so far altcoins are starting to pump after BTC touches 30k. what i'm watching these days is the VET (Vechain) a sort of Chinese POS token that i've just stake using the Vthor wallet.
token is yet to rise. its still cheap and can easily grow if there really is an altcoin season soon. you might have heard of Vechain if you watch UFC fights.
Vechain has a large number of very good partnerships and use case and as you said the price is way undervalued |

Hi I have been toying with the idea of investing in BTC but have waited due to some investors saying the price will drop to 12 - 16k again. do you think it could still drop to this or are we more likely to move on up to 40k?

Hi
Been wondering how to tell we have reached the crypto bottom? have we already bottomed out(I personally don't think so im not sure). If we look at the current world financial system - it looks dire. surely this will all have a impact on people investing in crypto and when funds are short, may even withdraw their investment.
Personally, because of the state of the financial system, I cannot see how crypto can become bullish as long as the world economy doesn't show signs of a recovery . I could be wrong though ?
what are your thoughts on this? Is a further crash on the horizon?

This has been something I have found difficult to decide on . When this bill run ends in a couple of months time should I sell all my VET and XRP then buy back in when the market turns bearish until the next bullrun?
Or do I only sell a portion of what I have and hold the rest for another 4 years. Reason I am asking is could XRP and VET continue to rise once the bull run ends ? I obviously don’t want to sell all my tokens to find they are continuing to rise in a bear market
What are your thoughts ?

So simple, why are you guys troubling Op? @Houdini76 if you have Ethereum on Binance and you want it on BSC network in your Metamask and you have added the network correctly in your Metamask as shown in stedsm's post, follow the instructions: 1. Select Smart Chain (mainnet) network in your Metamask 2. Click on '+Add tokens' there 3. Visit https://bscscan.com/token/0x2170ed0880ac9a755fd29b2688956bd959f933f8 to verify and do as I show you: Contract: 0x2170ed0880ac9a755fd29b2688956bd959f933f8 Decimal: 18 Symbol: ETH This is Binance Smart Chain Pegged Ethereum 4. Once it is done, you will see Eth in your tokens list 5. Copy your Eth address and come back to Binance 6. Go to withdrawal and select Ethereum 7. Paste your address, but make sure you change the network from ERC20 to BEP20 (BSC), fee will be only 0.000089 Eth 8. Confirm your withdrawal and wait for your coins to arrive at Metamask Thanks . I have go to the point where I copy the Eth address but cannot view the Eth address in metamask? Its showing the token but no address? |

Wait, you got ETH at Binance or Metamask? Because as the image shows, the ETH must be in Metamask I guess because as it's not showing you your ETH balance from Binance, it means it's trying to fetch your ETH balance from Metamask. The ETH is at Binance |

ok I have now changed those settings, I connect metamask to binance smart chain, choose the asset - ETH. Am I correct in thinking that I need to select the following: From - Etherium Network to BSC network? when I go to choose the amount it still says insufficient ETH. Have I missed something completely here? Image of the issue is below  |

Your Metamask is set to testnet but not mainnet? I guess you should check a few details and verify: Network Name: Smart Chain
New RPC URL: https://bsc-dataseed.binance.org/
ChainID: 56
Symbol: BNB
Block Explorer URL: https://bscscan.com Let me know if the above details are correctly implemented in your Metamask while adding BSC network in it. Hi No they are different chain id is 97 and the rpc url is https://data-seed-prebsc-1-s1.binance.org:8545I will try with those settings above now. |

I have been trying to use the binance smart chain to transfer my ETh to metamask but I am having issues. I currently have ETH on the Binance exchange and I have set up metamask to accept BSC. But when I go to binance bridge to transfer the ETH I get a message either saying insufficient ETh or The minimum amount is 0.38636067 ETH - but I have more than this on the binance exchange.
My metamask is set to binance smart chain testnet. What am I doing wrong here? Is Binance chain not connected to the binance exchange and cannot therefore see my ETH?
I really want to use BSC for this transfer as the gas fees for ETH are huge.

What do people think ? Will Alts like xrp and vechain , coins with a real use case still make gains when the alt season ends ? Or could all alts turn bearish?

So I bought BTC at £9000, made a nice amount. Is it a good idea to now sell this and move that money into alt coins? or should I sell half BTC and buy back in after alt season is finished?

You are asking us? All answers you will get will be to keep holding. What was your plan when you bought? Since you obviously entered Bitcoin to make profit if you are asking when to sell. Without having a clear plan and targets set then you can consider yourself lucky to have made this kind of profit. My plan was to hold, which I did, I may take some profit and use that for Alt season. I don't know about lucky - if you buy and hold then sell at the right time you make money. |

Hi I am trying to transfer my vechain from a vechain wallet (SYNC) but I keep getting an error message saying " insufficient energy". I asked about this on the "legit " vechain telegram channel and I was immediately sent a message by 2 people saying they were from the vechain foundation. They proceeded to send me a link that asked for my mnemonic passphrase. I obviously got wind that it was a scam and didn't send. Does anyone know of any support I can get for this ? xrp situation is very bad but we need to wait because xrp is the 3rd highest currency in crypto market we don't be panic in the situation and don't be blame too fast I personally believe xrp will recover herself very fast in the alts bull run in the next year

Even before this SEC news that declared XRP a security, I have predicted the price would go down after the Airdrop. Things are not looking good for XRP now and it is better to short it or sell because more and more exchanges are going to delist it, I just hope some people have not bet their house on XRP going to $3
They have not declared it as a security. They are alleging its a security, of which Ripple says is wrong and will prove it in court. Every other country in the world recognises XRP as a currency. |
