We're organizing a website to exchange bitcoins and altcoins. We have the design of the website. We need somebody good at bitcoin knowledge and cope with coding, security issues, database management, building structure. Please don't waste time if you don't have a referance project that you had done before.

This is the idea,

I'm looking for a method to do exchanges automatically like:

(Simple)
Sell btc when higher then 800
Buy btc when lower then 500
Sell ltc when higher then 30
Buy ltc when lower then 9

i know it's getting more complicated than this but thats the reason i need your help

I thought an API was kind of "bot" which applies above "rules" ?
Or am i completely wrong
