HELP! I am trying to transfer Vechain to exchange using Vechain wallet

Hi I am trying to transfer my vechain from a vechain wallet (SYNC) but I keep getting an error message saying " insufficient energy". I asked about this on the "legit " vechain telegram channel and I was immediately sent a message by 2 people saying they were from the vechain foundation. They proceeded to send me a link that asked for my mnemonic passphrase. I obviously got wind that it was a scam and didn't send. Does anyone know of any support I can get for this ? I wish I had never transferred it there in the first place. This is the wallet I have it on:

AFAIK to transfer Vechain token (VET) you need VTHO as a gas fee because VET are running in VeChainThor blockchain [1]. Just like ERC20 token or token running in Ethereum network, you need Ethereum to able process your transaction. If you don't have any gas fee, you transaction can't processed.

^VTHO generated by simply holding the VET on their wallet and OP mentioned that he is holding it in their official SYNC wallet then he should be having enough gas fees I guess.

Never send anything about the private key and mnemonic passphrase it's a scam attempt, be aware!

I don't know did he have enough VTHO to be used for a transaction, but I believe he doesn't enough VTHO to make some trasaction. I thing @OP can buy VTHO and send your VTHO to the address and used them for fee transaction.

I think the rewards will be generated even for simply holding the VET and also different types of rewards available and it will be rewarded to the wallets everyday so he can wait for a day r two or simply buy from exchanges as you said.
