1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XRB]Cryptocurrency's killer app: RaiBlocks micropayments on: January 22, 2019, 06:03:42 AM
What is the best wallet for Nano? I've downloaded the Canoe wallet for IOS but am reluctant to send anything to it until I can find out if it's 100% safe and endorsed by the devs. Can anyone help?

Thanks

Game over for NaNo, in 2020 the value will be at 1c, nobody buys Nano, because it is simply no more business, it disappears like so many others do, only the top 5 will survive, the rest, Goodbye ..... R.I.P NaNo

4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ★[ANN] [NAV] NAV COIN - NAVTECH NOW DECENTRALIZED! on: January 21, 2018, 08:59:47 PM
Once done and finished, I can see this coin at over $500.

A little ambitious but stranger things have happened. If Nav became the number 1 privacy coin I supposed it's not completely impossible.

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Expanse (EXP) - 1st Stable fork of Ethereum on: January 21, 2018, 08:56:25 PM
SO does anyone else think a major threat to Expanse is the new DAICO Vitalik has announced for Ethereum? It seems that he has identified the same issues with ICOs as the expanse team have and implemented what sounds to me to be a very similar solution, or has at least suggested it as a solution.

Here's a link to an article explaining it https://discover.coinsquare.io/investing/daico-new-ico-fundraising-model/

What is everyone view on this? Do you think it diminishes the uniqueness of this project?
I think it's impressive that Expanse is coming up with solutions and producing products before other chains with much larger marketcaps and funds do. If anything I think this just proves how Innovative and undervalued Expanse and it's team are and will continue to be. I would go out and buy some more Expanse and you should get some Tokenlab when it hits the exchanges in February too.  Wink

I agree its a great project and it shows the team are solving real issues. I just wonder that now Ethereum are going to implement the same thing, does it make Expanse less relevant?

There's no denying though that the team created a great project after identifying big problems with the current way of crowdfunding.

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WILL LITECOIN RAISES TO 1000$ THIS DEC on: January 21, 2018, 02:11:53 PM
Well, nothing is impossible. If some people wakeup and decide to pump it, it might get to that price and even higher. But Litecoin has been a coin with steady growth, no significant pump and dump. I think it will so well in 2018, but I can't say if it will get to  $1000 by Dec.

Fingers crossed, I think it probably will. When? Who knows but like someone has already said here its a slow burner unlike other coins, give it time.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] AMP - The Currency That Powers Your Attention On Synereo on: January 20, 2018, 10:23:57 PM
Bitcoins high fees have killed this project. To send AMP you need to have enough bitcoin on the same address to pay the normal bitcoin transaction fees (like you do with ETH and ERC20 tokens). Using the omni protocol at one point might have looked like a good idea by piggy backing and taking advantage of the most secure blockchain in the world, but now its a detriment. Im about to sell my position in it's entirety.

I wish everyone the best of luck but I'm out.

Do you wanna be front run or what? It makes no sense to announce you are going to sell all your AMPs. It sounds like a lie to me. And by the way, did you only realise this problem today?

Not sure what you mean by front run. Take what you will out of my statement, like most here all my friends and family have no idea what I'm talking about when it comes to crypto, so maybe I came here just to vent and get it off my chest.

Either way, I wish you all the best.

10  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best place to sell Litecoin similar to localbitcoins? on: January 20, 2018, 11:15:39 AM
Thanks for the suggestions. I could just exchange to BTC and then use LBC but I just wondered if there was a reputable place like it so it removes the hassle of that extra step. Plus I mine LTC so it would be nice to mine directly to a wallet where I can cash out that isn't CB (unfortunatly I can't pay my bills in crypto... yet).

Thanks again for the suggestions I'll take a look into all of them. Much appreciated.

11  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Some Lightning channels up on mainnet. Should this be encouraged? on: January 19, 2018, 11:33:53 AM
I read somewhere the Blockstream are encouraging people to test LN on the mainnet as opposed to the testnet, I'll try and find the link if I can and post it here.

A little irresponsible if you ask me, but then I'm not the biggest fan of BS anyway...
12  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Dip over? on: January 19, 2018, 10:32:26 AM
Wouldn't bet on it. I'm holding off any trading until we see some kind of confirmation that the bulls are back in control. It's almost impossible to predict a sideways market. Having said that if we see a significant drop to around $8000 I think we might then bottom out at around 6k which will produce a great shorting possibility.

Just my 2 cents though.
13  Economy / Trading Discussion / Best place to sell Litecoin similar to localbitcoins? on: January 19, 2018, 10:23:08 AM
Looking for a site where I can move profits to like LBC but for LTC? Any suggestions?

15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Hard Fork Free on: January 18, 2018, 09:02:06 PM
I don't know about this fork but after looking at the website, the fork look very interesting on the paper, etherem platform with 0 TX fee, instant payments and high scalability. And this fork also have masternode feature and great roadmap. I will look forward to see this fork on the market. I just wonder why they don't show the dev team on the website, this project will look more legit if they show the dev members

Sounds great in theory, I don't like the fact that they are doubling the total supply and keeping the newly created coins for themselves (sorry for development purposes). Sounds a little off to me. If your going to double the supply then surely the payout to ETH holders should be 2:1?
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is BitConnect a good investment? on: January 18, 2018, 08:57:31 PM
I'm just shitposting.

I've been calling BCC out for a very long time, but a lot of people didn't want to listen even to clearly illustrated facts that made it abundantly clear even to a toddler that BCC could not possibly be legitimate.

I was gonna say Grin
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Substratum ICO - August 7-September 7 (Pre-Sale with Bonuses Available Now) on: January 18, 2018, 08:54:06 PM
I bought in at $0.90 USD yesterday, and then I bought some more last night at $1.34 USD, and I want to buy more even though it's $1.51 USD.... should I wait or buy now?

I really like the tech and team behind this. I like the fact they're giving actual results but I also would like to make money off this.... so in your opinion, buy now or wait?

I see this being around a 10$ coin, so if you're in it for the long run the I'd say go head and buy now. Or at least buy some and then if the market dips again average it out by buying more. Long term though I see it at least 5x from where it is now, if not more. Plus what the team are trying to achieve goes beyond just making a profit off the coins.

18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Help with setting up an L3+ for solo mining on: January 17, 2018, 03:21:24 PM
I've decided to give solo mining a small alt coin a try but can't seem to get my L3+ working it always comes back as a dead connection. Does anyone know how I can go about solo mining, or if its even possible with an L3+.

Thanks
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Dumping!! on: January 16, 2018, 09:32:15 AM
How is the current price of $9000 a dump? We were only at around $6000 a month ago from now. We just recently peaked at about $11,500 just days ago. A price correction was very expected. Do you really expect a certain cryptocurrency, stock, or asset in general to go up forever?

Sell now and buy 2, 3, 4, 5 times as many coins when its cheaper
The question is, will it go cheaper than it's current price? Nothing is guaranteed.

Where are you getting your numbers from? $6000 a month ago? peaked at $11500 days ago? Your on another planet
Check the date moron who can't spell.  His post was from a long time ago.
