1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Police stole my Dogecoins and my 2.4Ghz miner because i uncovered surveillan on: May 15, 2014, 08:40:13 PM
In the event that you're not a troll, and in the extremely unlikely event that you were mining dogecoin at launch, I'd say try /r/Dogecoin on reddit to find out that info.

With the same size rig mining in January it was only 10k a day and would probably be 5-7k a day now. If you're not trolling, good luck with your case as that really sucks.

4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Goodbye GPU litecoin mining. on: May 02, 2014, 06:55:28 PM
there are so many decent gpu alternatives. just mine those, dump and buy litecoin. its barely a difference.

I have been trying to find a good alt to mine. Any suggestions?

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Goodbye GPU litecoin mining. on: May 02, 2014, 05:08:31 PM
Goodbye GPU mining in general.

This just takes away the damn fun. imho, gpu mining was really fun, something to do. these asic things or w/e they are I'll call them "big machines" I cannot put a grasp on them "understand them" the scams, preorders, who to trust, where to go, where to go to trust, fucking shit like that. big machines aren't like I can goto authorized dealership and buy gpus right away and start gaming/mining. and plus big machines are what? $2k & up USD? wtf...

Little man put under again. Capitalism in cryptocurrency?

I edited a few times:

Agreed. I don't even know what to mine any more.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does no one else think Doge is a great 48-72 hour trade on: May 02, 2014, 01:53:02 PM
I mean, shouldn't we see a pop on the NASCAR race?  I'm not talking about a double here or anything, but doesn't 5-10% make sense?
Bought some at 100 when the paint job came out, 10%ish gain so far.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: University Coin! (UVC) Most profitiable to mine! on: May 01, 2014, 09:19:04 PM
Just for you.

Proof it is my rig!

That's actually pretty rad.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Donationcoin (DON) - Official Cryptocurrency of International Charities on: April 30, 2014, 08:39:26 PM
To DonationCoin, DonDev and shrekster:

Stop. TurtleHurricane has supplied proof that this is a scam. You've been caught. Stop.

To any person who actually reads this thread, they'll see it's not worth the risk. Not because they should blindly trust TurtleHurricane, but because the EVIDENCE he's presented is a stronger case against you than your defense of "that's not me".

You are actively trying to cause confusion by acting like TurtleHurricane is speaking to someone else. He has directly addressed every question you have asked of him, where you have not. You have simply offered up easy-to-fake answers. If you, DonationCoin, can explain why the page YOU linked [https://www.facebook.com/slievens.donationcoin] shows the name of the scammer you're accused of being?

You can not deny that your page has that one it. There is no photoshop. I am on Facebook.com looking at your profile that you linked. This one:
https://www.facebook.com/slievens.donationcoin

It DOES say Konklave. That is who you were originally accused of being. The accuser has offered plenty of evidence and you have not proven him wrong. Quit acting like people should just blindly trust you.

I would like to mention that no one has explained how 13k blocks were mined in a week when in the 4 days I was mining we didn't even break 1000 blocks.

9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Donationcoin (DON) - Official Cryptocurrency of International Charities on: April 30, 2014, 01:16:03 AM
Thank you for confirming this. Let's get back to mining.
Are you talking to me? I'm telling you that you can't change your FB URL.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Donationcoin (DON) - Official Cryptocurrency of International Charities on: April 30, 2014, 01:15:15 AM
I feel that whatever is said at this point will not be good enough turtlehurricane

So I suggest for the miners that trust us please move over to the forum we have linked from our website.

We will continue over there.
I'm not turtlehurricane, I was the second largest rig on your network. Rather than abandoning this, continue to try to prove your innocence. If you're innocent, you'll be able to prove it. Right now everything you've said is able to be picked a part.

LinkedIn profiles?
Reddit profiles?
Twitter accounts?

Right now everything turtlehurricane is saying is looking legit so why should I or anyone else put faith in you?
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Donationcoin (DON) - Official Cryptocurrency of International Charities on: April 30, 2014, 01:13:00 AM
My address was changed. It was originally s.lievens

But.. you can only modify your username once... https://www.facebook.com/help/www/162586890471598

And as far as I can tell from checking my own account which has only had one username, you can only choose a username once.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Donationcoin (DON) - Official Cryptocurrency of International Charities on: April 30, 2014, 01:02:01 AM
My personal Facebook - http://facebook.com/slievens.donationcoin
Muiz Rana Personal Facebook - http://facebook.com/muiz.rana

Neither deleted.
A custom URL is made when you create your FB profile and would not likely have the name of your coin in it unless you've been living under a rock and just signed up to FB. Which doesn't seem believable considering the industry you're in.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Donationcoin (DON) - Official Cryptocurrency of International Charities on: April 30, 2014, 12:56:20 AM
And spencer lievens just deleted the facebook page, it's confirmed! LOL
Oh wow. Between this and the OP/Doge-dealer going silent, I'm going to have to believe you and your claims.

