement for physical money and use crypto as a primary transactions in our everyday life?
3  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin- Beginners fear for exploration on: March 10, 2023, 04:20:56 AM
I have a friend who speaks so much about how good he's life has become ever since he explored the world of BTC and other crypto currency.

I have a friend who has been trading in crypto for who knows how many years. And there is no word that he said that he said his life went better ever since he did it. He just said that it is high-risk on trading and if you study enough, it will definitely be worth it and yet he added that there is a lot to learn more and not be contained by something that you learned yesterday, which is what I am doing right now.

I have a lot to learn on starting on about trading in crypto and I have been getting a lot of great advices here as well. So, good luck to us!
4  Economy / Trading Discussion / Starting now. on: March 09, 2023, 04:45:19 AM
I had a different thread on how to start on Bitcoin and had so many useful and helpful knowledge given to me at that thread. I just wanna say thanks to all those who replied to my post. And also, yes, I will be starting to do trading on cryptocurrencies. With that being said, I also want to take this opportunity to ask, what would be the best cryptowallet to use at this time?
5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: March 09, 2023, 12:23:17 AM
When it comes to experience, I would say that Donaire would definitely dominate the ring, age might caught up to him, but, he would still find a way to show Santiago that he definitely deserved that title. But, if Donaire would be defeated, there is a higher chance that that would be his last battle, I think.

If Donaire would not retire after he is defeated, I think that it would have a hard time getting the title back as his.
6  Economy / Economics / Re: Money and education on: March 08, 2023, 04:37:20 AM
The truth here is the fact that education doesn't equate to intelligence. One can read all he/she wants but if those things read are not put into action or your everyday routine, there's a high tendency that such a person won't prevail.

I agree on your first statement. But that would depend on how your education system works. Take our country for example: Teachers are underpaid and would not get the benefits that they should be getting. Hence, lowering some of the teacher's morale on educating the kids properly which lowers the kids' quality of education. It's a domino effect.

But then again, intelligence sometimes would be innate to a person. It would somehow become natural depending on how they were raised, I guess.
7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jon Jones vs Ciryl Gane on: March 08, 2023, 01:30:30 AM
I followed Jon Jones' career for about 12 years now and Jones never lost his mojo whenever he enters the cage. I still can't believe he went for a heavier division and still dominate. He always shows that he owns the cage in his every fight. He's a little slower than he was before, in my opinion, but he still inflict fear to Gane as I saw in the highlights.
8  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Too late to start? on: March 08, 2023, 12:02:02 AM
Just first know that it is not late to start. Did you know that less than 10% of the people in the world have yet invested in crypto, not even yet close to 10%. Also even if the adoption has been so much, the adoption will still continue.

You created this in the trading discussion, but you should know that trading can make things to go ugly for you. If you eventually go into crypto trading, you have to always keep in my that you should start with the amount of money that you can afford to lose. It would even be better if you use less than the amount you can afford to lose until you make profit from it for months. But my dvise is that you should just not trade but learn more about investment.

To start, learn about bitcoin, learn about bitcoin halving and how it is having effect on crypto prices. To not make things complicated for you, you can start with reading bitcoin for beginners, like this ones:

I might start investing on bitcoin soon. I cheacked through the link and it's like, "Bitcoin for dummies", in my opinion. I like it. Thank you for the link!
9  Economy / Trading Discussion / Too late to start? on: March 07, 2023, 11:06:03 PM
Hi!

I have heard about Bitcoin back in 2017 but never got to learn regarding about it. I always thought that crypto was a fluke and that it would definitely not be a type of transaction until pandemic happens. So, as the title would suggest, is it too late to start investing on crypto? And if not, what would be the essentials to learn on working on it?

Thanks in advance!
10  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: March 07, 2023, 11:55:14 AM
Ok as per Tank Davis, there will be a press conference, maybe to announce this fight,

https://twitter.com/Gervontaa/status/1632105626188009472

And after that, the tickets will be on sale, and then we will find out if it could be sell out in the next couple of hours since there is a big hype on this fight. It this happens, then big money is on the table for this two.

Gonna be fun to see this two throwing words and trash talking, hehehehe.

I'm really looking forward as well on how these two would banter during press conference and maybe they would have a heated argument during weigh-ins hahahaha and would definitely want to see those two fight head-on given that they both have undefeated record on their professional career.

I am not reading and hearing any other boxer's opinion even though some of them might have a point but it would really depend on how they would do inside the ring on the day of their fight.
11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 07, 2023, 11:33:59 AM

Yes, that will be the different this time, the Suns are going to be confident since they have KD now on their side and Booker might be happy to get his revenge on Luka if this did match against each other in the playoff.

So we will see, it's going to be Luka and Kyrie against Booker and Durant, for sure, it will be very exciting to see that matchup.

But I will give the edge to Suns this time, because of the strength of having KD.

I agree on Suns having edge this season of having Durant on their side. But then again, Luka and Kyrie would be undeniably an unexpected team up (in my opinion) yet they did show Suns that they are up for it.

And yes, I am excited not just in the next games but to the banter from Luka and Devin, as long as they won't escalate it to physical violence and maybe just show it on the court instead. I am really looking forward if this series would prolong.
12  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Collecting Bitcoin Donations with a recognizable address on: October 15, 2019, 04:31:28 PM
I had an earlier post about Chinese collecting bitcoin as payment and another post about Hong Kong free press collecting donations. One of the things was that they had to use the same darn address for collecting BTC. Now if the addresses for donations were more recognizable I think things would be a lot easier for them.
About two days ago I found this site that gives you a common name like BOB or BitcoinBull or CryptoBull for a bitcoin address. So, I am thinking that things would be easier for large organizations to collect money if they had recognizable names instead of a long string of numbers and letters. What do you think, would it make it easier, in terms of adoption?

That one is very interesting and when I've read more about it gets my attention because im having a hard time remembering addresses so lets go for it!
13  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Access wallet addresses easily, without storing private keys or security phrases on: October 15, 2019, 04:00:29 PM
I'm having the same problem with my address but thank you for this wallet its more safer and my coins are secured. I can also hold various different wallet chains.
14  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Personal Project transformed into Trading Platform - Feedback Please! on: September 11, 2019, 11:15:16 AM
How I can test trading bots? It unavailable without linking exchange account? Do you have demo?
It works with the API keys, so you need to link your API keys from Binance or Coinbase to trade, as far as I know.
And what do you mean by a demo? They have free version or trial paid version so you can try all paid features for free for limited time.

i also do this and its more easy for me. i think they some demos in the net
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The best exchange in 2019? on: September 04, 2019, 12:15:51 PM
What's the best exchange that's open to tradebots or AI trading?  I'm testing a personal code and just wondering which has a friendly API to work with.  Thanks.
In terms of trading i would highly recommend the smartbotcoin since it has a AI feature. Those people who trade for sure will love the way how it perform.

hi i think so too, it has great features and very easy to use.
16  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Personal Project transformed into Trading Platform - Feedback Please! on: September 04, 2019, 11:18:12 AM
I think its smart that you're starting to build your own because same issue happens in some platforms. Your idea is great and I hope you continue with that.
17  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can Crypto trading bot beat human intelligence? on: August 27, 2019, 05:35:04 PM
If you have more time and want to try using bot, I recommend you to use both of them to see if which is more preferable to you. But I think it’s better if you learn and use manual trading to be safer.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sentiment analysis or Technical analysis, which one is best to make good trading on: August 27, 2019, 05:21:52 PM
I think it’s both important in trading so i suggest you to use both of them because i see that they have pros that will help you to have a better analysis but lookout for the bad results so that it will not cause you big time.
