nodejs is quite simple as there are good working apis for most exchanges ready.
you may take a look at gekko (just search this forum) as a starting point

You want to implement your own API or implement other APIs?

Thanks guys for replying ,

This is the idea,

I'm looking for a method to do exchanges automatically like:

(Simple)
Sell btc when higher then 800
Buy btc when lower then 500
Sell ltc when higher then 30
Buy ltc when lower then 9

i know it's getting more complicated than this but thats the reason i need your help Smiley

I thought an API was kind of "bot" which applies above "rules" ?
Or am i completely wrong Tongue

So you need a bot, that has implementations of exchange APIs. APIs are just the interface to access exchanges like btc-e etc.

I don't think you strategy is very helpful at the moment. If the price runs constantly up or down, your bot will just stop. You need a better way of checking if the price is high or low. The usual concept is using a long term average for this. This concept is called EMA crossing. Read goomboo's journal (that's a thread here) for more info on how to do this.