Pulling my rig off this.

Disappointing, really. I'd like to have got in early on a charitable coin.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Donationcoin (DON) - Official Cryptocurrency of International Charities on: April 30, 2014, 12:38:37 AM
In reply to turtlehurricane,

I do believe you have your information very incorrect. I have everything public and open in this forum. Muiz Rana the only other developer from Donationcoin is not even registered on the site as there is no need for anything but the coin to be registered. We do not need to have alt accounts or personal accounts to promote this coin, enough hard work has gone into this for it to promote itself. We have evinco.co.uk working for us on our SEO, Mark Bennett (Writer for Fortean Times, Editor of Black Ice Magazine) is handling press and marketing. We are transparent and have nothing to hide.

Many Thanks,

Spencer Lievens
Co-Creator/Lead Developer
Donationcoin
www.donation-coin.org

Muiz Rana is doge-dealer btw, so donationcoin is outright lying that they have no association.

But now a bigger issue has arisen. Spencer Lievens is well known on reddit for being a doge coin scammer. He goes by the name of Konklave: https://www.facebook.com/spencer.lievens

http://www.reddit.com/r/Dogecoinscamwatch/comments/21isuj/scammed_by_ukonklaveuk_for_70k/

http://www.reddit.com/r/Dogecoinscamwatch/comments/21lzny/konklaveuk_is_trying_to_do_a_chargeback_on_a_2673/

He actually had 2 accounts, konklave and konlaveUK, from which he went on a scamming spree and then deleted. He actually asked for donations to help him cause he said he was scammed, and then he scammed everyone again after that.

I have no proof that this is the same Spencer Lievens, but how many Spencer Lievens from the UK are involved in crypto?

Very interesting.

How many people are mining this coin? I started to mine yesterday and was getting a decent amount, took a break to go after something else and then back to this coin for the past hour or so. So far I have 13,487/90/91/92/94/95/97
13,487/90/91/92/94/95/97 what's this mean?
Do you have 13k in DonationCoin?
What's your hashrate?

Those are the blocks. I have about 3k in DON right now, but have given some away, well I guess Donated.

I am giving the network about 3.5MH/s

Finding about 3 in a row and then miss one every now and again.

Which pool are you on? I'm running a 2.4MH/s on charityminingpools.com so it's best to keep us separate with so few miners.

LOL even i got confused on that hashrate I was like hell either this guy got a huge 500mhs mining farm or something.

Hahah yeah definitely a WTF moment.

Quick question... how is this coin on it's 13000th block with so little mining support? Wasn't it just launched a week ago?
I've been mining for a few days and it's only gone up by about 7-800.

17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Is it possible to solo mine with SMOS? on: April 27, 2014, 09:23:01 PM
I'd like to try it out but the dev of SMOS was useless and told me "yes you can if you know how to config it" and then wouldn't respond further.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Donationcoin (DON) - Official Cryptocurrency of International Charities on: April 26, 2014, 08:11:24 PM
Do you know any other miner who would be interested in this coin.

We are a strong dev team who communicate all day and work on Donationcoin 24/7 as it's our full-time job.

We have had several people contact us wanting to build pools but not many people joining us mining, simply because we are not on an exchange yet.

The value of this coin will be down to the community but also down to the premine control which the charities will have under the advice of Donationcoin.

If you know of any other miners, now is the time to come on board and benefit in the long run as we are here to stay.
Do not rush to the exchanges, or the coin could and likely will be pump and dumped which causes good people to lose interest.
As I said in a PM, I've moved my miner over. My suggestion would be to let interest build with time while creating a network to use donationcoin on. Having lots of charities on board is what is key, hold off on some of the donations until the coin has momentum and then do them publicly.

I need a graphic designer for a project I'm doing and I like your work.
Where are you located?

http://pool.dopecoin.com/

Pool Invalid   10,175 (15.73%)

That's pretty high isn't it? My rigs run incredibly well mining dopecoin.
That's pretty high isn't it? veryyyy high.....

So what's up with that? I'm sitting at 1.96% as my highest invalid.
Might switch pools.
